Task planned work update using BAPI

Hi All,
I am using xRPM 4.0. In this, I require to standardize the planned work for Task (In additional data tab page).
For this, I am using standard BAPI for the first time.
I want to do it using modifications to standard BAPI : BAPI_BUS2175_CHANGE.
For this I am using transaction SE37.
1. *In this, I am not able to enter the TASK_GUID.*
2. Where do I can get the list of GUIDs for all the project elements of a cProjects Project?
3. Please let me know where I can get the tables associated with the cProjects Project data storage?
4. One more help will be required is for the sequense of operations to be performed to modify the standard BAPI. (Like the one I am using)

Problem in creating work center using bapi

hai all,
i am creating work center using " CRAP_WORKCENTER_CREATE ", it is also getting created successfully when I try to check CAPACITY for capacities and scheduling it is giving a error called.
" in table T006 entry is missing " . why it is comming like that.

Net Price not Updating Using BAPI : BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE

Dear Experts,
I am facing an issue while creating CONTRACT using the bapi: BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE. I am creating the Contract based on data from my excel sheet. And we are maintaining the INFO RECORDS for the same materials.
In the excel sheet we are providing the NetPrice (NETPR) and creating the Contract. My issue is " instead of taking the Net Price from the excel it is taking the Net Price from Info Records". For Example, if for a Particular material the Net Price in our excel file is 125, after bapi execution, the net price is updating as 100 instead of 125 in Contract Creation( ME31k-ME33K). In the Info Records we are maintaining this net price(100) for that material.

Customer Master Update using BAPI

Hi all,
I am using class CMD_EI_API for updating customer master, but this class does not supports processing of license data ( databaase table -> KNVL ) and Permitted Alternative Payee data ( database table -> KNZA ) for customer. Are there any BAPIs which support saving of KNVL and KNZA data.

Custom fields update using BAPI: BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE

      I have append one field into VBAP Table, and i want to update that filed value by using BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE FM. I have done all the coding but still its not updating the table. I have checked with SAP fields like order quantity, its upadating the database but the custom fileds are not upadting.

Uploding MD61 (Planned Independent Requirements) Using BAPI

i am using BAPI_REQUIREMENTS_CREATE for uploading the planned independent requirements (MD61).
The flat file structure is like

the problem is i am uploading material no and week 01 forecast. i am unable to upload remaining quantities for the same material no.

I haven't used the BAPI to change Independent requirements, but there are standard transaction MD74, MD75 and MD76 to reorganize Planned independent requirements by date. These jobs are normally scheduled to run at start of period.

Info Records Update using BAPI/FM

Please reply if you know any BAPI/FM to update Purchasing INFO records INCO terms. It's essential that the BAPI or FM should write to change log as well.

Updating a child of a BOM material using bapi sales order change

Hi, Appreciate your thoughts on the following issue..
We have a batch program which uses a bapi sales order change and updates the plant at the line items of the sales order. when this plant is assigned.. if any of the line item is a BOM item, it explodes and the data from the parent ( like payment terms, fixed val date ) should get copied to the child items same as the parent. This is happening fine if manual mode using va01 and va02 but when plant is updated using bapi the childs are not getting the data from the parent ( which comes through config )...
Appreciate your inputs and any additional information to be passed to the bapi for the BOM materials to get the same config data as parent to the child when exploded...

How to update Service Contract using BAPI/FM for ME31K

Hi ,
I am using BAPI BAPI_CONTRACT_CREATE to create contracts.
It works fine, the only problem i am facing is while updating line item with item category "D' its simply skips the item category and create a item. The item category is blank when i see in transaction ME33K.
When i create it using ME31K transaction with line item item category type "D' its ask me to fill the services also for that line item.
My question is is there any BAPI which i can use to update the Services for item line with item category D.

Hi Amar,
Not sure if this would help you but you can consider writing different logic (probably a BDC) for item category 'D', and use BAPI for all other cases (if 'D' is the only exception).
BAPI documentaion says:
*External services (planned and unplanned services) are not supported.
Creation of configurations is not supported*

Updating task does not update project plan

In PWA, the following steps are taken
User updates their time in the task window for a task, than submits this task
The PM approves the time entry from approval center
The PM then opens the project from PWA or Project pro and the time that approved for this task is not showing up in the project plan
This happens in all projects
Project server is not configured with SEM
At queue jobs, Job state is "Skipped For Optimization" for status update jobs
Why is the project not recognizing the time entry?

I am running into this same issue with PWA 2013. I publish a task, have the resource update it via my tasks in PWA, then Open Pro and Check Progress. Pro redirects me to the Approvals page in PWA. I approve the task update, Pro pops several
message windows asking me to wait while the update is processed. The update processiong finishes and...
No progress indicated. No actual work indicated. I have tried opening the Working vs. Published version of the schedule. No difference. It appears to be something specific to this project schedule, as other schedules work just fine.
I have multiple resource assignments on the task in question. I've checked the assignmnet dates, updated task progress in PWA using various methods including work earlier than planned, as planned, work less than planned, anything to get Pro to reflect
the update. Pro rcognizes that there IS an update, indicated in the File / Backstag (Updates pending indicator) but it will not process them.
Personally I think the assignment level date in the DB is not being handled when accessed by PRO. All the data is right if you look in PWA.

Updating T'code ME23N using BAPI's

Dear All,
I am updating T'code ME23N using BAPI " BAPI_PO_CHANGE". First i m tried in SE37 there its not updating it giving error like " PO could not be changed using the Enjoy-BAPI" for this i m trying in 4.6c.
Here i have to update only two check boxes those are NO_MORE_GR(ELIKZ) and FINAL_INV(EREKZ).
