Target vs Achievement

Dear All,
Can you please explain me how can i start target vs Achievement  plan in sales.

There is no standard report available.  You have to develop a zee report for this. 
On your query,
can i have the samples of z reports
first you need to identify what are the fields that you want in that report and based on that you need to consider those fields name in the report.

    Nevertheless, there is no standard TCode to see your requirement.  You have to develop a zee report.

  • How to get out of pause until date if target is achieved?

    Hi,
    We are developing a SharePoint Designer 2013 platform workflow on Office 365 SharePoint Online. Following is what we are trying to achieve:
    Document Library workflow.
    There are 3 users involved e.g. UserA, UserB and UserC.
    There are 2 content types e.g. Notification Letter and Statement Method.
    As soon as UserA uploads/adds a document the workflow kicks-off.
    An email is sent to UserB where he verifies it and select a dropdown verification complete.
    This workflow also kicks-off on item change hence it creates a task process and assign UserC a task.
    If UserC rejects the task, the email is sent to UserB and he has to resubmit.
    However if UserC approves it then it goes to the approval folder.
    In the above process we need to have reminders/notifications to UserC. There are 3 reminders. As soon as the document is added the document should be sent to the approval folder within 30 days (cut off) from the item creation date. First reminder 7
    days before the cut off date. Second reminder 2 days before the cut off date. Finally the last reminder on the cut off date itself.
    If I set Pause Until Duration event then the workflow as expected doesn't do anything till the date. How to break the Pause Until Duration if the UserC approves the task within the date range before cut off date.
    I was thinking of loop but couldn't figure out how to achieve it in a better way.

    Here the user break the pause duration using code. if you don't want to code means just split the workflow into two
    One for managing approval
    One for managing Email
    So that the pause state in email workflow will not affect the approval workflow.
    Also in Email workflow we have check the approval and moved status so it will not send the remainder mail to approved request

    For this I have to store my sales target in any of SAP document, because i have already all the Achieved information in my existing system, because material groups are keeping in the Shipment/Packing phase of the process, So i can easily make the report, but i cant get the Target as I don't have any place to store the same.
    Can anybody help me to proceed?

    Dear All,
    Here is an interesting sales scenario for you:
    Company gives "high demand product" to their dealers based on their target vs achievement.
    Condition:
    1.A dealer achieves target of 20 cell phones of x-brand in a month, he gets 2 nos of high demand product Z-brand cell phone(not free of charge).
    Eg: 1) ABC dealer has target for 20 nos in a month, and achieved 50% by 20th of that month. Then he is eligible for 1 Z-brand cell phone.
    2) MMM dealer has target for 20 nos in a month, and achieved 100% by month end , he gets 2 nos of z-brand cell phones
    How will we configure it?

    Hi Fab,
    We can connect many production allocatio group to same planning area, but better remove flag direct connection to planning area. During maintenance of PAL procedure and in control conversion conversion factor should be 1 only. 
    In place of removal of above flag we carryout two activity i.e copy data from planning area and copy data to planning area.
    hope process will work fine.

  • How To Add Two Heading in ALV Report

    Hello Guys,
    Currently I am Working on a report Contain 45 Column. Each 45 Column have there own heading like Days Target,Days Achieve..like this.
    Our Requirement is That
    1.Upper side of the First 10 Column one more heading required like Production  Details .
    2. From 11 to 20 One More Heading Called Furnace Oil. like that only.
    I ask users That is not possible in ALV but they are adhere to that requirement.
    Can it's is possible in ALV Grid To have a two Heading Column.

    Hi swati,
    Normally the specified requirment is not possible with the ALV...
    But you can try with the tricky way... where you need to use the Hierarchical ALV.
    Here you need to specify the two fields in the header table for the specified headings, and you need to declare these two fields in the item table also.
    But in this case you will have one blank line on the report output(for the header data).

    Does anyone know of a way to have IDOCs sent from SAP to XI to arrive with a sender party. <b>Note</b> The Partner Type of the original IDOC is LS. [I know how to do this with e.g. KU Partner Type.]

    Normally when the partner type is LS there is no need for a Party?
    Can you let us know why you want to configure a party when the Sender Partner type is LS?
    Meanwhile, thought I have never given this a shot, in the party why dont you try adding the agency , scheme and identifier with the corresponding scheme as ALE#LS . If it works well then the target is achieved but if it does not , then I dont think for LS this is possible.

  • Restrict key combination using authorisation

    Hello experts
    Need a help.
    I have a scenario, wherein I go to tcode MN04 or MN05, enter any output type for purchase order eg. NEU.
    When I click on key combination button, I want the second radio button to work only and give me the output ie. Puchasing output determination Doc Type/puch org/vendor.
    When I would try to use the first radio button ie. Puchasing output determination Purch org/vendor for EDI or the third radio button
    Puchasing output determination: Document type, I should get an error.
    Is it possible to restrict them using authorosation or any path in SPRO to restrict the radio buttons for key combination in MN04/ MN05.

    V1 is for Sales, V2 fo shipping, V3 for Billing.....................
    As i said earlier - what you ask for cannot be done for MN04 and MN05 and both transactions check for V_KONH_VKS authorization object and this object has only 2 fields Activity and Condition type
    So with what we have we can restrict only on the condition type but not at the access key level
    Could you let us know, why would you want to restrict a few access keys for particular condition type? What is the target to achieve ?

    One business scenario -
    My client wants confirmation be done thro job card which have Personnel name and ID.
    Suppose target is 100 pc and if the Personnel produces or confirmation against him done is 120 pcs.
    We can use CO11N and with Personnel no, Time ID.
    Are there any settings where we can set for material, if more then target is achieved like 20 pieces extra achieved.
    For such personnel, incentive is to be paid.
    What type of standard reports are available in SAP?
    Can anyone throw light.

    Hello for pp people they have shift abbreviation in which what ever we do break schedule and dws,pws will be effected in pp from there they can select that as per my knowledge they can view in cr02 and in img also they have shift abbreviation and ctrl+F you can search shift abbreviation and even in shift planning also if a worker is present we will represent with one colour and other attendance with one colour and shift change with one colour we will do this. just pls check in shift management in time management

    month wise and quarterly wise, 6 months wise and finally yearly wise.
    but
    when it comes to practical scenario, if delhi sales are booming like any thing and agra sales are
    falling then the material fixed for sending to agra will be turned to delhi and already delhi's target also
    will be there.
    some experts is saying we cannot have SOP here because we have tentative planning on papers and
    noting is fixed.
    suggest me on this because i am confused because some says that SOP is possible and some
    says that SOP is not possible.
    and also i am expecting better solution for this.

  • Creating a percentage data point

    Hi,
    I am trying to create a data point at the universe level that computes the achievement percentage of sales vs target. At the most granular level, the value is correct, but rolling up, it simply sums up the percentage instead of calculating the value. I am able to get the correct percentage if I define at the report level, but I am wondering if I can do this at the universe level so that it can be a re-usable data point for users.
    Sample data:
    Achievement  =  Sales/Target
    Year     Quarter     Target     Sales     Achievement
    2010     Q1             100        50          0.5
    2010     Q2             200        175        0.875
    If Achievement is defined at Universe-level, I get the below values:
    Year     Target     Sales     Achievement
    2010     300        225         1.375
    When the correct value should be as below:
    Year     Target     Sales     Achievement
    2010     300        225         0.75

    Hi Ednalynn,
    You must have defined 'Achievement' object as a measure in the universe.
    The measure is this scenario is non-additive; however, it seems like the default projection of this measure is set to Sum and therefore, the values are getting aggregating automatically when the grain is increasing.
    Can you try using the projection as 'None' and check if it helps?

    I have just begin reading Oracle Goldengate and have following query. Pls pardon me for these queries if it is basic in nature.
    1. Does GG allows you to define multiple Primary Extract and multiple Extract trail ?
    2. If it allows multiple primary extract, will it have overhead on original table and manipulation operation ? Do we have any limitation around number of extract per database/table.
    3. Can I define multiple data pump and replicat for the same target database (achieve parallel replication for same target database)

    You can have, and with many tables, should have multiple process groups. GoldenGate supports up to 300 processes per instance. Each process takes around 30-50MB, the more complex the processing or operation, the more memory. Because of supplemental logging, you will see more archived redo logs, and there is slight overhead on both the database and server, but not significant.

  • Recommend me a good drag and drop tutorial

    I need to make a movie whereby the user drags four items onto 4 targets and achieves a result as each object lands on the target, such as a sound. and then a well done statement at the end.
    Can anyone recommend me a place where I can download such a file so I can manipulate it? I figured an hour ago when i sat at my computer that I would find one easily, but I'm really stuck now. can anyone suggest a tutorial/ site where I could get a free download of an advanced drag and drop like this?

    Wasn't sure whether to post this on the SQL forum but feel it is relevant especially as regards SQL 2005.
    We're currently running SAP R/3 4.7 on W2K3 and SQL2000 on x86 hardware. The application servers are already running on 64-bit hw, o/s and SAP kernel. The next step is for us to upgrade the backend CI and database server platform to 64-bit hw, o/s and SQL 2005.
    In our case, the preferred target is industry standard HP D585 servers running 4-way AMD64 dual-core CPUs and W2K3 64-bit. More specifically the very latest DL585's that will have the upgrade path to quad-core when it is released.
    We are also considering the Integrity/Itanium option and this is what I'd be interested in people's views on.
    Basically, from a pure SAPS sizing point of view the dual-core DL585 give us plenty of scope for growth, especially with the quad-core upgrade available. So there's no reason to choose Integrity from a pure power point of view. Yes, there may well be a time (4 years + away) when we outgrow the 585 but maybe we think about that nearer the time.
    The alternative - and there are other drivers for this which I'll explain - would be to put in two superdomes now and grown into them. The other key driver is that we will shortly be starting BW and EP projects which will require their own infrstructure. Consolidating all of this onto 2 Integrity's is obviously quite appealing. And expensive. Haven't got the exact price details in yet but reckon is about 50% more for equivalent SAPS. Mmmm. Tricky one. (50% more of the X64 option isn't necessarily a huge number but still more)

    Thanks for your response. Yes, I would be interested in a more detailed review.
    Our R/3 Production System is currently 2.2TB used and growing at around 100GB per month. So I'd expect to be 3TB by next summer.
    We have about 150 concurrent users (600 named) and this may grow to 600 concurrent by 2Q 2008.
    In terms of availability we're currently live in two timezones - GMT (BST) and JST (Tokyo). The next implementation on the single instance will be to U.S - New York and LA.
    We have 3 hours of planned maintenance a month and 24 hours reserved every quarter - although we don't always use this. I would expect these availability requirements to remain broadly the same even with the USA on board. In  temrms of unplanned downtime our SLA target is Achieve > 99.5 % of planned availability, however, we aim much higher and unplanned downtime is rare.
    It would be interesting to hear your views on a comparison of the two architectures.
    My own personal view has always been to regard Integrity as an expensive, proprietary technology that not many people purchased. The recent HP Integrity Event in London would have you believe otherwise but then why would they go to so much effort if it was selling well?
    The key advantage I can see for us would be that it would allow us a greater level of flexibility in the face of rapidly changing and often increasing requirements. It would also I imagine reduce the frequency of technology refreshes as we could remain on a common platform and still scale up the DB server CPU beyond that available on a 585.
