Why all of a sudden has one of my apps (Condition Report App) only displaying at the top right hand corner it is a quarter of the size it should be, i have tried setting my ipad back to factory settings and this hasnt helped some please help??? :)

Do you have the most up-to-date version of the app? Did you upgrade to iOS 6? Did you check to make sure that the developer has updated the app for the new OS? Have you tried resetting your device by pressing and holding the Home button and power button until the silver apple appears? Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the app?

Every since I have upgraded to IOS7, Words with Friends only displays in the portrait position. Cannot seem to change it to landscape. Can anyone help?

The "Use custom settings for history" selection allows to see the current history and cookie settings, but selecting this doesn't make any changes to history and cookie settings.
Firefox shows "Use custom settings for history" as an indication that at least one of the history and cookie settings is not the default to make you aware that changes were made.
If all History settings are default then the custom settings are hidden and you see "Firefox will: (Never) Remember History".
"Never Remember History" means that Private Browsing is active and "Always use private browsing mode" gets a checkmark.
The default settings mean that cookies are enabled and thus should work.
Did you try to delete the cookies from the bank site?
Details like websites remembering you (log you in automatically) are stored in a cookie.
*Create a cookie 'allow' exception to keep such cookies, especially in case of secure websites and when cookies expire when Firefox is closed.
*Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: Exceptions
In case you use "Clear history when Firefox closes" or otherwise clear history:
*do not clear the Cookies
*do not clear the Site Preferences
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history": [X] "Clear history when Firefox closes" > Settings

Clearing "Site Preferences" clears all exceptions for cookies, images, pop-up windows, software installation, passwords, and other website specific data.
Clearing cookies will remove all specified (selected) cookies including cookies with an allow exception that you would like to keep.

Why does my mobile site only display in the iPhone and not the Samsung Galaxy?

Hi,
I created a mobile version of my Muse site. After publishing it to the temporary Catalyst site, I went to view it on my Samsung Galaxy Victory; it displayed properly the first couple of times I viewed it. Then I made some changes and re-published it and I can only see the desktop version on my phone. I tested it on my co-worker's iPhone and the mobile site displayed correctly on her phone.
Any insight??

Hi Myriam,
This is most likely the browser cache and cookie issue on your mobile browser. Please clear the browser cache as well as delete the cookies and then try.

Dual Displays on the stock card...

I'm going to be using my Mac Pro for pro audio, and maybe some light picture editing. I'm looking to buy 2 20 inch LCDs that will run at a native resolution of 1600x1050. Will the stock Mac Pro card handle that or do I need to upgrade? I don't care about speedy Picture editing, I just think it will just be nicer then using my Macbook... Anyone know for sure if that will be OK for that card?

IPAD 2 / Iphone 4 - Mail only displays half the photos

Hi,
I have this problem on my Ipad 2 and with my Iphone 4.
I sometimes get emails that contain more than 20 pictures.
When I open those emails, about half of the pictures are displayed correctly. The remaining half are not displayed. Instead I get multiple frames with a blue question-mark in the center.
All of the pictures have the same format.
I use MobileMe as mail service.
Any ideas?

TS3274 whenever i turn my ipad 2 to the side it doesn't rotate, it only displays in the one upright position?

Also. in the settings, its not checked off on the lock rotation screen, its checked off on mute. so its not the little switch on the side, and i've also just tried turning my ipad off and then on again.

Double tap the home button and swipe to the right in the task bar at the bottom. Look all the way to the left for a lock icon. If it is locked, tap it to unlock the screen.

Events over multiple days only show on the first day in 'Month' view

Hi,
I've noticed that if I create an event that spans over two days (for example 23 May 2008 at 6 PM to 24 May 2008 at 1 PM) are only displayed on the from date in Month view.
This is unfortunate because if I look at my calendar in Month view, I think I'm free on the 24th, when in fact I'm busy until 1 PM.
Is there a way to get the Month view to display an entry for the event on both days (other than creating one event running from 23 May 2008 at 6 PM to 11:59 PM and a second from 24 May 2008 at 1:01 AM to 1 PM)?

I just had the exact same problem the other day. I was asked to make an appointment with someone, I checked my calendar (actually on my iPhone) and I looked available that day so agreed and even entered the event. Turns out I will be working 70 miles away on the event I entered on the day prior. I've had the embarrassment of having to reschedule - makes me look disorganised.
The month view on iPhone is just the same as iCal - if it's not an 'all day' event it only shows on the first day. This is poor. I recall even outlook and windows mobile calendar manages to display this sensibly. Apple should be fixing this pronto.

New to Macs just purchased a 27-inch: 2.7GHz mac when I open e.g my company website or facebook it only displays centre of the screen How do I set it up show full screeen also the bar at the top is hard to read as so small can this be increased, ??

Hi I need some help please as above I have just purchased my first mac 27" and as much I love it as a newbie im having some teething troubles, when say Facebook or my company website is displayed it is only displayed in the centre of the screen I know I can zoom in and out but that doesnt look great and dont want to have to that on each page display, how do i fix this please.
Also the toolbar at the top of the page is so small and hard to read is there a way to increase and fix the size

For the browser window, just drag it to the top left of the screen (click and hold on the top bar with the traffic lights to drag), then in the bottom right of the window you'll see a rectangle with diagonal hatching. Click and hold on that and drag the window to the size you want.
Clicking on the green dot at top left will expand the window to fit the screen, clicking it again will shrink it back to where it was (this doesn't work in Finder windows quite the same).
The menu bar size is set in the bowels of the OS, though there may be third-party applications which can alter it.
As it's size is relative to the screen resolution, you could try reducing the resolution in System Preferences > Displays to see if that would suit you better.

Java displays only one time the popup of certificates

I work with an applet and without PKCS#11. The workflow is :
1 - establish a SSL connection without certificate
2 - import a certificate into the smartcard (in C)
3 - establish a SSL connection with the previously imported certificate
All steps do not require to remove the card. The certificate are got from the browser.
In a first step, I establish a SSL connection without certificate to access to some cgi files. I insert a certificate into the smartcard and close the current SSL connection to establish a SSL connection using this certificate.
In the first step, Java displays the popup which shows the certificate (from browser). But, for the second step, when I want to make a SSL connection, Java doesn't display me the popup and I can't make the connection with the certificate.
Well, I tried the following things without success :
- to use the keystore of Windows to access to the certificate but the list of the certificates is not updated.
- to manage the SSL connections with JavaScript (Dojo toolkit...) but the applet loses his interest (ActiveX).
- to pass the SSL handshake to the C using the private key... (beurk)
Do you have any ideas of how can I realize the last step of my workflow in java ? How to refresh the popup? How to display again the popup?

There is no exception thrown.
The popup is this one [Screenshot of the certificates|http://yfrog.com/elselectcertificatej] and is only displayed at the first SSL connection. When you accept (Ok or Cancel) the certificates, subsequent hits to this site doesn't display the certificates. After importing the certificates into the smartcard, I want to use the imported authentication certificate to access to a restricted cgi.

MD04 - Display the stock on one storage location particulary.

The transaction MD04 allows seeing the stock of the plant in the first line of the Stock/requirement list.(MD04)
When the plant includes several storage location (e.g MAG1, MAG2, MAG3), we don't have the detail of the quantity one each storage location.
We can use the filter (by using SETTINGS and FILTER ON) that controls the display of the MRP list and the stock/requirements list but this function don't allows seeing only the stock on one storage location particulary. We have to go the tcode MMBE in order to know the stock on each storage location.

What is your real problem?
Display the stock storage location-wise is one thing and do MRP without certain storage location(s) (=exclude storage locations from MRP) might be another.
If you only want to display stock of certain storage locations in MD04 but use all you stock for planning, I think there's no reason for it.
If you really want to exclude certain storage locations, then you have to be aware that MRP won't consider that stock (for the plant segment). It will also have impact on ATP (atp won't use that stock too).
So, there's a big difference between exclude a storage location from MRP and to exclude its stock from display.
(You can exclude storage locations from MRP via material master --> MRP4 view --> you have to enter both plant/sloc as organisational level and you will see the suitable tab. It is also possible to control this indicator via config for to be created material masters - you can search and find threads)
You should describe your exact requirement and maybe forum mebers can give you advice.

How to get "Calendar in the View" displayed on the page where Calendar web part is displayed?

I have a calendar with overlay set up for 5 views. When the calendar list is open in full page, the "Calendars in View" is displayed on the left pane with all 5 views listed by colors.
1) I want to display the calendar right on the home page, so I added the calendar web part to the page. But the problem is the "Calendars in the View" does not show up on the quick launch on home page, it only shows up in calendar list view.
How can I get "Calendars in View" displayed on left pane when calendar web part is displayed? so that users can select different views?
2) Also it will be better if the "Calendars in View" can display all components of the overlay when not in the default view, so user can toggle thru different views to see each one on the main pane.
Currently, only the default view has all colored views displayed under "Calendars in Views", once you click another view on the list, it just displays the current view, and you have to click the "Calendar" to see all and select another
one.
Really appreciated if someone can give a solution for at least the #1 problem. great if you have a solution for #2 as well!

I have created text element (TEXT SYMBOL) with 132 max.. characters , but out of this 84 characters only displayed on the selection screen......
I have used in the program below code,

SELECTION-SCREEN END OF BLOCK A.
Here text symbol text is " Selection Screen sample with Radio Buttons and select the below radio buttons we have given names like the ALV or LIST or None, see"
But in this case only " Selection Screen sample with Radio Buttons and select the below radio buttons we ha" tetx is displaying......on selection screen block area
Please let me know the reason......

Hi,
Since Release 6.20, a standard width of 120 columns has been defined for the outer frame for text-symbol,but the width was previously 83 columns before its release.
The below code shows the text symbol where text-004 = abcdefghijklmnop..... of 132 characters.
But it will display only 84 characters.
SELECTION-SCREEN BEGIN OF BLOCK b4 WITH FRAME TITLE text-004.
SELECTION-SCREEN END OF BLOCK b4.
so if u want to display entire text it can be viewed on your list ,
write: text-004.
This would be helpful.
