TDS - Quarterly Return - Error msg.-81066

Hi,
I am trying to process quarterly return of TDS through 'J1INQEFILE - Quarterly Returns - All IT sections', but after conpletion of all relevant field and after executing, system shows the error message - 'No Data has been selected for the given selection criteria, - Message no. 8I066
Pl help me out to run this report properly.

I want to use 'J1INQEFILE' for e-return, but system shows error msg as I mentioned. I have given all input to it. Is there any setting need to do, to get the data, coz when system gives the dat in J1INMIS it should appear in e-file too.

I am generating the 26Q - for TDS Quarterly return.
I got the details in the ALV format fine. While i am opting the efile and specifying the text file and excel file i am getting the following results:
i am getting the details of deductor, deductee, bank challan details in excel format good.
But the Text file details are not coming in a proper english script. It is not in a readable mode. Can you sugget me what way i have to get the result in the text file.

Dear Samrat,
Yes it is mandatory to have business place and section code in a document. Even I have faced some issues for the same for which we had applied a support package. Apply the notes mentioned by SAP and test in the system.
The input parameters in J1INQEFILE which are mandatory are
Company Code
Deductor STatus: C or O
State:
TAN Number: same number which is assigned in the Section code configuration
Period: Q1(Quarter one), Q2, Q3 and Q4. This is the period for which you are executing the report. If just for testing purpose you want to run for only one month then enter the date range in the fiscal period and the quarter in which this paticular month would fall in "Period" field.
Business Place: For which you want to run the report.
Address Details: Fill mandatroy fileds
Responsible Persons Details: Taxation department head details
Output processing options: Here ALV list button is selected by default. Also select e-file generation button. Select presentation server and give a file name as mentioned below in the text file name and excel file name.

MIGO error: Unable to Good return - error msg: M7328

Hi all,
when i try to do a reverse mvt 122 on MIGO, a system error M7328 - deflicit of Delivered Qty appeared. I do not understand why coz this is a Direct delivery Purchase Order. This order is a full delivery order, no partial no return. Just 1 delivery.
Any idea what might cause it. Any table or program we can use to change the GR qty?

HI Rebella,
Defict means "not enough"
let me give you a example. You have raised a PO for 100 Qty and then ou have recieved 100 Qty, so your stock is 100 now and then you have issues 25 Qty to production and now you are left out with 75 Qty in stores.
Now you are trying to return 100 Qty when 75 Qty is only there, that is the reason it is showing you this message.
Please check stock of the material which you are return first in MMBE and then follow the return process.

TDS Quarterly Return

Dear All,
I have configured the Extended Withholding tax for my client in ECC 6.00 EHP4. When I am doing the vendor down payment in F-48, system is calculating the TDS correctly and when I am clearing the down payment the TDS computation is also getting reversed properly since the type is checked the " Central Invoice Proportionately".
If for example, before creating the invoice, I remitted the withheld TDS (Which is calculated on the down payment portion) to the tax office. Later on I have created one invoice and calculated the TDS since I do not know whether the calculated TDS amount on the open down payment is included in the previous remittance or not. After invoice creation, when I am clearing the open down payment with the invoice, what will be the function / entry? Is system going to reverse the remitted tax along with the down payment or only down payment amount?
From business scenario, system should not reverse the remitted TDS portion when doing down payment clearing against the invoice. The net difference should be displayed as the open items in WITH_ITEM.
Please give me your valuable suggestions regarding

Quarterly return of tds

Hi,
while i am executing the quarterly return for tds through the t.code J1INQEFILE system gives a message of enter a valid withholding tax section still after giving the tds section. so can anybody suggest me for the solution also prior to J1INQEFILE what are the things to be verified ? Points will be assigned.

The foll needs to be done:
- Create Remittance Challan (J1INCHLN): U can do for selected vendors, for selected TDS Section, for particular posting dates, TDS remittance entry happens here. Ensure U configure necessary settings for Challan Number (Number range etc)
- Enter Bank Challan (J1INBANK): Whatever internal challan number generated in above step is mapped to the Physical Bank Challan number
- Print Certificate (J1INCERT): Self-explanatory (U can print for selected Challans, vendors, dates)
- Quarterlt TDS Returns (J1INQEFILE): Generate File for returns

OfficeJet Pro 8600 plus will not install , msg Call to DriverPackageInstall returns error 5

I get message "Call to Driver Package Install returned error 5 for package -c\Program Files\HP\HP OfficeJet Pro 8600\Drivers Store\Pipeline\hpup\03.inf-Call to Driver Package Install must be a member of th eadministrator group to install a driver package. Laptop is HP, Core 5, running Win 8.1
No security messages arose during very slow install.
Tried several times, tried to download installation package as suggested btroubleshooter but aborted 4 times (4 hours), other downloads had no problem. Tried changing startup as indicated also, did not correct the problem.

The installation CD that came with your 8600 will definitely not work with Windows 8.1 and is not same as the latest online download which you will need to install on Win8.1.
Are you running Win8.1 Pro 32 or 64 bit?
Also make sure you select the right model of your Officejet. There are 3 different models.

Error msg pointing to nonexistent var (WARNING: LONG POST)

I'm sorry to have to post my entire program, but I keep getting an error msg that points to a variable that is NOWHERE in my code. The var is called PwChar. It's mentioned in the error msg, but is nowhere in my code. This is even after saving and recompiling it THREE TIMES. Please, someone, tell me where this error appears in my code, if you even can. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Here is the error msg:

About .csv check your .csv-file as a text file.
Is the first line your column-names separated with a "," ?
It should be. When you import, mark that 1st line has column-names
Then move Tbird's names around until they correspond with yours. Your names will not be imported.

How to get the returned error messages in the Try/Catch block in DS 3.0?

A customer sent me the following questions when he tried to implement custom error handling in DS 3.0. I could only find the function "smtp_to" can return the last few lines of trace or error log file but this is not what he wants. Does anyone know the answers? Thanks!

In Data Services XI 3.1 (GAd yesterday) we made several enhancements for our Try/Catch blocks. One of them is the additional of functions to get details on the error that was catched :
- error_message() Returns the error message of the caught exception
- error_number() Returns the error number of the caught exception
- error_timestamp() Returns the timestamp of the caught exception.

In previous versions, the only thing you could do was in the mail_to function specify the number of lines you want to include from the error_log, which would send the error_log details in the body of the mail.

I have iphoto 6 and my pictures are no longer showing. I have tried importing them but it just give me an error msg. (file format not recognized) I have tried rebuilding the iphoto library but that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

How did you rebuild?
Try these in order - from best option on down...
1. Do you have an up-to-date back up? If so, try copy the library6.iphoto file from the back up to the iPhoto Library allowing it to overwrite the damaged file.
2. Download <a href="http://www.fatcatsoftware.com/iplm/"><b><u>iPhoto Library Manager</b></u></a> and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.
3. If neither of these work then you'll need to create and populate a new library.
To create and populate a new *iPhoto 6* library:
Note this will give you a working library with the same Rolls and pictures as before, however, you will lose your albums, keywords, modified versions, books, calendars etc.
Move the iPhoto Library to the desktop
Launch iPhoto. It will ask if you wish to create a new Library. Say Yes.
Go into the iPhoto Library on your desktop and find the Originals folder. From the Originals folder drag the individual Roll Folders to the iPhoto Window and it will recreate them in the new library.
When you're sure all is well you can delete the iPhoto Library on your desktop.
In the future, in addition to your usual back up routine, you might like to make a copy of the library6.iPhoto file whenever you have made changes to the library as protection against database corruption.

TDS Quaterly return for Foreign Payments

Hi,
For Withholding tax quarterly returns we use t.code j1inqefile, but this does not generate quarterly returns for W.Tax u/s 195.
Please advise which t.code can be used for section 195.

Hi Rakesh,
The liability towards TDS is the amount you have deducted in INR.You have to calcuate TDS based on INR_value and pay as such.
Here you have deducted Rs.2693 and have paid Rs.2356.40.The balance[ Excess deducted ] being 336.60[2693-2356.40] should be paid to the IT dept.
Pass the following entries and close the account as under::
1st entry: Dr::TDS clearing>336.60:::Cr:IT payable>336.60.[ The clearing acct.is now balanced]
The next entry > Dr::IT payable>336.60:::Cr--->. Bank:336.60 [upon actual payment]
This resolves the problem in full.

I think it is not available in 4.6c, as we developed one ABAP report for TDS quarterly report.
