Tax issue in third party order related intercompany billing

Hi,
I have one isseu related to tax determination in third party order related billing document.
Ordering sales organization : Germany
Delivering sales organization: France
In billing document the Delivering country: FR (France)
Receiving Country: DE (Germany)
The tax condtion type: MWAS, Application of that condition type: TX.
Sytem is picking the A1 tax code from country FR and through tax procedure TAXEUR.
But the actually client requirement is system should pick upt he tax code from country DE (Germany). I.e., system need to pick up from receiving country.
I tried through SD tax condition records, it is not working.
I maintained the tax rate through VK11, like
Departure country (FR) - Destination country (DE)  - Cust.taxclassi - material tax classi - Tax code (XT), the XT is belongs to France, When i maintained this system is not picking the tax amount from FTXP.
Please let me to come out from this issue.

  • Order-related intercompany billing

    Hi
I know that the standard system only generates an intercompany billing document for the cross-company code sales if a delivery is involved.
The order-related intercompany billing and the cross company process for service items, leasing and maintenance items and third-party items is only possible with using the sap note 63459.
I am using ideas ecc 6.0, where in the report required for creation of intercomapny billing ZZIVAUFT is already there. But here it asks for billing documnet & not the Purchase order or sales order.
Has any body worked on this note. Can i get the deatils how to impliment this note.
    Thanking you
    Vinod

  • Order-related intercompany BIlling - RVIVAUFT

    Dear SAP Experts,
Currently I am doing the Order-related intercompany Billing, However the 2nd billing document is not created. I have referred to OSS notes and they are referring to report RVIVAUFT and the output type RDIV and copy control settings.
I have made the copy control settings (Order Billing - Requirement 036 in the Item cat.) and I could not find the output type RDIV (Billing outputs). I am using ECC6.0
    - Can anybody tell me how to use this report RVIVAUFT, which billing documents I have give in the selection screen?
    - What is the standard output type i can copy to create RDIV?
    - Is there any additional configuration I need to do for Order-related intercompany Billing?
    Regards,
    Murali

    Hello Raghavendra,
I have already implemented the notes you have referred, however the process is not working.
Let me tell you my requirement in detail:-
We have two company codes one in India (Comp 1) and second in Germany(Comp 2) who provides the service to their customers.
    Scenario:-
The German Company sells the Service to customers in Germany, however the service is done from India remotely. Once the service is done German company will create an Invoice to customer and Indian company will invoice the German company
    Customizing:-
    - I have made all the settings for the Intercompany Sales (Delivery related Intercompany)
    - Customized according to the notes 381042.
    Master Data:-
    - Extended the Material to Germany company
    - Maintained the Intercompany pricing conditions.
    - Condition record for RDIV is maintained
    Transactions:-
    1. Customer order is created in German Company (VA01)
    2. Customer Invoice is created in German Company (VF01)
    3. Execute the report RVIVAUFT to create the Invoice to Germany Company. (SE38)
So When I execute the report RVIVAUFT, system is giving a message Material is not maintained.
Can you please let me know whether I am following the right steps in the system?

  • Order Related Intercompany Billing - Third Party Order

    Dear all,
I have configured intercompany billing that is based on the delivery and i have done that successfully, then I tried the third party process but after billing the third party order then the intercompany billing doesn't show up in the vf04, I have searched the SAP Notes especially SAP Notes 63459 but I really haven't got the clue how to do that clearly, if somebody can help me how to configure the intercompany billing for my requirement. I'm using SAP 5.0. I believe something missing in the copying control between sales document and billing document and also for the output type. Please help me very urgent.

    hi,
Customizing settings are reported in notes 338922, 109254 and 308989.
During delivery creation the LIKP fields VKOIV/VTWIV/SPAIV/FKAIV/PIOIV/FKDIV/KUNIV must be filled in program FV50XFLK_LIKP_FUELLEN_IV_UML. If you checkt this table and not all of these fields are filled, you have the wrong the customizing. If the error is in your pruduction there is a report with which you can correct the relevant deliveries (of course after correcting your customizing): see note 176476.

  • Issue in third party order

    helo all.
There is a third party purchase order created from a sales order.
I have marked deletion flags on all the line items in purchase order, but in sales order it is not reflecting.
    kindly guide me.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Just to share with you, in my previous R/3 4.6C implementation for standard third party order processing, once I changed the quantity in PO related to 3rd party SO, it will automatically copied into SO. However NOT for DELETION item in PO.
In this case, MRP and Purchaser are still can see the deleted item as open requirement. It was matched with our requirement.

  • Credit check issue in third party order

    Dear all,
We are facing some issues related to credit management data for one of our customer. I need your valuable inputs for below mentioned queries-
    1. As a genaral question- When we releases a SO through VKM* How the system calculated the " Released Credit Value of the document".
2- For one of the customers, the FD33 shows a Sales value X USD. As i see the split of this sales value , this X USD amounts to OPEN DELIVERIES. Both Open So and Open billing are zero. We tried to check with no. of tcodes to find out the open values but no such Open delv document is appeared.
In VC/2, it only shows Open SO, no open deliveries are there.
So i tried with simulation program RVKRED88, and found 5 third party Sales documents , against which some value is coming under the Open delivery value and it sums up to the value as coming in FD33.
I have a few questions on this-
    > All the SO in output are Third party SO, against which PO has been created, ( Third party So> PR> PO> MIRO--> billing) and all are in status OPEN, so how come they are showing value in OPEN DELIVERY ?
--> The value appearing against these third party SO is Not equal to items value/net value, it is a complete different value than appearing in SO. But in SO changes history , the same value is coming AS RELEASED CREDIT VALUE. How is it being calculated?
For eg- for one of the Third party SO , the value coming in RVKRED88 is 29573.53 USD,
                                                                net value in So= 24,120.00 USD, Qty = 6000 PC , Credit price= 4.02 USD
Credit value of So in VBAk= 29573.53 USD
SO created , released on 08.July.2011, confirmed schedule line =08.Oct.2011
Credit settings- Static check + Credit active Item cat and SO ,  Open So and open delv are ticked in credit settings.
    Kindly help in the analysis.
many thanks in advance for the inputs.

    Hi Dharmendra,
    1.  When we release a sales order using VKM* transaction S066 information structure and OEIKW field is updated which increases open order value.
    2. If there is mismatch in the values of credit related fields run RVKRED77 (Re-organisation of credit in case of update errors) this will update all the credit data for a Payer customer in real time. RVKRED88 is simulation mode.
    3. Updating of values related to credit is controlled by the update group assigned to credit control area. If system is not able to update  using the assigned update group it will automatically try updating using the next update group. Below is the text of SAP Help.
If a document cannot be processed with the update group you specify, the system determines the next possible update it can carry out. For example, you select Update group 000012 which, at delivery, reduces the open order value and increases the open delivery value. Assume that one item in the order is not relevant for delivery. In this case, the system automatically determines Update group 000018 for this item. Update group 000018 increases the open delivery value for the order item. The system uses the confirmed quantity of delivery-relevant schedule lines to update the order value
As you know in OVA8 transaction credit control area, Risk category, credit group and currency are assigned to update group.

    Hi
You can make the control setting as to whether the invoice receipt quantity or the goods receipt quantity should be relevant for billing in the copy control for billing on the item level in the billing quantity field.
In Customizing, choose Sales and Distribution -> Billing -> Billing documents -> Maintain Copying Control for Billing Documents -> Copying Control: Delivery to Billing Document -> Item, then select an item category.
    Thanks & Regards

  • Account assignment order-related intercompany billing (SD-EDI-OM-IV)

    Hello!
Intercompany billing is being generated and posted and intercompany accounts payable (IC AP) document is parked through IDOC and when trying to post this IC AP in the receiving company code is giving an error:
"Account 30069520 requires an assignment to a CO object
    Message no. KI235"
CO object is missing because COPA values are not following into this IC AP document. Several SAP Notes have been installed, unfortunately without any help:
607799 - Posting to vendor account w intercompany billing before F2
916973 - Incorr partner PC in intercompany billing before ext billing
1766604 - INVOIC: IDoc w/ incorr account assignment for down payment
Currently we are trying to modify user exit V05NZZEN mentioned in SAP Note 607799 to be able to copy account assignment objects into the IDOC and IC AP document. SAP incidents have already been created and no help from SAP side due to some cases intercompany invoice is to be created before end customer invoice which is against SAP standard. There is also billing block and billing plan activated to the SD document types in the SAP system which are outscoped in SAP Note 607799.
Have anyone done modification to user exit V05NZZEN which would solve KI235 error?
Is there anything else which could be tried solve KI235 error?

It seems couple of segments are missing in your IDOC settings.  Have a look at the following notes:-
Note 328569 - INVOIC: segment missing in FI invoice; KI235
Note 1881464 - Error KI235 when post IDOC coming from SD billing output

  • Order related Inter-company Billing (Third Party Order)

    Hi SAP Gurus,
We are using SAP R/3 4.6C version.  Normally, the inter-company billing are delivery related and this is working fine.  I am configuring the order related Inter-company billing, i.e. Third Party drop shipment  with Inter-company.  I refered to SAP notes 203876, 63459, 381042 and maintained the copy control between OR => IVA (for TAS) as follows:
    Copying requirement      = '013',
       Invoiced quantity        = 'F', (*)
       Quantity/value          = '+',
       Pricing type            = 'G'.
The issue I am facing is when I try to create an Inter-company invoice (after the F2 Customer invoice), the End customer details is being pulled instead of the Inter-company customer details.  In other words the Inter-company invoice is also being issued to the End customer.  Also the prices are showing in negative.
Kindly share with me if any of you guys know a solution for this.  I have searched all the SAP forums, but couldn't find a similar issue.
My concern here is, in none of the SAP notes, there is no information about the copying requirement at the header level between OR=>IVA.  I am not sure whether this is causing the issue.
    Regards,
    Saravanan

    Hello Mrinal,
Please review the note 381042 Order-related intercompany billing in Releases.
o  Report RVIVAUFT instead of report ZZIVAUFT
        o  Standard requirement 036 'Item/order related IB'
Use this requirement in the copying requirement for billing
           documents for your process flow.
o  Standard requirement 018 'Order-related IB' instead of
           customer-specific output requirement 990.
Use this requirement in the output determination procedure of
your billing documents (in the standard system, this is procedure
V10000 'Billing outputs') for output type RDIV.
o  Standard ouptput type RDIV instead of customer-specific output
           type ZZIV.

  • Third party order process- tolerances

    Hi
our client is facing a problem.
Normally a SO will be issued and then the PO is created with ref. to
SO (and with same quantity). GR and IR-L will be booked, then SO will appear
in billing due list  and customer
    invoice will be created.
But now If PO quantity and GR quantity are not identical, SO is not appearing in billing due
list. do we set up any tolerances for these in custozmizing.
what would be the probable reason for this
can any one please throw some light on this.
    Regards
    GP

    Hi GP,
Check the billing relevant of Item category used in Sales order item  . This should tell you what is happeneing in your scenario.
If PO qty and GR qty missmatch occurs , MM config has to be checked to see if any tolerance has been set.
If SO is not appearing for billing , then you need to check is SO dependent on your GR or IV for billing.
Assuming it as TAS item category and BANS item category group and third party ordering process.
    Billing Relevance:
F     Order-related billing doc. - status according to invoice qty  ( Bill after IV done with IV qty)
G     Order-related billing of the delivery quantity       ( Bill after GR with GR Qty)
    Thanks,
    Sudhi

  • Third-Party Order - Cost from PO incl. Freight into Sales Invoice

    Hello SD gurus,
Had a question about drop shipments(Third Party Orders). At our company, the third-party order related PO sometimes has Freight/Customs conditions, but they do not come on to the VPRS(cost) condition on the corresponding Sales Invoice. What should I do to make them add up on VPRS?
See sample PO conditions and history tabs below
You can see the correct amount(including freight) shows up as cost of goods sold(in the accounting doc for its GR document) below
But the VPRS line on the sales invoice only shows the GR amount, does not include freight/customs charges as seen below
Is there any way I can get VPRS to include the Freight/Customs amounts as well. Please help me out....
My third-party order copy control VTFA configuration for OR =>F2 for ItemCategory TAS, the billing quantity is currently set to F.
Document Flow for our drop-ship orders is as follows: Creation of sales order triggers creation of a purchase requisition which in-turn gets converted into a PO. Once the GR happens on this Vendor PO the Goods Issue and Sales Invoice is triggered immediately. The Vendor IR comes last.
    Thanks and regards,
    Wayfarer

    Hello
As per the standard Third party process, cost in the billing document will be picked from Invoice receipt of the vendor (MIRO).
Basically here the cost determination happens from below three sources.
    1. MIRO (invoice receipt of Vendor)
    2.Goods receipts (MIGO )
    3.Purchase order
Highest priority is given to the number 1. MIRO.
In your both the cases, kindly check MIRO price & quantitiy.
    thank you
