Tech Support Does Not Want To Help
OK, Does anyone know if Technical Support reads these threads or is anyone who reads these in Tech Support?
I was told by Tech Support 9 days ago that I was being escalated to the next level to figure out why I could not install the Creative Suites 4 Web Premium SE software. And that was the end of Tech Support's help. Their answer when you call back is wait longer. What the heck is that???
I used to think Dell had the worst Tech Support, NOT ANY MORE. Adobe is by far the worst and the least knowledgeable and/or least trained!!!!!
Seriously, if you want to help me install CS4 software, YOU NEED TO BE TALKING TO ME!!!!! You need to be looking at what my computer is saying in response to what is being tried.
I am an average user, not a computer expert. I can not get this software to install on my own. So Tech Support, if you are out there, HELP ME!!!

Windows Vista SP2 Home Premium Ed. as 32-bit,
I have: a 2.2GHZ processor, 2.0GB of RAM and about 15GB of free Space.

I have also installed PC Tools AntiVirus software (choosing not to
reinstall McAfee, there are issues with their software too).
And I have installed MicroSoft Visual Studio 2008 for school.
I know I bought the whole Wed Design Suite, but what I need at the moment
is Photoshop Extended for one of my classes.
I hate to keep complaining about Adobe, but they are like a Black Box with
no time concerns.

After I installed mountain lion my back button frequently does not work because the prior screen does not appear iunder History. Apple tech support was not able to fix the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You don't in the condition it's in. You will either have to get the phone replaced by Apple or pay a 3rd party to repair it.
there seriously should be more than two ways to solve this other wise apple is useless and we will never buy another apple product.

Hello Apple.
It seems you have gone to great lengths to improve accessibility in many areas of the iPad. Why was this obvious problem with icon text size missed? (It's not with the Mac.). And for so long too.
Do you employ people with actual accessibility problems to help you do UI design?
I think too, that some buttons are too close for people who might have motor control problems.
I love my iPad but I fear as I age, the iPad might not keep up with me. -

How to use B540P HDMI in? Lenovo tech support was not helpful
I just bought a B540P all in one which has HDMI in/out connections. However there is no description in user manual on how to use it. I was hoping to connect an old desktop computer to the HDMI in, and use the all in one as an LCD monitor for my old desktop. Is this doable? How? I assume with the HDMI in, I can connect it with any HDMI sources, such as a DVD player or a game machine. Can anyone help me?

I really sorry to hear that our supprt team has not been as helpful as we do expect better from our support centres. I'll see what I can do to address this situation to ensure the the support teams are equipped for the future.
However regards to your issues the B540 is equipped to have the HDMI to either use it as and internal or external source. What you need to to do is ensure that your desktop is connected with the HDMI cable and connect it to the HDMI-IN input on the back of the B540P. Powerup the the B540P as well as your Desktop. Once the B540P is loaded, you will then need to switch the display. (See illustration below)
If you not notice on the B540p, on the left there is a symbol with arrows circling each other. (Described in red cicle above). press that to flip the view from the B540p desktop and your connected to HDMI desktop.

Make sure you are using either OpenDNS or Google Public DNS. It may in fact resolve it, but there could be other factors or causes.

Do you have a backup? If so you could try restoring from that. Anything you created since the backup was made will be lost.
These are the basic troubleshooting steps
Troubleshooting
Restarting your device
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears then let go.
Backup, reset, restore on icloud or itunes or restore as new.
Place the phone into recovery mode by doing this
If this fails to fix the problem make an appointment and visit and Apple store or an authorised service provider -

To put your iPhone back in jail do a restore.
This will put iPhone back into factory condition and you can get your updates (assuming you want the updates). -
