Team Calendar shows empty content as iview

Hi Guys,
I am working on EP 7. When we click "Leave Request" under time management, the screen has a link for "Show Team Calendar", when we click on that, it will show a list of staffs and current month's days.
But if we run the "Team Calendar" as an individual iview with the same user ID, it just shows no data, and it has a drop down list as "Directly Subordinate Employees/All Employees" which is not there inside "Leave Request".
I know this 2 team calendar is of the same application "TeamView" from package sap.com/ess~lea, but why they shows different content, with the same user ID? Any configuration need to be done?

I have used the Purchased Tab on iTunes only once before, and it worked fine. Now, every time I go back to download something the four tabs that say "Music", "TV Shows", "Apps", and "Books" show up, but I can only click on the music tab, and nothing at all is coming up. Click on PO history tab , Make your own layout , save and then from Layout > Manage Layout ,make your layout as default layout.May be current Layout ,there might be some values are filtered hence the required data is not appeared in PO History Tab.

Team Calendars - How to show a managers team calendar when that manager reports to you

If a manager has other managers that report to them, is it possible to have the lower level manager's "team calendars" show up in the higher level manager's Outlook 2010 calendar view. Or are these other team calendars going to have to be
manually created and maintained?

Hello,
A team calendar is tied to the mailbox owner's manager's direct team only. It will be automatically showed in users' calendar. If you want to view a team calendar of another manager, a workaround is create a calendar group and share calendar.

Team calendar - rolling month

Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has found a way to have the team calendar show a rolling month i.e. rather than a static month (1 - 31), show 15 days prior to todays date and 15 days after todays date.
Our managers get annoyed towards the end of the month as they have to continuously change between the current and next month in order to see if people are at work (we run a fortnightly payroll, not monthly).
Any feedback would be appreciated.

All of these have start dates in 2009, whereas, we can't see data for previous months in 2010. I believe the relationship I mentioned in the initial post is responsible, even though there are enteries before it that are ignored.
We just discovered this and we are live. (i.e. this is production environment) Your prompt replies will be highly appreciated.

Team Calendar Iview showing all employees absent for every day?

Hi All,
We're using r/3 4.7, ESS 50.4 and MSS 60.1.20. The team calendar displays with all employees absent for every day. Clearly, this is not correct.
Is there extra config to be done or something that we are missing?

config issue

Team Calendar iView in Portal

Hi
Recently while using Team Calendar iView on any Portal Framework, we have a bug which is related to the iView Height. The calendar shows up with 30px or so while its content is actually much bigger. Is this a common issue? how can this be solved? should the iView Properties be changed from standard values
Note: Portal Version: 7.3

Doubt with Iview Team Calendar

Dear
I have the following issue.
The system in the iview Team Calendar is showing an employee that are not to the Organizational Unit of the Boss.
The employee "Jorge" had a organizational change from 23.08.2011.
In the iview Team General Information: com.sap.pct.erp.mss.generalinfo_employeesearch
The information is showed right. The employee is not listed. that's true.
However for the iview Team Calendar: com.sap.pct.erp.mss.teamcalendar
the system is still showing the employee. This is bad.
This is the behavior standard for Team Calendar, however I want Know the following:
Is posible that this iview not show to the employee "Jorge", if this employee had an Organization Unit?

Yes it is team calendar will be correct only next month as it takes month iview as supposed to other which is updated daily ie

so thisis correct behavior for team calendar
The employee will continue to be shown for a month ie till the
month he is been changed, after that he wont be shown, let me explain
Usually in SAP reporting, If a person is active for a single day in
the Organisation ie in August and we run the report for August, He ll be
definately shown. This is the way our application works, This is
consistent with all reports. So he ll be shown if the org unit if he is
active for a single in the org unit and we run for the month. But next
month he wont be shown as he is not active.
This is the intended functionality,

Cuatomizing MSS Team Calendar iView on the Portal

We have installed the ESS And MSS Business package. But we are unable to access the MSS Team Calendar.
The error message is:
No views found: Missing customizing.
Please advice. Is there a how to guide?

Team calendar on ESS shows no data for employee

Hi ,
We are converting to webdynpro leave request from old ITS leave req.
when I click on the team calendar from an employee ID , I dont see any data of the team with in the same org. unit. It shows me a blank table.
From a manager view, I get a graphics rendering problem , which of course, I think can be resolved.
But can somebody help me to understand the problem from the employee side. why is it not displaying any data of the same org. unit members.

In Table: V_PTREQ_TEAM check for options of mode and Group of Organization view, group entries. I would use,
mode: T Team view mode
Group of Org view: ESS_LEA_EE
Group: Adhoc.
Please try other permutations too.

Leave Request: Show Team Calendar

Hi Friends,
In Webdynapro javaLeave Application we have the option(Link) Show Team calender.It displays only direct reporties to that org unit. But it not displays the sub org unit chiefs in that list.
Do we have option to display all sub org unit chiefs in the Show team calendar list.
Please let us know the Configuration Changes in SPRO.

Team calendar not showing after change of Manager

Hi all,
we are using the team calendar feature in our organization by filling out the "Manager" attribute in AD and Exchange. Since the old manager left the company and we changed the attribute to the new manager our users can't see the team calendar in
Outlook anymore.
I have already checked if the attribute is set properly and all looks fine. I have no idea what to do. I have also recognized that our users don't see the "Show Manager's Team Calendars" option in Outlook since we changed the manager.
Do you have any ideas what to do now? Maybe there is a option to create the team calendar again?
We are using Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010.

Team Calendar is a feature of Outlook. Once Outlook connects to an Exchange server, Outlook will check the attribute of “Manager”. Then Outlook will create a team calendar according to the value automatically. According to your description, it might
be that the attribute is not set properly. How do you change the attribute to the new manager in AD?
What’s the results of the following command for those users?
Get-AdUser UserName | Fl Manager
Please open Outlook in online mode to check this issue.

MSS iView 'Team Calendar' display only one Month

Hi ,
The Managers want to see at least 3 months for the leave , in order to schedule resources/coverage .MSS iView 'Team Calendar' display only one Month . Can we change the number of months ? or use another tool/functionality via the portal ?
Any help or documentation are welcome .

In SAP standard config there is no option so as to display more than one month on in Team calender iView.
In you case you will have to do development.

Empty Folders show the content of the upper folder

Recently I noticed that the empty folders don´t show empty, they show the content of the upper folder when you're in the icon view, Does anybody has the sam issue?

I need your advice. This error occurs when user select tab working time >> leave request >> show team calendar.
I don't know what happen because OM is correct. Infotype 0001 is also correct. This error only occurs to one org unit only.

"Show Team Calendar" should show team based on position to position rel.

Hi ,
On the portal under : "Leave Request" the "Show Team Calendar" functionality display the team if the HR record in the "Chief" or "Boss" of the organization . We do not use "Chief" but position to position relationship (direct reports) .
Can we change the "Show Team Calendar" functionality so it looks at the position to position relationship ?
