Task list getting refreshed in Enquiry notifications.

Hi,
I am facing this peculier and interesting problem in ISU .
Notification type EN (for enquiries) - notificition can be assign to tasks - which can be linked to another notification(eg: site visit required), clicking on display button which displays the other notification but then if you come out of the second notification in to the EN Notification the system refresh hasn't worked and all of the tasks are then blank.
Appreciate if anyone could come up with suggestions/resolutions.

Hi
All operations of the task lists including long text if any are copied to the  operations of order in standard SAP. However task lists are copied to notifications generated out of plan, but only be usefull when you create order from it.

  • PM notification - user exit for task list?

    Hi everyone,
I'm looking the way to set default values in task list when creating a PM notification (IW21).
For example, I want to set default planned finish date while manualy inserting tasks.
    Is that even possible?
I have checked available exits QQMA* but haven't found anything relevant.
    Thanks in advance!
    MaryM

    Hi,
You may try to set default values for users using Menu  Extras->Settings-> Control/Default Values in IW21/22 screen itself. User has fillup mandatory field values first and then adopt default settings from menu.
You may also try implemeting BADI IWO1_TL_INTEGRATION for your requirement.

  • Task list usage inspection plan - Universal 3 and GR 5

    Dear Friends,
while creating Inspection plan for GR inspection from Procurment it is advisable to use Task list usage 5 or usage 3 which is universal
may i know what is the difference
    Please advise also
There is task list type  Goods receipt model  -    501  which  is Material, vendor and manufacturer what that mean and where it  is used
    Thanks & Regards
    Raj

    Hi Rajkumar,
While planning an Inspection, which Task List gets assigned to which Inspection Lot is linked through combination of TaskList Usage and Lot Inspection Type
In spro (at the location as suggested above) we assign TaskList usage to the Inspection Type. When any Lot is created based on the setting in QM view of MM, it looks for this link for automatic assignment to the lot.
For your question "while creating Inspection plan for GR inspection from Procurment it is advisable to use Task list usage 5 or usage 3 which is universal"; both options will work as long as the above config in spro is maintained.
It is however advisable to use the standard option of TaskList Usage of  05 as it is easier to segregate and analyse TaskList / Inspection Plans based on their usage; in case any need arises.
    Hope this helps,
    Thanks,
    RKM.

  • Creating Hidden iView to get refresh UWL task list

    Hi @ll,
i would like to know how can we create hidden iView to update task list in UWL using refreshUwlBackend event.

    Hi,
You cannot use an invisible WD Java iView because the application is not executed if the iView is not visible.
I don't know if it would work with other types of iViews.

  • How to attach Task List in Notification

    Hi all
How to attach Task List in Notification?
    Thanks.

List item is forms is generally used when you have pre-defined set of values. you can define them property of list item.
It seems you have dynamic list of values to be displayed on your form, instead go for a text item with a LOV. You can define your logic to get list of values in record group.
    Thanks

  • BAPI to create a PM notification with a task list (as in IW21)

    Hi to all,
my question is: is there a bapi to create a PM notification in which I can add a task list? A bapi with which I can simulate the transaction IW21.
    Thank you very much,
    Antonio

    Hi,
    Try using the Bapi.
    BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_CREATE
Also use this BAPI_ALM_NOTIF_TASK_COMPLETE  to complete the task.(if the task is not getting updated)
    Then use  BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT.

  • Task list not getting copied in Order

    Hi All,
I have created a Maintenance plan where my call object is notification. I have scheduled the plan & i got the Notification after releasing the call.
I am getting the Task list reference in Maintenance plan tab in notification.
Now my issue is, the task list is not getting copied to order when i create order against the notification.
Kindly help me resolve the issue.
    Thanks & regards,
    Basavaraj

    Basavaraj,
When a order is created from the worklist (IW28) of notification , the task list associated to the notification will be exploded and added as operations.
Have a look at [Sap Help|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp60_sp/helpdata/en/fc/f26c3c17c8c67ee10000000a11402f/frameset.htm]

I need to get the work centers names . I saw the work centers are in CRHD table .
May i know how to get the name of the work centers after getting the task list type details .
I  found the routing details of a give finished/semi finished material .
my next step is to find the work centers.
Any suggetions from you are appreciated .

    Hi Jan,
Yes, sa38 makes it possible indeed to execute in background into immediate mode a job but
the user have to know the name of the program to be carried out ...
The user knows only the name of these transactions trade. For example, IW38.
In the menu of this transaction, SAP gives the possibility to execute in background :
Program --> Execute in Background --> display of Start Time screen for the type of start condition :
Immediate, Date/Time, After job, After event, or At operation mode).
It is at this time there that we want that the user can only choose the "immediate" mode.
We must thus prohibit the other choices (Date/Time, After job, After event, or At operation mode) ... and
and we don't know how to restrict these other options in this screen "Start Time screen for the type of start condition".
    Thank you.

  • Trying to delete a routing task list (N) and getting an error on CA98

Getting an error when trying to delete a task list routing without archiving using t-code CA98.
Error:       "Task list 01184667 01 (type 01184667) is still used in inspection lots"
The inspection lot is for a production order. The routing I am trying to delete was used in that production order.
I found the inspection lot and there is a UD of accept on it but I cannot delete the task list routing.
If I archived the task list routing for the material and tried to delete the task list routing would I still get the same error as above?
    Tom

You can use CA98 only for test data which you no longer intend to use or refer to. I don't think even CA99(with archiving) can help here. Please check the dependencies for deletion of routings: [http://help.sap.com/saphelp_47x200/helpdata/en/7e/d41b73455911d189400000e8323c4f/content.htm]

  • How to get workflow task list ID?

I created simple workflow in Office 365 SharePoint 2013 using SharePoint Designer 2013.
The action Assign a task to user (Task outcome to Variable: Outcome |Task ID to Variable: TaskID) was used.
The variable TaskID had a value something look like
902aa0e9-0d58-47c0-a3ba-da96ebd47651, but I need ID from a task list.
How to get the task list ID in SharePoint Designer Workflow?
I am very grateful in advance for any help.
    bnossov

I created dictionary and create two variables:
    Name: Accept; Type: string; Value:
     application/json;odata=verbose;
    Name: Content-Type ; Type: string; Value: application/json;odata=verbose;
    Output variable: JSonRequestHeader.
    I called HTTP web service:
    https://xxxxxx/_api/web/Lists/getbytitle('WorkflowTaskList')/items?$select=ID
I used Count Items in Variables: JsonRequestHeader(Output to Variable: count)
The output variable count had value equals 2.
When I printed service url in browser it gave me xml with all the items ID in the
    WorkflowTaskList.  There were eight .
How can I take data from web service and put them in dictionary?
I would be grateful for any help.

  • Email:  Workflow and Task List Notification

    Hi,
I am wondering whether the setting 'Workflow and Task List Notification' in application settings is functionality that I can use: I would like to setup the e-mail notifications for planning. One of the tasks on a standard task list that we would like end users to be able to do is to inform a particular user/group that a particular task has been completed. I would not like this task to be a workflow task, can e-mail notifications be sent for standard task list items?
    Options that I have reviewed:
    - Custom button on a dataform - not sure whether I can send parameters through to this, however I could use the form name as a description.
    - A *.jsp page that accepts two parameters 'Description / form name' and 'e-mail address' and the page then sends off an e-mail (Lotus Notes from WebLogic 9)
    - Workflow - although this inform task is not entity driven. Also the notifications are across plan types i.e. one cube enters in Information and then informs users of the second cube that figures are required - which we then import using xref.
Any advice would be much appreciated. I know it can be done, I am just looking for the easiest way to implement this using standard planning functionality where possible.
    Kind Regards,
    FC

The default email solutions in planning are using workflow or task lists, though the task lists are based on due dates.
If you wanted a solution where an email is sent out when a task list is complete, then one route could be to have a business rule attached to a task list and then the business rule uses a custom CDF to send out email notication.
If you are interested in sending emails from business rules then I did write a blog on the subject a while back.
    Cheers

    Hello,
It is better to fulfil this requirement by Recording ( either BDC or LSMW )
If you have a beg set of data and if this is a one time job, you can use 0170/0001/RCPTRA01/B. SAP gives a detailed program documentation about various options.
There are also other objects to update the Equipment Task list, Funcational location tasklist.
    Hope this helps you.

  • How do I get rid of notes displayed when I view my task list

Is there a way to change the Task display so that it does not show all of the notes I have with a task?  I just want to see a clean list of task names when I view my Task list, but the latest iPhone IOS includes all the notes below the task name.  This makes my Task list cumbersome and unwieldy.  If I want to see a Task's notes, I just want to be able to click on the task to view them, not see them as part of the Task when all the Tasks are in list display.  Thanks, Chad
