TDSCertificate print preview error in j1incert transaction code

Hi,
I configured ADS in my development system.All these tests are working fine : 1)FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE,2)FP_CHECK_DESTINATION_SERVICE 3)FP_PDF_TEST_00 4)FP_TEST_00.
I created output device ZPDF with device type : PDF1 :PDF ISO Latin-1 4.6D+.
After iam giving inputs in Tr.code : j1incert ,when i click on print preview i selected ZPDF,iam getting below error :
ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: com.adobe.Processin(200101).
But in my above test : FP_TEST_00 iam testing,when i click on print preview i selected :ZPDF Its showing correctly with pdf format.
But iam testing with details in trcode : j1incert iam getting error.
But all my above tests are working fine.how to proceed for the same.

Are you using <b>crystal wave</b> a third party add or the crystal report add on provided by SAP.
1.Are all your user facing same issue ?
2.Did it happen to only item or it is happening to all ?
So far looks to me ,some fields have been deleted from template. It might be the cause .
Hard to troubleshoot if it is coming from addon ...
Well try restoring a default template (if you have ) or some other layout to test the issue.

Double printing of physical cheque in Transaction code F-58

HI EXPERTS !
this is regarding the problem of double printing of cheque from SAP (Transaction code F-58), I would like to let you know, that in case I run the command by clicking two times before the spool request pertaining to first command get executed on the printer, this all process results in double printing of physical cheque. can u help in this .

the brackets are not used properly...
should be like

so what you need to do is... to format the below one...

I am not saying that this is perfectly what you need.... just check how i am doing the brackets.. use according the logic you need,

Error while accessing transaction codes through URL's in IFrame UI element

I have created Transaction iviews ck91N, ck11N, ck24 in SAP NW CE7.2. I am accessing these Transaction iviews through URL's in webdynpro java application. I am using IFrame UI element in a Roadmap UI for each transaction code.
when i access step1 i.e ck91N in a IFrame it is working fine then i click button for step2, it displays the following error.
Error while processing your request!
What has happened?
The call of URL http://yyyyyyyy:8001/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui has been terminated due to an error.

Then next step3 it is working fine. If i change Road Map steps Ck11N,ck91N,ck24 in this order then first one is working fine second one gives error and third one is working fine again. It is working alternatively. I don't understand why this is happening? when i use LinkToURL for these 3 URL's then they are working fine. LinkTOURL opens in new browser(window) and in Roadmap i am accessing 3 URL's in same browser(window).

PO Print Preview Error 06019 "Document does not exist"

Hi people , i`ve the following issue. I`ve noticed that when creating a PO if the user clicks con the "Print Preview" BEFORE Holding or Saving the document , the system will give the following error msg :
Document does not exist
Message no. 06019
And then the system will hang , you won`t be able to go back and the whole PO is lost . Does anyone knows how to solve this ? thanks a lot for any help .

Outgoing Payment Print Preview Error

We upgraded SAP form 2007B to 8.81 PL08. when we click print preview in Outgoing Payment. Its Showing Error Message as :
No matching records found 'Outgoing Payment' (OVPM) (ODBC-2028) [message 131-183] Its coming for all the user.
Why its coming. could any one knows how to solve this.

Error when launching transaction code CRMBS02

Hello all...whenever we attempt to launch the t-code CRMBS02 or BS02, we get a popup that says:
Error in object editing: This syntax cannot be used for an object name
Selecting the documentation drop down provides:
Message no. TK103
Diagnosis
The syntax of the transferred objects is incorrect. R3TR BSVS made this check.
This could be caused by the following:
The object type R3TR BSVS is unknown
The syntax of the object name is incorrect
The object is a component of a system object
System Response
The function terminates.
Procedure
Correct the syntax.
Any suggestions? When this occurs, it does not enable editing and allows for display only. I have SAP_ALL assigned to the user, so I don't see any authorization errors when I trace the transaction code.
Suggestions?

Hello Joe,
Tasks template of type T and Workflow Task of type WF, are no more used after release 45b. The were substituted by the TS Templates and by Workflow Template.
Please notes: 114811 -
From release 4.5 onwards only WS/TS tasks can be created via the standard workflow editor transaction however WF tasks created in previous releases may still be maintained. If it is important to be able to create WF flows in release 4.5 then you may still do so with transaction PFWF. This transaction has been removed from the menu to encourage the use of WS flows wherever possible.
A copy utility to copy WF flows and it's components to WS flows will be made available to speed up the transfer to client independent flows.
"Check also note: *152871 Release Upgrade considerations for workflow 3. WS / WF workflows (all releases)
"From Release 3. 1 onwards, it is possible to create customer workflows
of type 'WS'.
Solution: If you have 'WF' workflows, they will continue to run after an upgrade. You can modify them too. However, some of the new features of future releases only apply to 'WS' workflows. See note 114811 for a complete discussion of this subject.
You should pass from T and WF templates to the New WS and TS templates.
1) In relation to workflows of type 'WF' (Workflow Task) and task 'T' they have not been developed since release 40B, instead the Workflow Template (WS) was introduced and Tasks 'TS'. This error has seldomly
been observed in the case of trying to work with WFlow tasks of type WF instead of type WS.
Existing WF will run also in higher releases, however if you change a WF task in a higher release it may produce dumps or numerous errors. This is valid too for Tasks.
Please refers to note 114811.
If you want to change them please copy them first to templates type WS or TS rather than WF or T. Use PFTC in order to copy them and then you can make the changes and you will have much more functionality than type
WF or T.

I get this error 'ADS: com.adobe.ProcessingException: XMLFM Exception - P(200101)' when i try to print preview for Appraisal docuement which is in Adobe format.
Any idea on this error and how to solve?

AAPO 176 Error in AIBU transaction code

Credit memo print preview problem

Hi Friends,
The present process is return sales , in which return sales order created with reference to sales order, Credit memo request created and Credit memo also created.But the problem is not getting print preview.Error message is Excise invoice corresponding to the document type is not found.
We are generating Excise invoice Automatically, Is there any effect of this on the present issue.Please give some hint.

Hi,
See normally we have excise invoice creation automatic when invoice is saved. In such cases we have a check in the print program of invoice, which prevents its printing if excise invoice is not created.
In case of credit memo, you might not be creating any excise invoice, but the print program attached might be preventing its printing also.
Check that such a check is given in print program for credit memo output, if yes you may have to remove it.

Pick list print preview

Hi all,
How can I view the print preview of pick list output type EK00?
When I get to the Picking output from VT02N, it only shows me the status of the output generated.
But I can't see the print preview.
Also can I generate Ek00 output for a delivery manually?

User level variation in Invoice Print Preview

Hi,
We are facing one issue where in when one user gives the print preview command for PO document he is getting the print preview in normal SAP transaction look n feel whereas all the other user are gettign the preview as PDF format.
Users are accessing SAP through Portal and not through GUI.
What can be the probable reason for this variation.

This is just a wild guess, but take a look at the default printer in the user settings. Maybe the users have different default printers and it is affecting how Print Preview works.
Also you might want to move this question to either Portal or Basis forum. This is not an ABAP issue, I believe.

Error in display print preview of PF Form....

Hi gurus,
I am able to generate the report for the transaction code pc00_m40_EPF for form 12A. but could not get print preview for the same.
I am getting the results but couldn't generate report. its giving (print error) Last month payroll results not available for employee no. 00000001 though i have payroll results for that period. Please guide me..
Point will be awarded immediately n accordingly.

still you are not able to get the desired results for Form12B
Cross check
the entire configuration of your PF and check the Live results are being updated in Clusters or not
