Tata Photon max on Huawei EC 315 is not working on Mac OS X 10.10
Hi All!
I have bought a Tata Photon max WiFi (Huawei EC 315) dongle, which is not working on Mac OS X 10.10.
Does anybody know what is the problem?
Do I need a different dialer?
Do I need a new driver for the Huawei dongle?
I didn't find satisfying solutions on Tata or Huawei homepage!
Who can help me to get this run?
I would be happy to get any feedback on my questions.
Thanks in advance for your comments.

I have just bought a new TATA PHOTON MAX, but, this is NOT working on my MAC LION 10.7.4.
I was using a Reliance Netconnect+ and that was working on the same machine. Kindly suggest if there is a way that the TATA PHOTON MAX can work on this.
Thanks!!!Contact the maker of that product.

Zero fill and max length VC7 Compile to WebDynpro not working
Hi,
i try to call Customer get list and set the attributes zero fill and max length to the input table form.
But the user has to put in the exact length and zero filled.
Any idea what to do
Thanks
UweHi Uwe,
if I understand your question you need something like an alpha conversion.
You can use a formula, therefore is an textfunction called LPAD(text, len, pad).
You can use it like this:
LPAD(@yourtext, 18, "0")
@yourtext contains the input, the length is 18 and filling values is 0 like a alpha conversion.

Not working of AVT stingray F146B CCD camera in Labview, but it works in NI MAX
I have CCD camera, AVT Stingray F146B. And I want to use it with the labview. The camera well works in the NI MAX. I can grab and snab some images by using NI MAX. However the camera does not work in the labview. When I run the labview program, the error message is appeared.
Error-1074360311 occures at IMAQdx Poen Camera.vi
possible reason: Camera not found.
I think that the old version of the NI vision acquisition can be a reason. So I installed with new vision. I use now NI-IMAQ 4.7, NI-IMAQdx 4.0, NI-IMAQ I/O 2.6.
What is the problem? What shall I do for using it?
Attached is my imaging program.

Tata Photon is not working on user mode
Hi Professionals,
I've an issue with running Tata Photon + on user login, whenever I open the photon application its asking Administrator credentials to run the program. Is there any remedy to solve the issue and run the program without Admin credentials??
Please help me..
Thanks..Hi AriGM ,
Are you logon with an administrator account ?
If we logon as a standard account ,I am afraid we cannot run it without the administrator credentials .It is related to the UAC (User Account Control )It is necessary to distinguish the standard account with the administrator account to ensure the safety
of the whole system .The administrator take full control of the system and the standard user is in a limited environment .
Here is a link for reference:

I am using macbook air; how to install tata photon plus
bought a new macbook air, using with open office right now. Unable to install tata photon plus.
Those two icons on the Desktop were probably the application, iPhoto.app and Preview.app. You will have to reinstall iPhoto from the disk it came on originally. If it was included on the Air when you bought it then look on the disks that came with it. It might look like one of these:
To get Preview download and reapply the Mac OS X 10.5.8 Combo Update. That should reinsatll Preview. If it doesn't use Pacifist on the combo updater to extract and install Preview.

Can tata photon plus be used with apple i pad mini for internet access
can tata photon plus be used with apple i pad mini for internet access?
No, you will not be able to use a wired connection. If you have a iPad wifi, it can be used only with a wifi and if you have a iPad wifi+cellular, it can be used with both wifi and 2G/3G and 4G.

But when I run wvdialconf it can't find the modem:
Editing `/etc/wvdial.conf'.
Scanning your serial ports for a modem.
Sorry, no modem was detected! Is it in use by another program?
Did you configure it properly with setserial?
Please read the FAQ at http://alumnit.ca/wiki/?WvDial
As a result I'm stuck with Ubuntu for the time being. ;( Any help would be very appreciated.
Edit: running sakis3g after doing the above I was able to connect but I'd still love to know how to to make it work manually with wvdial.

Thanks for the advice above. Initially cleaned off original app
I removed the software application from Mac HD/Applications/Orange Mobile Partner
The kernel extension located at Mac HD/System/Library/Extensions/HuaweiDataCardDriver.kext
The modem script located at Mac HD/Library/Modem Scripts/HUAWEI Mobile Connect – 3G Modem
Then dragged the Orange MobilePartner file to the HD, selected 'Show Package Contents' and followed the advice above opening the .mpkg.
Was about to try and return the dongle, but now after several tests, am sure it works

Do I have to buy Lion or snow lepoard or is there a way to updated from OS X 10.4.11?? I have a new ipod that will not work without the ne itunes, but the new itunes will not install without a newer vesion of Max OS X. Help please
Need to know your Mac model. If it's a PowerPC, the max OS is Leopard 10.5.x. If it's an Intel procesor, you can upgrade to Snow Leopard (for $29) & later to Lion.
