Hi experts,
Please help to Sale order tcode as usually we do to send master data eg material master tcode we use bd10 on sender side on receiver side we use bd11 as get material similary for send sales order what we need to do this . any tcode or any manually transaction .

Sales Order is transactional data. So we can send the IDoc by clicking Extras-->Output --> Headers --> Edit. There you give the output type as BA00 or whatever and medium as ALE. And click on Further data, choose Send Immediately(when saving the application). Save it. It will send an IDoc.
Otherwise you can use standard program RSNAST00. by specifying Object key as sales order number with leading 0 and execute.

Give shipment no and press enter, from menu GOTO--> Shipment and Deliveries populates report with split deleveries button.. etc,
when place cursor on deliveri no and press split button will populate report, In this report, Material description is not poulating, I want to know how to popualate material description in this report.

Hi Experts,
This info really helped and now I am stuck in Transports.
I went to GRR1, created new u2018Z_report_pgmu2019 by copying from relevant Library and Report program. Added Company Code in Report Painter & save.
In GR22, choose relevant Report Group and maintain header text Report
In SE93, created Transaction code u2018Z_std_pgm*u2019 with u2018D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPEu2019 and value u2019RWu2019 & u2018D_SREPOVARI-REPORTu2019 and value u2018Reportgroup nameu2019.
To Transport this report group,GR52, goto Utilities->Transport->Transport Request Select 'Report Group' radio button click 'Execute'. In the next screen enter report group and execute, In the next screen select the check box for the report group and click execute Then it asked for the transport request.
But there was an error in the QA system. May be I missed transporting the 'Z_Report name'.
Should i do it from GR52 ? if not kindly advise.

Hi ,
As BTE is concerned first u have to search for string "OPEN_FI_PERFORM" in progam of that transaction.
system->status->prgarm and find for the above string and list of BTE for that transaction will show and find ur correct BTE.
and choose your correct FM and copy standard FM to ur custom FM and then go to FIBF transaction and then go to
setting->produts->customer and create new entries and the go back and again go to
setting-> process function module->of a customer and give process code and zFM name. and then put break point.

Hello,
This can be achieved via the so called Transaction Launcher (TL). The TL will "emulate/translate" SAPGui screens into HTML code and display them in the WebUI, just as if you were working in that system via the SAPGui.
Take a look at the corresponding customizing and the attached help:
SPRO>CRM>UI Framework>Technical role definition>Transaction launcher.

How to restrict the order reason in Tcode Va01 while creating sales order

while creating sales order in VA01
if order type is Zvol
than the list of order reasons has to be restricted.
Now 15 are coming from OVAU tcode
I need only 5 from these.

By doing the user exit in IW32 we achieved the requirement of restriction of maintenance order TECO functionality if any Service Entry sheet pending with reference of maintneance order.

How to create transaction or screen variant for custom tcode in module pool

Hi,
I have one module pool program with custome tcode ,i want to create transaction or screen variant for this tcode.Next time when we run this tcode we need a variant for this tcode.
I tried by using of SHD0 but it is working only for standred tcodes.Is there any possibilty please help me.

Hi,
you created a Custom Tcode for ur module pool Pgm..if u execute the Tcode in the output screen give the input details and press Save Option then variant will be created. Then you can use that variant.
otherwise.. while creating a Tcode..
select an option for Tcode type Tranasction With variant ..there u will provide the variant for ur Tcode ( which is already created ).

How to differentiate Tcode of screen variant & Standard SAP in BADI .

I am trying to create ZXXX Tcode as a screen variant/transaction variant of standard SAP XXX tcode .
For authorization I am planning to implement a BADI . In My BADI I want find out which tcode has triggered the BADI ZXXX of XXX . As screen variant/transaction variant uses stanrd sap tcode ion back end I always get XXX in sy-tcode .
Need help on how to identify if the BADI is triggered from SAP standard or Transaction variant .

Hello,
In this scenario you have to call the method CL_DYNPRO=>GET_CURRENT_TRANSACTION( ) inside the BAdI. This method returns the relevant parameter trxn or variant trxn unlike SY-TCODE which returns the original trxn!

Screen Exit in Co02 Tcode

Hi All,
I am very New to User Exits. I want add 3 columns in an ALV grid of a standard Tcode C002. In CO02 Tcode, I need to add 3 columns for Component List ALV grid. I have searched all userexits & BADIs in that TCODE, But i am confused with all that where should i have to add?....Adding New columns to an ALV is under Screen Exit but i am Not able to modify that screen. it is asking Access Key.....is that key required to modify the screen?
Can you please provide me the procedure to modify the screen.

You can use ehancement point to add field in to the internal table, which is used in the the avl grid function mudule (REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY).

Frustrated. Need Advice on SAP Security Implementation!!!

I'm very frustrated with my latest project and I would really appreciate your feedback.
I recently joined a company that's implementing SAP. They are already in the realization phase and will soon enter the final preparation stage. I was brought in to implement SAP Security. I was provided with a compiled list of roles and tcodes based on the blueprints from the teams and this was my starting point.
I wanted to do a presentation with the teams so that we all know what my expectations/requirements are from them and vice versa. In preparation for this, I gathered their processes from their blueprints. I wanted them to break each processes into detailed activities/tasks/functions. From there, they can identify the tcodes and then the roles. I also wanted to do this approach because the company is following SOX regulations. I showed this to my team lead and the PM and the PM adviced me not to go with this strategy because there would be too much work involved. I wanted this approach because I also wanted to do the SOD but I was told not to do it because it would only confused them. He just wanted to work on polishing the list of roles and tcodes.
Some teams leads are all experienced people while other teams are not because they are working with an employee from the company. Kinda like a partnership, 1 is a consultant while the other is a team lead from the company. Which I believe is normal practice so that there is knowledge transfer.
So I had my presentation and I found out that most of the team leads have not seen this compilation of roles and tcodes. I also found out that even though they are already in the realization stage, majority of the teams have no idea what roles to give nor do they know who to give it to. I also asked for the org chart from the HR team but I was told that they still don't have it and cannot give it to me. They even asked me why I need it. They also informed me that HR structural authorizations are not going to be implemented and yet nobody can give me a damn good reason why. All they tell me is that because they don't need it.
So as you can see, I'm not getting the cooperation/support I need to be able to do my job properly. How can I when every strategy I wanted to do is being turned down? What should I do? Really need your advice on how to proceed. Your inputs are highly appreciated.

Im sure everyone would agree that the advice you guys offer is more than valuable. Thank you for that.
I myself have been encountering the same situation that Litz is facing except for that in my case the Management is very co-operative (and trust me, this helps a lot). My problem is that neither me nor my Management know what access needs to be given to Consultants or IT Staff after GoLive or even now.The Functional Consultants "don't have the time" to tell me what Tcodes they need access to, and they insist that they should have sap_all, and I have no idea what access they SHOULD have.
I was going to post another thread for my questions but I guess there are already too many which address the same issue. These threads did give me a good insight on how SAP Security should be managed, and I was able to get some of it chalked out. I have a few questions though, which I wasn't too sure about even after reading through the countless threads.
Most consultants in my company had sap_all in QA since no one knew what they should be have and often had we noticed that they would be playing with the Basis Tcodes. Now knowing what they have been doing in QA, I do not want to give them sap_all in Prod (although they insisted) at any cost. So, I made a role (z:sap_all), copied sap_all, disabled Basis Tcodes and assigned it to them. Then I kept adding Tcodes one by one on request basis.
We haven't gone Live (they say that we are still in testing phase since the final cutover is due in the next few weeks) yet and I know that this cannot work after Go-Live since z:sap_all has Tcodes like SE38, AL11, SM50 etc in Prod. They say that they need these to do processing and it is okay to give it to them since we haven't gone live. I would also like to mention that my company is trying to get SOX compliant and needs these things in place.
I have been entrusted a BIG responsiblity and am trying my best to live up to the expectations and I am relying yon you guys to help me out.All the Business Roles are in place, and its just the IT roles that I'm worried about.
So, my questions are
1. Until how long is it okay for Functional Consultants to have this kind of access in Prod ?
2. After we Go-Live, would a display only role for all functional Tcodes suffice for them ? Or should they have Basis Tcodes too ? If yes, which ones (Im asking this because I know that it should be minimal)
3. I have been to told to create an "IT-Support role" by the Manager of the Implementation Partner for after GoLive. But he has no idea what T-codes it should have or what it does. Any ideas on this ?
4. I have read about the "firefighting role". Im guessing that the IT Support Role is the same as this. But what exactly does the firefighting role have? And in what situations is it assigned?
5. How important is the period before the final Cutover important as far as SOX compliance goes?
A little enlightenment on the common issues encountered after Go Live would also help me assess the situation a lot better.

Substitution using OBBH Tcode

Hi Experts,
My reqs are
1. "Substitution user exit will enable to assign the right profit center based on the customer group and sales group in the sales order."
2. Create a Z table to store sales company code and delivering plant company code and replace the sales company code with delivering plant company code.
How can i achieve my reqs., i know i need to use OBBH Tcode and need to implemnt one user exit. bt how to attach that exit point to my substitution and i could not understand the documents flow here how can we change sales order dtls from here.

Unable to Disable Delete row option in FBCJ tcode

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am giving authorizations to users, and I have given auth of FBCJ t-code to a user with create/generate and park activity codes, but I am surprised to see that delete row option is by default working in the tcode, which needs to be disabled or blocked or hidden. Kindly suggest if anything needs to be done in configuration, or from basis side. I havent given 06 i.e delete access to this user.

Please refer the below link and SAP notes which might help in solving the issue. If disabling the delete option does work with standard authorization, then please take help of your ABAPER's and check if the same can be disabled using user exits.
