You can use COIO and give the standard profile 000001
and sys status canc and execute.
You can also use the report COID .
Choose order headers and followthe above procedure.
COID will be helpful for other reports and you can explore

Hi Vivek,
Use Tcode VA05 i.e. List of Sales Order. In this Tcode you can enter sales document type, sales area and other related data. After execution, from layout you can select Reason for Rejection from the list.
This way you can filter all the sales documents including Scheduling agreements by using sales document types.

T. Code: SE16
Key-in -
Table: CDHDR - Change Document Header.
Table: CDPOS - Change Document Items.
and "Enter". On to next page, Key-in
Field: Change doc. object (OBJECTCLAS) as VERKBELEG
Field: Transaction Code as VA02
Field: Appl.obj.change, as D - Delete, and execute (F8).
Then you will get object values (sales orders) and document numbers. Pass these two values along with objectclas: VERKBELEG) to table CDPOS to get more details about these deleted orders.
Also, Go to -
T. Code: SE38,
and execute Report: RVSCD100.
Enter Sales Document Number and Execute. This will provide information, who deleted the order.

Then how to confirm the CO Production Order(Created by KKF1)?

Hi,
As you are aware that Co Production Order is being used when there is no quantity structure. Hence, there shall be no routings with details of activities and the quantity of activities, etc and we cannot use confirmation as we are doing in regular Production Corder. Consequently, we are left with one alternative of passing on the activity cost(qty x price) to the CO Production through Direct Activity Allocaiton(KB21N).

Cancel Production order

my company manufacturing based on ETO (Engineering to Order). we have created Production order now in work shop the start to build.but suddenly my client request to change few changes in assembly parts. so my engineers created new Assembly part no with diffent bom. my question is how to cancel my old production order and also how to get back cancel production order all components to stock? can you please provide me steps with transaction code.

Hi,
Cancel all the confirmation in co13
If you have posted the GI in Co11n, then while doing cancellation of confirmation, system will reverse the goods movement.
If you posted the GI via MB31 or MIGO, then cancel the material document in MIGO
go to >cost> analysis select the cost trend in production order and check the actual value , if the value is zero ,
Then close the order by function --> restrict processing --> close, this order.
If the value is exist, still u have uncanceled goods movement or confirmation is exist find out & reverse the same
and close the order
and the create a new order for new material
It will solve your problem

How we can Reverse the Closed Production Order Which one is confirmed before 5 or 6 month ..Actually i want to reverse the production order with old pricing.Not with present pricing.

You can reverse a production order using fucntions --> Restricit Processing --> Revoke Closing.
But if you want to reverse the materials consumed with the older pricing it is not posible as per my knowledge, as the periods would be closed and you can only reverse in the present period and also that all the settlements would have affected on the order and material.

To close the unclosed production orders without imbalancing with invoice

Hi MRP Experts,
I want solution for following situation.
Mrp was not implemeted during software implementation.
Now we need to implement.
But since manual production entry was not done according to invoice there is no link between them.
At present i have unclosed production orders which was actually manually closed and at present if i try to close it it might show imbalance during the mrp implementation with respect to mismatch in date.
Please give me some suggestions to close the unclosed production orders without imbalancing

Hi,
Once the production order is active then only these orders will be considered for MRP.
So, you go with setting the System Status of the Orders with TECO.
Select your Orders and in the Transaction: COHV you can do the Mass processing for TECO.
TECO status will not look for production order settlement etc..
You enter the demand and execute MRP..
Planned orders will be genearted, convert them to Prod. Orders work on those orders..
But it is same as having prod. orders earlier to MRP or Creating fresh production orders..
System will calculate the Net requirements first in the MRP, so ther will not be inconsistencies..

Error in Cogi after cancelling production order- Urgent

Hi Experts,
Its me again.
I would liek to seek your help regarding this problem I have.
Below is the process done:
1) Create production order
2).CO11N : producing qty in quality inspection status (Stocks received in QI status)
3) QA32 : accepting inspection lot ( thus the stock will be moved to "unrestricted")
Due to some errors discovered, prod order needs to be cancelled
4) CO13 : Cancel production => mvt 102 will fall into the cogi with error message "Deficit of BA Stck in qual.insp ... etc"

Hi ,
If QM is active , you cannot use 322 movement directly.
For this you need to activate 08 insp type in MM insp set up.
After that , you can bring the matl back into Quality using 322 movement.
Dont forget to deactivate the 08 insp type , once your work is over.

As you said Co substitution OKC9 is not configured in my client and it is not active
The error seems that there is more than one Co object in the transaction
Now how to check it that whether more than one CO object is getting into the transaction.

Is there a way to view the new product notifications after installing the application?

When you install LabWindows/CVI or any other NI application you may receive new prduct notifications containing critical warnings or any other type of notifications. For CVI 2009 a critical warning is displayed suggesting to download and install a patch. In my case I chose to ignore the warning and continue with my installation without downloading the patch or creating a copy of the download link first.
After I finish installing I wanted to download the patch but I realized there is not an easy way to display the new product notifications from LabWindows/CVI.
My only options at this time was to search under the online support page or re-run the installer to get the link.
I think that it would be nice to have a menu item under help->web links->new product notifications that would take you to the list of notifications for your application.
If you know of an easy way to access the new product notifications from LabWindows CVI, please let me know. Am I missing something?

That's a good suggestion, and it's something that we're already planning on addressing in the next release, probably via a service that you can use to view information about patches and notifications -- not only the ones that were known at the time that you installed, but also ones that might have come into existence since then.

Normally the tables r in the form of clustertables if u want to see there is no special tcode for this go to the SE11 or SE16 give the table name as below
if the datasource is 2lis_11_vahdr after filling setup tables for this datasource9for this application component)MC11va0hdrsetupin se11 in table u give that bold one and execute it u can see the setup tables.
