Task TS00007989 agent not determined still Mails are going to USERS

Hi Experts,
At one of our client task TS00007989 is activated for error handling for IDOC.
IDOC is created by report in background and system is not getting partner profile in WE20 for the customer hence  post processing agent is also not found for task, hence it is raising an error and task TS00007989 gets trigger.
Here my problem is, specific user is getting so many mails. Now i want to find out why & how system is sending this mails to the USER other way is to deactivate the workflow from WE40.
I have checked the LOG from swi2_freq and SWI5.

I would like to find out why & how system is sending this mails to the USER. I have checked from HR tables HRP1001 from there also i didn't found anything

The Task TS00007989 has a default rule assigned 30000013
Go to SE37 , set a break point in Function EDI_ROLE_FOR_PROCESSING
Go to PFAC -> give rule number 30000013 and simulate -> Give the IDOC Number (anyone from your screen shot).
Debug and find out the Partner which is being picked up from your IDOC

    Please check whether your company is opted for " business area financial statments" in financial account- global setting of company code. If yes and you want to continue please maintain business area for the plant and material dvision combination under the transaction cde OVF0.

  • Sometimes PDF mails are going without an attachment.

    I have 3 output types and the 3 custom programs.
    When the background job scheduled, the standard RSNAST00 will call the custom programs,
    1)      The logic which added in the custom programs is once adobe form gets generated for output types, I have converted the adobe form into PDF attachment and send the E-mail to distribution list when the Transmission medium is u20185u2019.
    2)      In the program Function Module u2018SCMS_XSTRING_TO_BINARYu2019 used to convert adobe form into PDF file and class CL_BCS used to send it as a mail attachment.
    3) for the  other custom program,  once script gets generated for the output type I have converted the SCRIPT into PDF attachment and send the E-mail to distribution list when the Transmission medium is u20185u2019 .
    4) In the program function Module u2018CONVERT_OTFu2019 used to convert script to OTF file & CLASS METHOD xstring_to_solix Converts OTF to PDF and class CL_BCS used to send it as mail attachment to the mail id.
    Issue: Sometimes mails are going without an attachment. When we retrigger the output type mails are sent with attachment successfully. This is happening monthly once or twice,even that time also when one output type send the attachment mail then remaining two not send the attachment and vice versa.
    Any clues on this issue.

    I am on the way debugging into it .. to see the escape thing .. looks to me we double escape it ..
    usually, you should NOT have to set anything more, this misbehaviour of incostent read is fixed by 10.1.3 - the escaping, I'll have to check ..

  • Forwarding agent not determined

    Hi i have an issue where the forwarding agent is not determined in the order automatically .
    The forwrading agent is available in route of the order item . but still it is not copied ?
    what could be the reason ?

    Are you referring about Forwarding agent is not determined in Sales Order(VA01) OR Shipment document ( VT01N)?
    if its SO-
    Forwarding agent will be determined in SO from the Customer Master. not from the Route.
    where as in Shipment document-
    Forwarding agent determined automatically, if you maintain the routine-7 in shipment doc type details in Customization. ( IMG-LE-Transportation-Shipments - Define shipment types)

    Since last Saturday any messages sent to me are going straight to my deleted box. Nothing is appearing in my inbox.

    That is almost always the result of a problem with anti virus software, or more specifically the spam tool that they include. I am not sure if I am just more sensitive to this, but McAfee just keeps popping up as the anti virus in question.

    I've tested it. I can still open incidents via E-Mail. The only disadvantage when creating the incident over the Exchange connector is that the complete mail is not attached to the Incident.
    I do not get the above speciafied Event anymore. So Andreas, thanks for the hint. Again :)

  • HT204173 Some of my e-mails are going out of my outbox on my laptop, but others are not I do not know why. HELP!

    A few days ago my mail stopped sending out of my outbox on my laptop. It is working fine on my phone and my iPad, but not on my laptop. I can receive mail but when I try to send it is only working every once in awhile.

  • TS3899 Why do I receive e-mails but not all the mail are indicated, the rest say they have been read when they haven't

    My wife &amp; I have an Ipad each, &amp; both of us have the same problem. When we have received our e-mails only certain ones give notice of arrival, &amp; the rest go straight to trash. How can we stop this. I can't find any settings to alter it &amp; this is a problem as most are wanted.Thanks.

    What you have there is either a jailbroken unit with some crazy custom UI or an eastern knockoff. Give us some photos of the ipad itself, mainly the back and some experts can help.
    If you plug it into iTunes does iTunes even acknowledge that an ipad is connected? If it does then try a restore.
    Failing that, head down to an apple store and see what they can do for you.

    I haven't dug nearly this deep, but I have the same issue.  I just migrated yesterday, and this behavior started immediately.  Mac Mail isn't completely offline on my Mac. (I have a tilde not an exclamation mark)  I can send from it, but all incoming mail goes to my phone. It's maddening!

  • Itunes can not sync apps with the iphone [name], because it can not determine which apps are installed on the iphone.

    After installing the latest Version of iTunes (10.5.1.42) on my Windows XPs PC it's not possible to sync my iPhone 3GS (not iOS 5!) any more - I get the error message above. It's possible to download music, apps, podcasts - but not possible to sync with my iPhone..
    Any Ideas?

    Basic troubleshooting is reset, restart, restore.  Have the first two been tried?
    How about simply unplugging the iPhone and plugging it back in to sync?
    What has been done in an attempt to troubleshoot the issue?

  • I did SMTP server configuration but the mails arestill queued.that means all the mails are going into queue folder.

    If you see the last command line that saying queued for delivery. what are the causes for this.

    Most likely yes. There's a manufacturers warranty against defects for a year. I'd contact your place of purchase and talk to them about it.

    If you maitain tax code in PO, it will only show at item level, whereas the header level tax code comes from the configuration that you have maintained for default tax code.
    So have you changed the header tax code as maintained in PO, and put a tick on "Calculate Tax", Check
