Taskdef cannot be found.

Hi,
I try to find a solution for 'taskdef ----- cannot be found' warning in build.xml file.
This comes when I include a referenced jar file content.
I added JAR files to the classpath, and still getting the same issue.
Sample code:
       
       <property name="emma.dir" value="${basedir}/../lib" />
       <path id="emma.lib" >
         <pathelement location="${emma.dir}/emma.jar" />
         <pathelement location="${emma.dir}/emma_ant.jar" />

Did you check your emma_ant,properties? Is it available and does it contain all the necessary keys/values? Where does the error you posted occur (during setup of the emma-tasks or later when they are to be used by your build-script?)?

I m new in developing web service.
I am using NetBeans IDE 4.1 EA2 for developing web service.
I have created a sample jaxrpc web service. When i build project it gives me error that:taskdef class com.sun.xml.rpc.tools.ant.Wscompile cannot be found.
This error is contain in the file build-impl.xml which is referred by build.xml file.
netbeans ide uses ant tool for compiling, building & deploying web service.
All the xml files are automatically generated by netbeans ide.
Please help me with this...

Those taskdefs are in the %WL_HOME%/server/lib/weblogic.jar file. Are you sure that you have that file in a <path> element of the Ant build.xml script (or in the CLASSPATH environment variable that Ant is using)?

This error "java.lang.NoClassDefFound weblogic/util/debug" kind of looks familiar while running some standalone Java client programs that refer to stuff deployed on Weblogic. The ideal way to fix is generate wlfullclient.jar and add that in the classpath. Adding or calling setDomainEnv.sh (.cmd) will also work, but try using this wlfullclient approach also. I am trying some examples of webserives. These examples are required to be run by Ant tool. Now I intall JWSDP-2.0 and tomcat50-jwsdp separately. And set up enviroment variable. now run Ant to compile the program, displays an error-----D:\CIS631\JWSNutshell\examples\chapter1\amazon\buildsetup.xml:31:taskdef class org.apache.catalina.ant.deploytask cannot be found. WsImport cannot be found

I am trying to run the samples that came with JAX-WS (the Java API for XML Web Services)
I keep getting this error when I run ant on the build.xml file:

Build-impl.xml Wscompile cannot be found

I have my webservice working fine when I run it thru Netbeans and the Sun server. When I try using tomcat I get the error:
build-impl.xml:281 taskdef class com.sun.xml.rpc.tools.ant.Wscompile cannot be found.
I tried including:
jaxrpc-impl.jar which is where the wscompile exists, but I still got the same error. What am I missing here?

Hi Community,
I have a number of photos in my library that appear in the photos and events, but if I try to edit it, copy it, move it, or link my other desktop to my laptop iphoto where these photos live, I get a message that says the volume cannot be found.
Then if I click edit, I get another message that reads
Image Cannot be Edited
The original is offline.
Can anyone tell me how to fix this?
I no longer have the original files to re import.

You get that message when the library is a "referenced" library and the source file is not where it was when it was originally imported into the library. Check the iPhoto Advanced preference pane to see if you're running a managed or referenced library.
What version of iPhoto and system are you running?

I've already verified that Oracle.DataAccess is referenced in my EF project, and I'm including oci.dll, orannzsbb11.dll, oraociei11.dll, and OraOps11w.dll in my main library (fat installation).
This configuration worked when using the older ADO.Net DataSets, but now I want to use EF 4.4 (DataBase first/model first/whatever it's not Code First) because it's just easier to code against. So obviously I'm missing something when it comes to deploying my solution. Any ideas?

Database Table cannot be found when Verify Database

I have been using CRW 7 for many years. I recently upgraded to XI (I have current version). I can open existing reports and create new reports fine. The problem is when I Verify Database I get an error message "The Database table <tablename here> cannot be found. Remove this table from the report".
This happens to all existing and new created reports. The data fills correctly when previewing. The problem only occurs when Verifying Database.
I thought it might be an ODBC driver problem so I upgraded my driver to v 3.525.1117. At least I think I upgraded it I did not check the version before I installed SQL 2005 SP2. After installing SP2 it seemed to be fine but a week later the problem came back. Mysterious eh?
I am trying to launch a report from VB6 using RDC and rpt file. I get logged in correctly but at .viewreport I get a generic error message. I am assuming the problem is related the the issue I raise in this forum post.

I fixed the problem. In CR XI Developer Designer window I opened up Database-SetDataSourceLocation. I noticed that in "Properties" the last item "Use DSN Default Properties": was set to True. I changed this value to False. Now this problem is solved.
I am Not using Windows Authentication I am using SQLServer authentication. In my code I was passing SQLServer Authentication credentials.
I opened up all of my CR 7 reports in CR XI and changed this setting on both the Main and the Subreort property in the SetDataSourceLocation dialog box and now all my reports work. I am a happy camper.
I don't know if this is a CR 7 conversion to CR XI only situation or not. Hope this information helps someone else.

Importing CD's to iTunes fail with "The required folder cannot be found"

I have my iTunes library on an external drive. Everything works fine, except that I cannot import CD's into iTunes. When I try, I get the error "The required folder cannot be found". My work around currently is to:
1. Upfdate my preference for "iTunes Media Folder Location" to the standard location by clicking on the "Reset" button.
2. Import the CD
3. Copy the folder that it created with the songs to the correct location on the external disk
4. Update the preference or Folder Location back to my external library location
5. Double click on the first song where I get the message that it cannot be located
6. Locate it manually, and iTunes then searches for the others and fix the location.
This is extremely frustrating and impractical. I am on the very latest release and it is still happening. Does anyone know how to get around it?

I have the same problem as pyzaptys' with the exception that there is no My Music folder in the default location. I created one but the iTunes install cannot see it. I used the tweakui as suggested in the response to the original post but the app does not see the My Music folder in the special folders selections.
I have tried many angles but to no avail.

Error importing CD (required folder cannot be found)

A bit of backstory. Been using iTunes to manage my music collection for over 8 years. At one point, I moved my music off of a primary disk to an external disk, although perhaps oddly set up, in that the 'iTunes Music Library.xml' file was still local (under ~User/Music), and just the music files were external (under /Volumes/Media/Music). When the iTunes Media directory structure upgrade happened, the only way I could access my music was to put a soft link from the Music folder to my external drive.
For awhile now, I've been in a state where for the most part, I can listen to all of my music, but when I try to import a CD, I get the 'required folder cannot be found' error.
Help! Do I have to rebuild my file somehow? Edit the xml file directly?

I have the same problem. I recently moved my music from a Vista PC to a new Laptop with an external CD drive. It will copy one song from the CD and it will show in the Music file and then I get the message ' Error importing a CD - Folder not found'. I must unplug the CD drive and plug it back in. I have seen no fix for this problem.

First thing I'd say is that you're code doesn't compile:
lv_title := '   // <----Secondly, does no-one use comments anymore? Isn't this drilled into people in programming classes at colleges? There's a whole bunch of code there but not much in the way of explanation as to what you are trying to achieve. It might make perfect sense to you now but try going back to it in a year and see if you can untangle it's purpose.
Thirdly, is there a specific reason why you've chosen to manually generate a report in PL/SQL, rather than delegating it to a report region? I understand that for particular formatting requirements (denormalised data, cells-within-cells etc), it is occasionally necessary to go to these lengths but I can't help but feeling a well-written query could simplify a lot of this, particularly the references multiple cursors.
