I have one  requirement i.e as follows.
<b>Line Item Value change in MIRO Transaction</b>
After getting the items in table control of  the miro screen of a particular order.
I have to clicked on edit own condition of selected item.
then it will show another screen ( create invoice document item - conditions)which have the all condtions details like
    Fra1 , frb1 , sd%  ,  Penalty % , gross price , frieght charges etc.
In this screen first time it is showing line item as
in the miro intial screen i.e. if u click po item
10 it will show 10 only.
after  updating fra1  value , i came back to the main screen at that time it is asking that select the any one of three.
after selecting manual selection its fra1 was changed.
once again if i go to the same line item by clicking
the edit own condition(13 column if u select all information in textbox whixh is above tablecontrol right corner) it is showing line item as 1 in screen ( create invoice document item - conditions) which  should be line item as 10. ( here i took line item as 10)
Please clarify this, why it is showing

                  110 -
    11.

"...it does not work..." is probably the worst description of a problem you can imagine. As an application developer you should know that. Do you use firebug to see what happens once it "does not work"? Any better hints?

    Dear,
Maintain the tax settomgs in tcode FTXP...

  • Miro Tax Value field

    Hi, all !
In transaction Miro, under Nota Fiscal, the field TAX RATE is filled with a apropriate value, but users are trying to input a value directly for the field TAX VALUE, so that the result should discard whatever is in Tax rate, but that's not what happen. Even if we type any value for Tax Value field, the result always consider the tax rate with a different value. In another client, the procedure works fine. Is this a problem of Customization in SPRO transaction ?

    Dear Rakesh
    Thanks for your information.
Are you sure is this the case?
Sales tax and value added tax accounts are Balance sheet accounts and can i create them as statistical cost elements and see if they are getting transferred to COPA
    Please suggest

  • I can't change the field status of Tax section in MIRO transaction

Hello, I need to change to visible the field status of RTAX1U12-FWBAS, RTAX1U12-HWSTE and RTAX1U12-HWBAS of Tax section in MIRO transaction. In table settings, administrator option of that section I can change them, but when I save the variant the system do not save the settings. There is another transaction where these field status are maintained? I think that in another part these fields have the status "Invisible".
    Best regards,
    Alfredo Del Portillo

    Hola Alfredo,
The table control for taxes in MIRO cannot be changed by the  administrator function like other table controls.
Which columns are displayed or not is decided by the program dependend on several parameters.
The tax base amount is changeable or not is controlled by a setting in FI customizing:
    IMG -> Financial Accounting -> F.A. Global Settings -> Tax on Sales/Pur
-> Basic Settings -> Change field control for Tax base amount
I hope the above information answers your inquiry.

  • PO report with Netprice+Tax value

    Dear All,
Is there any report available  with Netprice+Tax value?
    Rgeards

    hi,
I think there is no any report for your requirement...and i think this is correct, because even if we select the TAX code the PO item level, then it doesn't mean it'll be continued and will be used as it is in the MIRO as well...It may get changed and the tax paid will be different...
So, at PO level normally we don't check the tax...
there are few reports given like ME81 etc which show the net value ...if you want even though, then pls ask the ABAPER to make the new field in the PO with the userxit MM06E005 and then calcuate the total here via retrieveing the data from respective tables...
    hope it helps..

  • Exit or BADI when Tax Calculation in MIRO from Purchase order

    Hi Gurus,
I Need a Exit or BADI when Tax Calculation in MIRO from Purchase order.
The problem is the tax is automatically calculated from tax code in PO but I want it to be calculated
from PO condition. Is there any exit available by which I can modify the value of tax when ticking the check box of tax calculation in MIRO.

BADI has method COPY_DRSEG_SELKZ but since there only importing paramters and no exporting or changing parametrs you cannot change the values of rseg here.
Try using proper Implicit enahncement by debugging .

  • Tax split on MIRO

    Hi experts,
I am trying to split tax amounts in MIRO transaction. I was able to split the Tax base amount with the following configuration: SPRO --> Financial Accounting (New) --> Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) --> Tax on Sales/Purchases --> Basic Settings --> Change Field Control for Tax Base Amount.
But when entering to Tax tab in MIRO I am not able to display all the Tax Codes for the splitting lines.
    Thanks
    Ezequiel

    Hi dheeraj,
Yes, it is there in the Tax tab at header level that I am trying to split the values with different tax codes...but no tax code appear.

  • Manually adjusted G/L and Material values in MIRO document

    Dear All,
Can you please help me get the logic of capturing data from RBCO and RBMA for manually adjusted entries. I have a Purchase Register, which is completely based on the MIRO documents. The values are picked up from RSEG and RBKP. Header-wise and item-wise details are also displayed in the register.
Since manual adjustments are done, the values are not saved in RSEG Table. The total value is reflected in the RBKP - Header table. How do I get the value bifurcation?
The values are there in BSET table also. But I fetch the values with respect to the tax codes and condition types from BSET. Accounting values are fetched from BSET in the existing register.
According to the current logic, the adjusted values are not populated to the Purchase Register.
How to display the values in item-wise and header-wise?
Please help me get a logic of getting the values from RBCO and RBMA or from BSET.
I prefer to get the values populated from BSET, because we will get the tax values also.
    Thanks,
    Haritha

Hello , there are two tabs next to "Po reference" tab called "G/L Account" & "Material" tabs which can be used for G/L Accounts & material entering.
if you don't have these tabs , please check for authorization.
    below screenshot for reference.

  • Tax error in MIRO

    Hi,
I am getting tax error in MIRO while posting transaction.  "tax amount must not be greater than the tax base" msg FF747.
    Invoice amount is 168.91(MIRO)
    PO amount is 55.17
    Tax amount is 113.74
This error is coming due to Tax amount(113.74) is greater than PO (55.17) amount.
tax amount is greater than due to heavy import duty.  User wants to post greater tax amount than actual PO amount, could you please suggest how can it be possible to post in SAP, i am trying to post but i am getting above error.
This error is coming due to Tax amount(113.74) is greater than PO (55.17) amount.
    Thanks,
    Sam.

    Hi Sam,
I too have the same kind of scenario. The VAT value is more than the base amount. Please inform me the solution applied by you.
    Thanks in advance,

  • Service tax value required updating while posting GR in MIGO transaction

    Dear Friends,
We have a following scenario where service tax value required updating while posting Goods Receipt MIGO transaction.
    1. Purchase Order created for first line item where Qty. 1 and Net Rate Rs.1000/- so total Gross value will be Rs.1000/- example Vendor XYZ
    2. Freight condition type maintained for the first line item for Rs.500/- and assigned to Transportation vendor ABC.
    3. When Goods Receipt Posted for the Material against PO first line item, the material value updates Rs.1500/- (Material value as
        per PO + Freight Charges)
    4.  After posting GR while making Invoice verification through MIRO transaction against the PO GR/IR clearance will be done for
Material vendor XYZ. For transportation Vendor ABC Planned delivery cost indicator will be select and since service tax is
applicable Service tax code will also select.
Here the values of Service tax if the Material available in Stock it will be inventories. If stock consumed before making the Invoice verification for Transportation vendor ABC, then the Service tax values update to PRD account.
We know that in PO, tax code can be select for first line item (Raw Material) Vendor XYZ and if transportation charge condition type maintained for same first line item and assigned to Vendor ABC and there is no provision to maintain Service tax. So the service tax will get inventories while posting Invoice Verification for the transportation vendor.
We want the values of Service tax to update while posting Goods Receipt in MIGO transaction.
    Thanks & regards
    Dhanu

    hi,
Please note at the time of MIGO Servecie tax value does not appear, it will appear at the tiem of Invoice only.

  • Wrong tax amount in MIRO

    Dear All
Scenario is explained as below :-
Whenever there will be service tax on software in my PO VAT No Deductable will be calculated on Net Price + Service tax on Software in other case VAT wil be calculated on Net Price only.
ZSER - Condition type for Service tax on Software
ZVRO - VAT Non Deducatble (Copied from JVRO).
I have made changes in tax procedure TAXINN such that ZVRO in calculated on Net Price and Service tax on S/w i.e. ZSER.
I made a PO with net price 290 INR and used condition type [email protected]% and ZVRO@5%. In PO ZSER is  29.87 INR  and ZVRO is 15.99 INR whic is correct but at the time of MIRO, when I tick on calculate tax,tax is appearing as 14.50 INR.
    I think VAT is getting calculated on 290 INR i.e. 5% of 290 INR = 14.50 INR.
Please suggest how to get correct tax amount in MIRO.
    Regards
    SK

    Dear SK,
Materials Management -> Purchasing -> Conditions -> Define Price Determination Process ->Define Calculation Schema
goto  Procedure and check the control data. how you made the calculation of VAT.
If the Calculation is OK in PO than it should be right in MIRO.

  • Tax code in MIRO Tax tab

    Hi,
As of now, MIRO is picking up tax from PO line item.
Now I want to add another tax to that line ...so would like to assign one more tax code to that line through taxes tab in MIRO screen - but I am not able to add it...taxes tab is greyed out (only the tax code from Po appears and calculate tax box ix checked)......so is it that can't I post with 2 taxes for a line?
What should I do in such case?
In short, how to enter the second tax code?
    Thanks in advance
    SKD

    Hello,
I think you don't need add second line item to MIRO PO side. You can split tax line item with your tax code customizing on FTXP.
    You must make some customizing.
    Define an internal processing key,
Financial Accounting (New) -> Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) -> Tax on Sales/Purchases -> Basic Settings -> Check and Change Settings for Tax Processing
You should copy MWS to ZWS
Then assign this key to your tax procedure.
Financial Accounting (New) -> Financial Accounting Global Settings (New) -> Tax on Sales/Purchases -> Basic Settings -> Check and Change Settings for Tax Processing
Then you can see it on FTXP for your tax code. For example, you can enter %5 to MWS and %10 to ZMW line on tax master data. When you post an invoice with this tax code and if your amount base is 100,00 for ex. system calculate two line item, first is 5,00 and second is 10,00.
    I hope it helps,
    Regards,
    Burak
