Task list , Mtc plan staratagy change & Key date weekly plan?

I dont think as a std SAP transactions will allow my below req.
1. I have created task list mtc stratagy as XXX. but i need to change as YYY.
2. The same mentioned above for MTc plan
3. I would like call the Mtc order on key date
Example Pump has weekly, monthly tasks.
1. Weekly schdules i need for every month 1st, 8th, 15th,22th no need 29th .
2. We can call the monthly ops thro Key date . Here if i have mentioned in stratagy as 28 days instead of 30 days it will call?

i think it is not possible to change the maintenance strategy once assinged to task list,other option just try in the task list select the operation and select the maintenace package ,here delesect all the maintenance package alloted and then try to change it

The main purpose is the key dates in acct statement should be based on BSEG-ZFBDT. Is there any option on how to change this in functional side. Because I read the program documentation like this

Is there a list of open items at key date per customer?

Hello,
In FBL5N you can get a list of open items for a customer at some specific date.
I'm looking for a summarized list that would give me a list of sums of open items for some customer per day, so I would see for example for one month what was the sum of open items for this customer on each day.
Is there already some similar report in SAP?

I still don't think we understand each other.
If I run FBL5N I have option to select:
- Items that are or were open at the key date are displayed on one date
- All items posted on the posting date specified fromde date1 to date2.
- Items that were cleared at the clearing date specified
I would like a list of all items from option 1 (Items that are or were open at the key date are displayed on one date) so items that are or were STILL open and not yet cleared on one date, but not just for one date but for more days.
If I use your suggestion I get what items opened or cleared on one day not how many items were still open on particular day.
So a list of how many opened items were there at the day, and notjust items that were opened on that day but also all previous items that were not yet cleared at that day.

BAPI to change components data of planned orders?

Currently we are using BDC to change components at planned orders.
Due to big data volume, we have performance issue now. Just checked
if there is any BAPI to replace BDC. But can't find proper one. Anyone has

Aged Listing Rprts.Can you change the date to the date of printing invoices

Aged Listing Reports. The date of the invoices appear to be the date they are due. Can this be changed to the date the invoice is printed?

You can only select your aging based on Posting Date, Due Date or Document Date. Aging must be based on Due Date. If you have different requirement, you need to create your own report.

Need to change forecast data thru planning book + doubt while creating POS

i need to put this data into APO(DP).
i know i can do it using BAPI CHANGEKEYFIGUREVALUE2 of Planning Book APs
my doubt is while create a Plng Object store, what fileds do i take as charachteristics which match these, please reply if have some clue

I believe i misunderstood your first post. I had given the BAPI parameters that you need to fill up for the given business requirements you have mentioned. I realized you were asking about the POS.
Answer to Q1: You can not place time characteristics in the POS. You will define the "time characteristics" in your Planning Area by specifying a relevant storage bucket profile.
Answer to Q2: You dont need to add time characteristics in the POS.
Answer to Q3: 9AVERSION is not included in the POS. However, when you use BAPIs BAPI_PBSRVAPS_GETDETAIL and BAPI_PBSRVAPS_CHANGEKEYFIGVAL to read/write data from/to the planning area you need to supply a selection for the planning version (9AVERSION).

Problem with material group in task list

Hi Experts,
We have created a task list with external operation assigned with specific material group, say 'x'. This task list is assigned to maintenance strategy which in turn assigned to maintenance plan. This Scheduled maintenance plan has generated many maintenance orders. After that we deleted the material group which was assigned to task list and assigned new material group to the task list. But now system is not generating maintenance orders from this task list as it is giving error message that "the old material group does not exist" Message no. SE419
Even though we changed the material group in that task list system still considering old material group.
Could you please help us to get ride of this problem?

The change that you had made on the task list is effective from the" Key date"date that's entered on the initial screen.That Is probably why this is causing an issue at your end.
Try changing the task list once again by back dating the "KEY DATE" on the initial screen of the transaction ,to a date before the "Plan date" of the MP. This should solve your problem.If you are not able to change this, then create a new task list with a back dated "key date" with all the other details remaining the same and and assign it to the plan.

Planning Task List Due Date

Dear All,
When we create planning task list we can aslo assign due date for each task with in task list.
This due date has three components
1. Date
2. Time
3. Alert
However time is denoted in EDT (Estern Daylight Time).
As we are implementing the project in India we need to have Indian Standard Time (ISD) instead of EDT. Is this possible.
Further if useres are spread across the globe is it possible to set different alert times for different users. For this i think we need to replicate the task list with due date set users specific.
Can anyone provide with screen shot of delayed activities, completed activities based on due date previously assigned.

Let me explain in steps
1. EDT , You are viewing EDT because the system on which Planning has been installed has its time zone set as EDT.
2. Once ,we change the time zone of the server/ system from EDT to IST ( in you case ) , then try to create a task list , it will show you IST.

Changing operation date in co02

Hello everyone,
We have quite lengthy production operations and we need to change individual operation date, of planned or production orders (especially production order, in fact, before they are relased in fact).
The problem is that when I access Co02, and go to the operation list view, I cannot change the date. I can enter an operation or delete one but I can't change the start date of each operation.
It is absolutely needed in our case, as we have a lot of waiting time in the shop floor and need to review the schedule to match free slot. There is not a lot of orders , so the most convenient way is to do it from the Operation list, in Co02.
Please could you tell me how it is possible.

I am not sure whether you have Capacity Requirement Planning is in place for PP cycle .Basically , operation dates and production order schedule dates can be changes based on the available capacity of Work Centre wehre the respective operations are happing in shop floor.There two kind of production scheduling happend in any production order .One is operation level scheduling and another order level scheduling .Order level scheuling should havppned based on the total details scheduling of operation based on the work centre load ( available , over load , requirement hrs at work centre ) .
Any operation in a scheuled production order , can have changes in date wheile deispathing the operation for work centre once the CRP in place .Here , we have Scheduling margine ( FBP, FAP, Opening periods ) contributes to Basic Start Dates in Production order .It is possible though Capacity Leveling -CM21/CM22/CM31/CM23 after cheking the Capacity Load in CM05/CM07 for a particular work centre level.
The simplest way to adop CRP and explore the same .please find belwo the detaiuls of the same :
Setting Required :*
1. Settings for Available Capacity
2. Setting for Capacity requirements
3. Settings for Capacity evaluation and leveling
4.Materials Master define the Production scheduler and production scheduling profile
5.Work Center - Define the capcity planner group,activate checkbox Relevant for Finite sceduling,on the capacity header define the shift timings,break timings and unit of measure,no of individual capaity, enter formula for scheduling in capacity view. 6.Routing - enter the values for the standard values. Use control key with scheduling.
7.In transaction OPU5 and OPU3Z - define the scheduling parameters for planned order and productiion orders and activate the checkbox Capacity requirement and Scheduling.
8.Capacity Setup :
1.Define time profile in OPD2.
2.Define the strategy profile in OPDB
3.Define the Overall profiles in OPD0.
4.In the order control OPJK maintained check capacity with SAPSFCG013 profile.
5.Define Scheduling parameters for Production orders-OPKP-Maintain Capacity Checked /Finite Scheduling Cheked /Scheduing Type -BW/FW .

Problems while uploading Task List - Service Pack with LSMW

We are trying to upload General Maintenance Task List using LSMW. We are using Standard Batch/Direct Input method with Object 0490.
We need to upload task list header, operations, maintenance pack, component and service pack for operations.
We have created separate files containing data for different structures and they are linked using Group, group counter and operation number according below
Header

We have multiple operations per task list and multiple services per operation. The service pack is required only for a specific control key - PM03. As per the configuration this screen (PROGRAM - SPLMLSP, Screen Number - 0200) is accessible only when the value PM03 is entered in the operation. We are able to upload all other details except service pack details. We have tried using structure IBIPBDCD for the same.
While uploading the task list in foreground, when control key is entered as PM03 in an operation, service pack screen is displayed with error u201CNo batch input data for screen SAPLMLSP 0200u201D. The data provided in structure IBIPBDCD does not get processed at this time.
On exiting the screen using back button, the data in IBIPBDCD structure is passed incorrectly to fields in screen 3400 (SAPLCPDI)
Are we doing something incorrect? Is there a way to use this standard functionality to upload task lists with service packs?

Hi,
When loading the tasklists you need to define a source structure as per the IBIP structure. You have different levels for example level 1 - header then below that level 2 - Operations, Header Long text then below that you have level 3 - Operation Long text, Operation Package assignments, operation component allocation.
For each of these levels you need an identifier that links then together. In your source file specify identifier 1 for header, Identifier 1 and Identifier 2 for operations, identifier 1 identifier 2 and identifier 3 for packages. This way the system can create the correct structure when it reads the data from the text file.
The identifiers are numeric and will dissapear once the files are loaded. specify then in the source structure as 2 characters and remember to set the xcel file up to have a 2 character field.
For the header file each line will be a new identifier 1,2,3,etc.
The operations are assigned to the header and have 2 identifiers. The first corresponds to the header identifier the next is a sequential number stating at 1 and incrementing for each line e.g Header 1 op 1, header 1 op 2, header 2 op 3, header 2 op 4, header 2 op 5 (this would be 2 header records. The first with 2 operations on it the second with 3 operations)
The package is assigned to the operation and as such needs to have a third identifier. Header (identifier 1), Operation (identifier 2), Package (identifier 3) Example Header 1 op 1 pack 1, header 1 op 2 pack 2, header 2 op 3 pack 3, header 2 op 4 pack 4, header 2 op 5 pack 5
I have a loading file for each of the items i.e. Header file, Operation file, maintenance package file. This is then assigned to the respective source structure.

Formatting descriptive task list

Hi All,
In version 9.3 we have option to format the task list font (like bold, change color, italics) and even insert a picture in it. But when i try to format a task list in 11.1.2, it does nto show the required result.
In other words i am unable to format the task list in v 11.1.2 by using the same steps that are used in 9.3. Can somebody tell me how can i do it?

In version 11 they took the ability to add html commands away from the forms and task lists, it is because the instructions are now in a html textarea which do not allow html functions.
Though saying that in a patch for 11.1.1.3 (11.1.1.3.03) it looks to be reverted back :- 9475065 – Users cannot use HTML commands in data form and task list instructions.
It has not made its way to 11.1.2, maybe it will in a future release or patch.

Error while creating configurable task list

Dear Expert,
I am trying to create configurable task list for equipments and I want to use this task list for preventive maintenance cycle. In following steps I will tell you what i did in the process.
Step1:- Characteristic is created and different values are assigned to this.
Step2:- Class with class type 300 is created, characteristic is assigned to this class
Step3:- Equipments are created and class created in above steps is assigned to them and character values are set for them
Step4:- General maintenance task list created
Step5:- Configuration profile for task list with same class is created
now while creating the object assignment in the task list operation, in the dependency basic data I am getting error ' No source code entered'. Please guide me what data do I need to enter in this basic data and where I am doing wrong.
I try to follow the previous discussion regarding the same topic, but unable to create this object dependency assignment.

Getting error in loading Text data to Planning

Hi,
I am planning to load text data to Planning. Following John's blog to do this,

I have Completed Data Load Administration task also in the Planning app.
I have mapped Data file and SQL table to the Target. When i map Text_Id with FY13(In blog it is MP3), that Join is showing x(wrong symbol) on that.
Is it means, mapping is not correct??
After that if i click on Flow tab, it is not showing any diagrams. I am getting this msg instead of diagrams,
odi-20350 your diagram contains one or more FATAL/CRITICAL errors preventing display of the Flow Editor
(I guess, because it contains errors in the mapping)
where can i find the error logs or error msg's regarding the issue in the ODI??
Any comments would be appreciated...!

Changing of date if joining

hi sap gurus.
i wanted to change the date of joining of an employee(assue that an employee is already hired in to the system from 1980. only hiring action has been taken place no pay roll has been run.) in this case i want to change that employee joining date from 2007 april.i tried it through the pa41 t code but its giving some error saying some earliest date changes are not allowed.
can any one tell me the procedure exactly how to change the hiring date of an employee.and aslo the possibility of deleting the personal number and re-hiring the person for same p no with our choice date.

u mean to say that the employee hiring date is 1980 and change it to 2007
any way when hiiring action takes place a payroll status is record is created IT0003.
if u r planning to change the date beyond the dtae that is stored in your control record it will not accept.
if u delete the personnel number altogether u can as suggested
but i dont know or i dont think u can get the number again if the number range is internal.
one thing u can do is change the control record earliest retrodate to your need and change the date
then set it back to th original date
