Task.getAttachment

Question

Hi,
I get this error when I try to use task.getAttachment
ORABPEL-09733Task service closed.Trying to use the task service after it is closed.Contact oracle support.     at oracle.tip.pc.services.hw.task.repos.TaskService.checkStatus(TaskService.java:539)     at oracle.tip.pc.services.hw.task.repos.TaskService.getAttachments(TaskService.java:255)     at oracle.tip.pc.services.hw.worklist.WorklistTask.getAttachmentCount(WorklistTask.java:547)     at tasklist.jspService(_tasklist.java:124)     [SRC:/tasklist.jsp:99]
I am using oracle.tip.pc.services.hw.worklist.WorklistTask

Thanks for getting back.
Below is the code I am using. GetTaskId and and getTitle and most of the proporties are fine but anything to do with attachment generate the same error.
