IView for displaying the locked user / deleted user etc

Hi Experts,
There is one log file in server. This log file name is as below:
some_name.<some_number>.log
The file contains information in following way:
Userxyz deleted user abc1
Userxyz created user abc2
I want to create one iView based on above log file.
Please suggest me how to go about it. I may have to filter the records. The log file may have 1000s of records. I would like to display only records based on certain filter condition. For example the iview should only display the deleted user.
Please also let me know if I have to use any KM iView for this purpose.

below are some minfo about lock objects :
Lock Objects
These types of objects are used for locking the access to database records in table. This mechanism is used to enforce data integrity that is two users cannot update the same data at the same time. With lock objects you can lock table-field or whole table.
In a system where many users can access the same data, it becomes necessary to control the access to the data. In R/3 system this access control is built-in on database tables. Developers can also lock objects over table records.
To lock an object you need to call standard functions, which are automatically generated while defining the lock object in ABAP/4 dictionary. This locking system is independent of the locking mechanism used by the R/3 system. This mechanism also defines LUW i.e. Logical Unit of Work. Whenever an object is locked, either by in built locking mechanism or by function modules, it creates corresponding entry in global system table i.e. table is locked. The system automatically releases the lock at the end of transaction. The LUW starts when a lock entry is created in the system table and ends when the lock is released.
Creating Lock Objects
Lock object is an aggregated dictionary object and can be defined by using the following steps:
o From initial data dictionary screen, enter the name for the object, Click Lock object radiobutton and then click on Create. The system displays a dialog box for Maintain Lock Objects screen
o Enter short text as usual and the name for primary table.

-Select Tables option
From this screen you can:
Select secondary tables, if any, linked by foreign key relationship.
Fields for the lock objects. This option allows you to select fields for objects (R/3 system allows locking up to record level). Lock object argument are not selected by user but are imposed by the system and includes all the primary keys for the table.
1) Exclusive lock: The locked data can only be displayed or edited by a single user. A request for another exclusive lock or for a shared lock is rejected.
2) Shared lock: More than one user can access the locked data at the same time in display mode. A request for another shared lock is accepted, even if it comes from another user. An exclusive lock is rejected.
3) Exclusive but not cumulative: Exclusive locks can be requested several times from the same transaction and are processed successively. In contrast, exclusive but not cumulative locks can be called only once from the same transaction. All other lock requests are rejected.
Also, last but not the least, locking the object is logical (locking with any enqueue ) .so, you have to use the lock object while trying to access from second program .

BOR object for Displaying the Spool

I am trying to create work item that will display spool output.I have thought of using FM "SWW_WI_START_SIMPLE" to create a work item and will take to the display of the spool file .Can any body suggest the BOR object which I can use for displaying the spool output??
(Background of the issue-I am executing a report in background and taking out put of that on spool. After executing this I want to send that spool number in the work item to the user and from that work item a link should be generated that will take the user to the spool display.)

Secondly go to your transaction create one invoce
then go to SWEL it will display the BOR Triggered during the Invoice creation

URGENT: Tcode for display of the inspection set up

Hi,
i want to hav a tcode which displays the insepction ste up present in materials (i.e. MM02 or 01 in Quality view ) ,i want to see which are the inspection set ups available in it .
actaully there are about 700 matreials of which i have change the inspection set up . so plzz tell to view these items inspection set up .
it is really urgent to me as help will be deinfately rewarded.

U can only activate or deactive the inspection types using T. Code QA08.
OR else U can use 3rd tab there, Individual Processing and execute the report,
there select all the materials and click on "Change Inspection Type" button, it will open the sceen of the materials here u delete one by one and save. This is the only way... I think

Configuring profile parameter for a table lock object

Hi Experts-
I want to set the 'wait time' (_WAIT) parameter as a profile parameter for a table lock object.
I have created a lock object on a ZTable. I lock and unlock this object in exclusive non-cumulative mode through the enqueue and dequeue lock object function modules. These generated FMs are invoked via my custom function module.
My function module will run in the background as a scheduled task in R/3. I execute the Enqueue FM at the start of the FM and keep the table locked until the last step finishes in my FM and then I Dequeue it. I want to have the processing wait and retry the Enqueuring FM at set intervals in case the one run doesn't finish entirely and a new run of this same job kicks off.

Set the wait parameter = 'X'. These means that if it encounters a lock, then it will wait a certain time for the lock to be released. This certain time is a system value set by your basis team. I don't imagine it being a very long time.

Are we talking of HTTP?
If yes, you'll need to provide an appropriate content-type and use the binary output stream.
IE does not trust the content-type header but relies upon the file name, so set it too.
