Technical content after upgrade

Hi,
We're upgrading from BW 3.5 to BW 7 EHP1 and I've installed the new technical content and process chains. After I've run the initialisation process chains only content since the upgrade is loaded into the InfoProviders and there is no history. How do I load the history? We're specifically interested in use of queries/cubes by user. We're going live this weekend so prompt answers will be appreciated.

I do not think there is an automated way of migrating the older information....

This will give you some idea about the changes involved.
What you could do is to build another flat file datasource for the cubes / Transformations from the older cubes to load the same but this would have to be custom and not provided by SAP.

Check that you are properly connected to the network, and that the location of the iTunes Store is set correctly.

"No valid source context supplied" in technical bar after upgrade to EhP1

After upgrade from 7 to 7 EhP1 we have error displayed in technical bar (bar on the top, with Log off and Personalization buttons) in all business roles that we log in. There is BSP error displayed:

I am thinking whether we should do any repositories consitency check after upgrade? any manual adjustments? this is a standard component crmcmp_hdr.
the error seems to be caused by implementing note 0001358764 before upgrade in CRM 7.

IView with no content after upgrade VC to SP16

Hi all,
I upgraded my Visual Composer on NW 7 SP14 to SP16 - as per suggestion in other threads here it is possible to run VC SP16 on NW 7 SP14. I needed to do so because I need Flex2 support and that was quite buggy in SP14.
Now after upgrading my VC I loaded my model and redeployed it using Flex2 Compiler. But now my iView is empty and I can't find out why. Can someone point me to the right location. I banged my head against SAP Notes but am unable to get some insight here.?

By empty I mean, that I only see the typical grey-darkblue background color but no content. The VC Model should normally show 2 lines of text. One static and one created within a formular with the result of the BAPI call.
It is quite a simple BAPI it gets a login id of a user, requests the users employee number from HR and then checks wether or not this user actually works on his/her own employee number. In HCM a user can change the employee number he/she is working on, so as to be able to request free time for a colleague - given the correct user rights, of course.

No music content after upgrading to iOS 4.2

NEED HELP PLEASE!! I LOVE MY ITOUCH AND THE MUSIC IN IT BUT FOR SOME REASON AFTER UPGRADING THE SOFTWARE TO IOS 4.2, IT DID THE BACKING UP PROCEDURE, AND TOOK A LONG TIME. SO, WHEN IT GOT DONE, THERE IS NOTHING LEFT IN MY ITOUCH, AT ALL. I HAD TO BRING BACK THE APPS, (WHICH IS NO PROB FOR ME).. IT IS THE MUSIC AND VIDEOS THAT IS MISSING. I DON'T WANT TO MANUALLY SYNC THEM AGAIN.. I LOST ALL MY PLAYLISTS TOO!!! BEFORE, WHEN I UPGRADED MY ITOUCH TO IOS 3, NOTHING OF THIS NATURE HAPPENED.. I DESPERATELY NEED HELP!!

Lost diary content after upgrade?

I have iPad 1. I upgraded to the latest version, I think that's 5.0.1? after which contents of my diary was gone. My sister who did the syncing, mistaken did it on the guest profile on my laptop, instead of mine , where I had been syncing previously. Another question is, how do I disengage from the iTunes in the guest profile on my laptop and use only the iTunes in my profile? Please anyone? I am desperate :(

Well...don't I feel the fool! I got back in this morning and started looking at the problem when I realized, the TLN isn't missing, it moved! All the TLN and SLN moved to the bottom of the screen! It was just that I didn't scroll down to the bottom of the screen when I saw all the TLN/SLN gone. Now I just need to figure out why it moved to the bottom and move it back.

Can no longer see email message content after upgrading to ios 6

Since upgrading to iOS 6, my email loads (from three different email accounts), but when I click on an individual message the content of the message doesn't show, only the Subject line. If I click "reply" the content of the message appears. Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here. Tried "Reset Network Settings", reboot, Airplane mode on/off, and turned off 3G.
also noticed when I dial someone from iPhone4 it defaults to speaker phone. I did check voice control and Shazam to make sure it wasnt the microphone malfunctioning and both those apps work fine.

Problem in Portal Content after upgrading EP 6.0 to SP12

Hi SDN,
I have upgraded EP 6.0 from SP9 to SP12 but am facing the problem that am not able to view the context window <b><Open,Preview,Change ID,Copy,Cut,Delete></b> when i right click on any of the folder or contents within that folder under <b>Portal Content</b>.
Prior to upgrade everything was working fine.

You might be still caching some old static stuff (css, js etc) in your browser. Try clean local cache and see what happens. Eventually you can check what is going wrong in HTML from portal by using HTTPWatch.
Also, if you are using a proxy cache to access portal... try access directly instead.

BB Balance - long delay after switch to/unlock business content after Upgrade to 10.2

Dear All,
we're using Z10 with BES10.1.3, everything run smoothly but we've one issue:
since we have upgraded Z10 device software from 10.1 to 10.2.0.1791 there is a delay of about 12-15 seconds each time we unlock device to business content until we see messages in BB-Hub
to explain, business content is locked - we type in password - OK
display switch to empty hub - then we have to wait 12-15sec. until messages will appear in hub
We've tried out different things, we've wiped device, we've deleted business content and regarding email account, activated device new on BES10, wait 2 days that basic syncronisation will be done and same issue.
Can you help us please, we don't know what we should try out any more...Blackberry Hub and the fast check of new incoming messages is one of the main features of Z10...thanks in advance.

Some mail messages not showing content after upgrade to Yosemite

I have just upgraded my system software to Yosemite and Have found that some of my mail messages are not displaying their content. I have closed and re-opened Mail and also taken all mailboxes offline and back online but the problem still persists.
Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

I've already rebuilt the mailbox several times. I have run disk utility, started my masc in 'safe mode', reset the PRAM and finally re-installed Yosemite again. This didn't solve the problem. I started my mac in 'safe mode' one more time today and than restarted my mac and the problem appears to have been sorted. However, I'm not sure if the problem will re-occur if I shut down my mac tonight and restart in the morning1

Missing content after upgrade to iTunes 12

Since updating to iTunes 12, I've had a lot of annoying functionality 'upgrade' issues, but now I'm running into missing content.
Since upgrading, some of my movies that I purchased from iTunes over the years have somehow disappeared. I can't find them on the local drive and I can't find them to re-download from iTunes. They don't show up in My Account -> Purchased, and since I have had this account for years, attempting to find the original purchase is so time consuming that it is prohibitive.
Does anyone know how to find missing content in iTunes 12 when it's no longer showing on your hard drive or in your Purchases, but does show in your list of Movies? Is there a way to get them back? All of them are movies I purchased from iTunes and they were there in version 11.

"HDCP content won't play on this display" error for all purchased content after upgrading to Yosemite

Using my 2013 Mac Pro with a 27" Cinema Display, I'm now getting an error that tells me that my display isn't authorized for HDCP content.
This is the same machine I've been using right along to watch my iTunes content with no configuration or hardware changes... the only difference is the switch to Yosemite and the accompanying iTunes upgrade.
I've tried the basics - rebooting, reconnecting the display etc - but based on the circumstances it feels more like a bug than something I'll be able to impact.
Anyone?

The issue is from Safari defaulting to HTML5 vs using Silverlight like it did in Mavericks.
So the options are, if you want to use Safari goto your Netflix account, playback preferences and turn off HTML5. This will revert to Silverlight and will AirPlay fine*in Safari.
If you want to use HTML5, just leave the setting for HTML5 on in Netflix and use Chrome, Firefox, etc.
You can't currently have both Safari and HTML5 Netflix when using AirPlay. You'd think Safari would be a little bit more powerful with Apples stances on browser extensions.

I just got the iBooks update and that fixed the problem, except the book covers look like they were done in a government printing office.

BI Technical Content datasources not found in Quality after transport

I am trying to implement BI technical Content for Admin Cockpit. I was able to implement Technical content Infocubes successfully in development box but when I collected the objects and transported to Quality(collected oblects in seperate requests: info objects in one request, datasources in one request, infocubes, transfer rules and updated rules in one request), I am not able to find the datasources in quality in myself sourcesystem even after repication. but the transport for technical content datasources is successfull. The following are the datasources:
