Technical complete WO error FM (

Dear Expert,
i dont know wether this issue should i put in here or n fincncial one, integration within PM and FM.
i got error message (termintation), when do a technial completion of WO. The error message is:
system error: funds management update (PERIO,LFMOUI08). message number FI057.
I dont get it, since technical completion of WO is nothing to do with costing. No?
please do a favour, is it any explaination (sap note maybe) for solving that issue.

Hi
Pl check if fund management is activated & you have not assigned any fund center to order. Its possible to control your consumption budget through PM order if you activate fund management. While creating order you need to assign fund center so that it checks for availability of fund in your fund center. If you dont assign fund center & if FM is activated then you will get error. Process Order technical completion

whensoever i m trying to technically complete the order, i m getting the Error message no. BS007 i.e. ""Change" is not allowed".
The current status of object 'ORD XXXXXX' prohibits business transaction 'Change'
Current status are as follows :
REL CNF DLV PRC CRFI EXPL EXTS GMPS MANC NTUP PIGN SETC
No status profile is assigned to order.
i have checked in BS22. All the status contains technically completion permission.

Just a re-check
Did you check the User status in COR2 ? Here there will be a Blue I- symbol (Status) as like Production Order -C002 .Select that I symbol and Choose TECO status or REL status , then set TECO from Function -Resstrict Processing and SAVE.
I think it should work based on the User staus which is allowed .

Technical completion of Maintenance Order Dates or Reference Dates Settting

Hi,
My client has two requirements
1- In standard, system allows us to take technical completion on previous date, how should I restrict / stop this completion in past? Could I set technical completion possible after atleast 1 month?
2- Can I stop technical completion before goods movement or set error message while technical completion before goods movements?

For both of the above requirement you can use the user exit IWO10004 Maintenance order: Customer check for order completion
You have develop a logic on what basis you have to reject the TECO of the order, please consult your ABAPer and discuss with him for more clarification on this.

Technical completion of Plant Maintenance Order

When we are trying to do a Technical Completion of a PM order we are getting the error as Error in commitment check (see costing log) with Message no. IW079.
Unable to figure out the missing configs .... kindly help!

There might be some open commitments (PO's) against the Order for which you are trying to set this status. Check the commitment report.
This is nothing to do with configuration as this is standard check.To reduce/cancel the commitments set "Delivery completed" indicator in the purchase order which are using this order as account assignment.

DAC ETL tasks Completed with Error Code 36331

Dear Sir,
I have an execution plan task completed with error code 36331.
I know it must be somthing wrong with the workflow.
We are using BI APPS 7.9.5 with Informatica 8.1.1 SP4 on Windows Server 2003.
I don't understand is why DAC didn't fail the task for this error code?
How can I get to fail the task for such error.

After replying as above, I spent some time to search for solutions, to convey to you.
Without detailing much I'll convey my observations so far.
System message in this area (IM) I could not have a control. (Configuration)
Even I tried via User-Exit too, here also things could not work, with several other observations.
So i thought I should update you. In case any outcome I'll update.
Secondly, I'll give how my system has it presently.
In Notification I am unable to Save in future date (24hrs after current time) throwing IM464 error.
But in Order it is successfully TECOed.
Strange thing is both field names (Reference Date) are same (RIW01-BEZDT).
So at present I consider this area is not properly lined-up.
Few SAP notes are also available on message no. IM464.

Technically completed production order

Hi Friends,
I am facing one problem in production order. In CO01 i am creating production order and when i try to change the production order in CO02 it is giving error '"Change" is not allowed (ORD .........) . Some times this problem is coming and sometimes this problem is not coming. If i check in debugging i found that the problem is coming becuase of status TECHO, if that status is active then this error is coming. But i do not understand why this problem is coming only for some times. I am creating production order with same details but the problem is coming some times only. Any help will be highly appreciatedd.

Hi,
This TECO status is set through CO02 transaction itself.
Goto CO02 if order is already teco, it will show u the msg.press ok button.
after that goto Functions->Restrict Processing->Revoke technical completion.
This way u can undo teco.
May be your user is setting this status as part of his regular exercise.

when we do permit for WO then i did it before release after,i am saving my WO then internal error is occurred BLTC(Block Technical completion).when i completed my WO then i am doing to dp TECO then Black flag option is hide on top bar and also in order option.

Technical completion Authorization

In 3.1 version, for an order if Technical completion button is pressed it is giving the following error message.
You are not authorized to TECO order type PM01 for plant BR01
Message no. ZI004
This seems to be customized error message.
Whether any user status with auth key can trigger such an error
We checked basis setting but found nothing
How can i solve this ?

A user status check would not give that error message.
It is probably a custom check implemented through a exit, most probable would be IWO10004 (EXIT_SAPLCOIH_004).

SharePoint 2013 site collection 'upgrade completed with errors'

Hi All,
I am in process to upgrade SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 with all steps as mentioned in TechNet.
I was able to get all the SP2010 UI in SP2013 environment. However, when I navigated to top level site and clicked on “Site
Collection health checks”. In SP2010 environment I never used (as Farm Admin) any Video content type. It belongs
to out-of-the-box "digital asset content types" and cannot be deleted.
Therefore I changed the name of Video to our department name like "Video - Company" and ran the site collection health check again. This time there was no conflict for content types.
After ran the site collection upgrade I got following error.

Thanks for your reply and pointers.
I did follow the steps as mentioned in the links above. I used some third party solutions but not for any Video solution. I was able to successfully migrated the SP2010 (WSS_Content) to SP2013 (WSS_Content) environment a few weeks back with exactly same
third party solutions and no site collection error:
I renamed the default and out-of-the box video site content type as shown:
I ran the "Site Collection Health Check" and did not receive any error as in my second screenshot.
But, after upgrade the Site Collection Upgrade and got the same errors.
I don't know if there is any SharePoint Server 2013 patch gave this error as I keep run the Windows Server 2012 (not running R2) and SharePoint Server 2013 regularly.
Can suggest how to resolve this error?

XML Report completes with error due to REP-271504897: Unable to retrieve a string from the Report Builder message file.

We are in the middle of testing our R12 Upgrade. I am getting this error from the invoice XML-based report that we are using in R12. (based on log). Only for a specific invoice number that this error is appearing. The trace is not showing me anything. I don't know how to proceed on how to debug where the error is coming from and how to fix this. I found a patch 8339196 that shows exactly the same error number but however, I have to reproduce the error in another test instance before we apply the patch. I created exactly the same order and interface to AR and it doesnt generate an error. I even copied the order and interface to AR and it doesn't complete with error. It is only for this particular invoice that is having an issue and I need to get the root cause as to why. Please help. I appreciate what you all can contribute to identify and fix our issue. We have not faced this issue in R11i that we are maintaining right now for the same program which has been running for sometime. However, after the upgrade for this particular data that the user has created, it is throwing this error REP-271504897.

If you cant reproduce the issue on other instance, apply the patch on the test instance and verify all the funcionality related to the patch works OK. Then move the patch to production. Or you can clone the prod environment to test the patch.

Remember that this problem is from Vision training database and not real life productionIt does not matter whether you have a Vision demo database or fresh database installation.
The APPLPTMP directory does not even exist- Open a new DOS session
