Hi,

  • Idocs in IDX5 but error exists in outbound

I have a scenario File -- > XI -- > R/3 (Idoc). The Idocs are visible in IDX5 but they are not transferred to the destination R/3 system. The Idoc’s created in IDX5 have a chequered flag but in the outbound there is a red flag with an error “Error in outbound exists”. What could I missing which is not sending the Idocs to the R/3 system?

    Hi,
Check the XI Server in SM59 RFC Destination to Connect R/3 system.
In this RFC Destination what user you are using for that user all authorization given by Basis. If that user doesn't have some times authorization then you can not create the IDOC'S in R/3 system.
Go to XI Tcode ; IDX5 , Double click on TID then check the message . If the message is relevant to authorization then you need to contact ur Basis guy.

  • IDX5 - System is not a central XI; cannot start program

    hi all -
Did anyone come across this error message - "System is not a central XI; cannot start program" when trying to execute the tcode - IDX5 on the XI box?
I pushed an IDOC - MATMAS05 from IDOC to XI. It doesn't come into XI.
    1. I checked the SM58 on the R/3 side. No Messages.
    2. I checked the IDX5 transaction on the XI side, that's when i get the above error message.
    3. I checked the IDX2 transaction on the XI side, i get this error "I:000" - Anyone knows what it means?
    4. SXMB_MONI doesn't show up anything.
    5. R/3 - pushed idocs shows a status of 3.
Any ideas where to look for and how to solve the problem -IDX5 and IDX2.
    Environment:
    1. We are using SAP NW 2004s
    2. SAP BASIS Component - SAP_BASIS - Release 7.00
    Thanks in advance,

  • IDOC not there in WE02

    Hi Gurus,
I am doing a FILE TO IDOC scenario for taking Material Master data from the MDM system and posting the IDOC into the R/3 system..
The entry is there in MONI with the chequred flag but there is no IDOC in we02 of the R/3 system.
Also , i pasted the payload from teh MONI and checked in the mapping and the test was shown to be successful.
Can Anyone please tell me what can be the cause and its probable solution?
    Thanks in advance,
    Shweta.

    (1) Error Category - CO_TXT_OUTBINDING_NOT_FOUND
The problem is in Technical routing.
Check whether the receiver determination and interface determination objects are active in change lists tab. If they are not active, activate the objects.
Also check the if the receiver determination and interface determination objects are referenced to the same namespace or not. Sender and receiver interface objects should always refer to the same Namespace.
    (2) Error Scenario - ATTRIBUTE_IDOC_METADATA
Check the receiver communication channel (Created using IDOC adapter). In this communication channel check if the two mandatory parameters are passed correctly.
Following is further info on those two mandatory parameters.
(i)Check if the RFC destination which is created in XI to connect the target SAP R/3 system is working fine.
(ii)Check if the port that has been created in XI is in the form SAP<SID of R/3 system>. If not, create in the form of SAP<SID of R/3 system>. To this port, specify the above RFC Destination.
    (3) Error Scenario - IDOC not yet created in target SAP R/3 system.
Go to R/3 system and check at Tcode WE05 if the IDOC has been created successfully. If error is u2018"Partner profile not configured" check point 9.
Suppose IDOC did not get created at R/3 end and all the pipeline steps were successful in SXMB_MONI, then go to Tcode : IDX5 in XI and click on Transaction ID field and check the status description which explains the problem.
    (4) Error Scenario - Partner profile not configured.
Go to Tcode WE20 in R/3 system and check if the partner profile has been configured correctly and is filled with the inbound parameters.

On my Scenario Jdbc to Idoc (Asynch) I am using  FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA.FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA01
as a Receiver Interface, now when testing on the sxmb_moni I get two flags the Black and While and the Red the one the is Back and While shows that the Sender is my JDBC Adapter which is right
but now the Red flag show that the Sender is IDoc(FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA.FLCUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA01)  is also Sender of which I used it as a Receiver Interface, I dont know how to stop this IDoc Adapter not to send but to receiver.

  • IDOC to file scenario

    Hi Experts,
In IDOC to file scenario i did in this way.
    1)created logical system.
2)Using SALE tcode I assign logical system to client ,created RFC destination,Port and Partner's profile.
It is showing all the thing correct.
    3) In XI system , I configured using IDX1 and IDX2.
Then I created the material and checked the status which is green in we05.
But in tcode IDX5, the material is not coming.
Here I am confused that why data is not coming to XI system.
    can anyone help me?
    Thanks
    Rabi

    Hi,
The Following are the Possible checks
    1) Check in R/3 side SMQ1 & SMQ2
    2) Check in R/3 side SM58
In R/3 system, Goto SM58 tcode and see if the IDOC have stuck up in Queue.
If the entry is available then select it and press F6, to push it manually.
This happens normally if IDOC stuck up in queues.
    3) Check in PI SMQ2 and IDX5
    regards,
    ganesh.

  • Doubt in Idoc To File Scenario

    Hi Experts,
I didn't created any scenario in XI, i have created an idoc in R/3 and i have send it to XI system using tcode we19, i could able to see the idoc in XI system in tcode IDX5, when i double click on the xml message in IDX5, i am getting the follwoing error.
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
    - <!--  Receiver Identification
      -->
    - <SAP:Error xmlns:SAP="http://sap.com/xi/XI/Message/30" xmlns:SOAP="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP:mustUnderstand="">

      <SAP:ApplicationFaultMessage namespace="" />
      <SAP:Stack>No receiver could be determined</SAP:Stack>
      <SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>
      </SAP:Error>
Actually without creating the scenario in XI also i shouldn't get any error, i should get the xml message without any errors. Please correct me if iam wrong. Kindly suggest me what might be the problem for getting this sort of error.
U'r help will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Venkat.

    Hi Venkat,
      >> <i>Actually without creating the scenario in XI also i shouldn't get any error, i should get the xml message without any errors.</i>
If you check in the inbound message payload u can see the xml message with out errors. But the error is due to non availability of receiver determination path to send the xml message to the desired target system from XI.
So create all the design objects in IR and configuration objects in ID and then try to trigger idoc from r/3 and check the mapping flow and check whether the desired file is created in the target folder.

  • IDOC Sender

    hi all
Am doing a scenario with Idoc as sender. I ve send the IDoc successfully from r/3 system. But nothing is reaching xi. Is there nythin to be done at xi part. Any port to be created . Please help me

    Hi,
For sender case u just need to create RFC destination with that R/3 system on XI box.
Got to tcode SM59 create RFC destination then go to R/3 system resend IDOC and then go to tcode IDX5 in XI and then check if there is any inbound iDOC entry in XI.
If it is there then create port with tcode IDX1 and check IDOC metadata with tcode IDX2.
    Thanks.

  • Searching Message ID in XI using the IDOC number produced in S1P

    Hi Everyone,
I'm a sap XI newbee and i have a  question.
The scenario is like this, We have a message ID (PO) that passes thru XI from a 3PLP(3rd party system) which eventually produces an IDOC when it reaches S1P(R/3).
    Message flow:  3PLP - XI - S1P.
So in S1P(R/3)'s perspective, the IDOC is INBOUND and its supposed to display the message ID from XI in the DETAILS TAB (tCode:WE02) unfortunately  it did not.
So how would I be able to find the message ID in XI using the IDOC produced in S1P.
I hope you get my point.
PS: tcode IDX5 wont work since the IDOC was only produced as soon as it reaches S1P(R/3).
    Thank you so much,
    XI Monitor

You have to search for the IDOC from IDX5 in your XI system...
Also please check the following OSS note : Note 1083694 - IDoc adapter: IDX5 and IDoc tracking
No object relationship is written in step 2.
No object relationship is displayed in the IDoc monitor (transaction WE02) in the receiver system.
Note that object relationships are written for logical systems only (partner type = "LS").
For more information, see Note 428344.
In transaction WENOLINKS, check whether the administrator has deactivated the object relationships.
If everything is maintained, you should see the Sender idoc number(PI) in BD87...
One of the roundabout ways till you fix the issues is to get the timestamp when IDOC was created and go to SXMB_MONI or IDX5 in PI for that timestamp to get the message id

  • IDOC to xi  problem  IDOC not reaching xi

  • No Idocs in XI

    Hello..
i'm unable to c idocs in XI...do we need to maintain same name for RFC in XI  as like as in SAP..
Else How XI pick the idoc from which port and RFc?
    Thanks..

    Hi,
You can check if the msg has reached your IDOC adapter, using this Tcode IDX5
It may help you to understand the flow & if there is any problem with your configuration etc.

  • Search for Idocs in XI

    Hi
in our scenario we have idocs being posted from xi to crm.
But the idoc numbers are different in xi and crm.
    Is there any way to:
Search for a particular idoc in crm and its corresponding idoc in xi.
i mean suppose 123xxx is an idoc in crm that was posted from xi then corresponding idoc of 123xxx in XI .
    Thanks in Advance.
    Helpful answers would be rewarded.
    Thanks,
    Amith

    Hi Juvvadi,
i will explain the process which i use for searching XI IDOC number for R3 IDOC number.
In R3 system,go to EDIDS DB table, restrict selection with IDOC number(CRM) and status 50 and get TID.
In XI,execute Tcode-IDX5, give TID and Created On Date,Execute.Extended Functionality(****F1),Select all then IDOC Tracking(ShiftF4). Then it gives XI IDOC number and related CRM IDOC number.
    Cheers,
    Jag

  • Error when posting the IDoc

    Hi,
Now i am working on a File (XI) to IDoc (R/3) scenario. In XI, I went to the TCODE "idx5", there is no error. But When I went to the TCODE "idx5" in R/3 side, it showed me the follwing error...
"No authorization to send IDocs with message type ZEMPINFMSG".
What role should i assign to the user?

    Hi Jeya,
Have you tried to post IDocs from the R/3system?...goto we19 and try to send an IDoc. In XI, to check if the IDoc has reached-t-code is IDX1..
