Technical Abbreviations for System Status in stwb_2

Hello Gurus,
We have created a custom transaction with different user statuses.
Not able to find, where & how these user statuses are aligned with system statuses.
In service desk, we assign the user status. But when we look at the status report from test plan management screen(stwb_2), it displays the system status.
Some issue with these system statuses that their actual textual representations are not displayed, and instead their technical abbreviations like E0009, E0010, E0011, E0012 are getting displayed.
Can anybody throw some light in solving this issue? Your help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks & best regds,
Alagammai.

Hi Xavier,
Pls ignore my last reply. I have checked in the wrong system. I was able to see the custom transaction created by me. I was also able to see the textual representations as below for the technical abbreviations in table TJ30 as below.
E0009  Fixed
E0010  Retest
E0011  Re-Open
E0012  Closed
FYI, I am able to see the correct textual representations like "Fixed / Retest / Re-Open / Closed" in the crm_dno_monitor screen.
The problem is only when I try to see the same service desk messages from the "Messages Tab" of stwb_work transaction. Hope now I am clear about where I am getting the issue.
Again I am assuring you that the text equivalents are not missed out or blank anywhere. They are present in the table TJ30. Do you have any clue that can solve my issue?
Thanks & Best regds,
Alagammai.

  • Table for system status for an order

    Hi Gurus,
    we are displaying a report in which list of orders we are displaying in that system status also we need to dispaly for that the logic we have used is take OBJNR from AUFK by passing AUFNR and get all the active status for that AUFNR by passing AUFNR in to JEST by setting the inactive status is equal to space and then by comparing those system status with table TJ02 and we are taking the system status codes from that table. But my requirement is to display the user status in the order how we will get in order screen? In JCDS table am getting the entries based on date and time but unwanted status also it is showing. tell me is there any way to get the exact order how we will get in the order screen.
    Thanks in advance.

    Satish

  • Table name & field name for System status of an order

    Hi,
       Can any body pl tell me what is the table name for PM order System status
    Regards
    Amar

    Dear Amar,
    Please check it in JEST table. For that you have to find first OBJNR for order from AUFK or AFPO table for order number & then pass it in JEST so that with INACT = BLANK.
    You will get all active system status for the order starting with I.
    I hope this will resolve your query.

  • Does anyone have a daily report for system status?

    Basically, I am looking for an automated daily report to give me the status of jobs and workflows.  I am having a hard time finding the talbes and relationships for all the jobs, workflows, and tasks in the CMDB.
    Once I know where to find all the pieces, I can take it from there.

    Sounds like a job for OpsMgr.

  • FM for changing system status in Service Notification

    Hi all,
    I have a tough situation here.
    To change the system status in service notification, the system use "IQS4_CHANGE_STAT_NOTIFICATION".
    CALL FUNCTION 'IQS4_CHANGE_STAT_NOTIFICATION'
      EXPORTING
        i_qmnum                  =
        i_vrgng                  =
        I_CHECK_ONLY             = ' '
        I_SPRAS                  = SY-LANGU
        I_BEZDT                  = SY-DATUM
        I_BEZUR                  = SY-UZEIT
        I_POST                   = 'X'
        I_COMMIT                 = ' '
        I_WAIT                   = ' '
        I_REFRESH_COMPLETE       = 'X'
      IMPORTING
        E_VIQMEL                 =
        E_STTXT                  =
        E_ASTXT                  =
      TABLES
        RETURN                   =
    2 main fields are required; i_qmnum and i_vrgng.
    I am able to provide i_qmnum (as this is the service notification number that i need to change).
    However, i_vrgng is a field in table (TC33-VRGNG). The values in the table does not make sense to me.
    Example. To change the status to NOPR (Put in progress), the FM uses PPM2 or PPM6 for i_vrgng. If we take a look at the table TC33, it doesn't indicate in anyway how NOPR is related to PMM2 or PMM6.
    Is there a guideline (ie, to change status to OSTS, i use a certain value in TC33-VRGNG to run the FM)?
    Please see BAPI_SERVNOT_POSTPONE & BAPI_SERVNOT_PUTINPROGRESS for a clearer picture of what I'm saying.
    Thanks,
    Earl

    Please try using FM STATUS_CHANGE_INTERN for changing System Status as i was not able to find any link between status and the field provided in FM in ur post.
    This FM directly changes system status of any object.But this FM requires System Status Value not Text.
    NOPR, NOCO etc are system texts.The main table for system status  is TJ02T which will give u the status value for the status text.
    For eg NOPR status text will have status value as 'I0070'.

  • How to find out System Status of WBS Elements?

    Hi PS Experts!
    Please help me on my query.
    I want to get a list of WBS elements whose status is Released and can be used.
    If I try to search the table PRPS, it can only help me in finding WBS elements without deletion flag, with RA Key and so on.
    But the System status (such as Blocked for use) etc. is not present in the table.
    The one way I know is to get Object Number of WBS element from PRPS Table and insert it in JEST Table to get system status.
    Or alternatively, I give the WBS element no. in CJ20N t-code, and then check for System Status.
    These 2 methods work, if I do it one WBS Element at a time. If I need to get thousands of WBS elements in such a fashion, it's tedious.
    So could anyone help me on this issue?
    Thanks in advance,
    Vinitha.

    Hi Bala
    Yes, you have put it rather correctly.
    We use WBS elements for booking and posting time (client requirement). So what I am looking for is WBS Elements with the system status TERL (Time and Expense Released).
    I talked of the deletion flag also, because a WBS element flagged for deletion can't be used. It's one of the criteria to screen the WBS elements.
    I hope it's clearer now.
    Vinitha.

  • SET PM WOrk Order System Status to TECO

    Good Afternoon SAP PLM Forum users,
    Will you please tell me the best method to Technically complete (set system status to TECO) 85,000 PM orders that have system status REL and CNF or PCNF.
    Thanking you in advance
    Leslie

    Hi,
    You could use IW38 to select and generate a list of orders. Then from the output screen highlite a group of orders and choose the complete function.
    Also BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN method TECHNICALCOMPLETE could be used with later releases.

  • Handling unit system status

    Hello Everyone,
    I am looking for system status of handling units.
    In HUMO transaction, under tab-strip <b>Status</b>, we have <b>HU-specific data</b>. In this block, we have <b>System status</b> field, where the status of handling units are maintained.
    I am trying to retrieve the value of this system status field from database table, but it takes me to structure VEKP_TXT under which there is one filed SYS_STATUS.
    Could not find in which table the system status are stored by SAP.
    The possible values of this status field are:
    PHEX
    UNLD
    Anybody having idea where the value of system status field gets stored in database table.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards,
    Tarun

    Hi TG  ,
    values comes from Domain , So try to get values from domain itself.
    <b>DDUT_DOMVALUES_GET</b>and name is <b>HU_SYSSTATUS</b>--->System status.

  • Maintaining the systems status as release at the time of upload

    Dear all,
    While uploading the master data for Business Entity and Buildings I want to make the system status as release. How do we achieve this?
    Also at the time uploading the contracts   I want to make the system status of the contract as active. How can we do this at the time of upload.
    Expertu2019s  pointers are highly appreciated.
    Regards.
    Vara Prasad

    Hi Vara,
    I guess you are using the API_RE_* function modules for uploading the data. You can use these
    APIs also to set the system status. You have to set the parameter ID_TRANS and provide the activity that sets the status (example: for system status "released" the activity BFRE, for activation of contracts the activity is MCAK).
    I hope this information is helpful for you.

  • ECR/ECO Authorization on system statuses - Coding help requested

    HI PLM Gurus,
    Unfortunately ( or that ,,,Iam not aware of)There is no SAP standard Authorization object to control a user setting a particular system status in ECR/ECO. This means by SAP's standard functionality any user who is authorized  with authorization objects  ECM_REQ and ECM_ORD  in their role  and all activities allowed, can set any statuses in ECR /ECO.
    But typical business requirment in any change management requires the control status wise and so do we have one.
    We knew this can be achieved by a custom authorization object. We have created a manual object  but need help with coding to get the current status of the object for matching the authorization (allowed) values .
    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Satya

    Thanks Pranav,
    Just to clarify ,I knew about the exit  and  Iam using the same exit, I was trying to get help on the coding part . Identifying Exit is not a problem .( we have used this exit a number of times for different requirements in ECM, like checking the lab/office field for an object before setting a system status , defaulting a  new version of document  etc)
    Update : Got a parameter ( a dynamic field value)which helped us code very easily
    ,,,,Can share with you .
    For system level authorization checks ,one can use Digital signatures and this might be the reason for not having(SAP not providing) a standard authorization object for "system status check "in Standard SAP ECM Authorizations.
    Thanks a bunch for the response.
    Rgds,
    Satya.
