First Save your PO ( ME21N ) and again open with change ( ME22N ) then you can attach document through Service for Object button. Service for Object button available down side of Command screen ( in your PO screen ME22N )
Click your Service Object button -> Create -> Create attachment
then select your window directory ( which file you need to attach) select your file Now your system shows message Service "Create attachment" is started.
Save again your PO. You can see (open) your attachment in same field ( Service for Object ) select and Create and check attachment list. You can attach as many document in your PO.

Band select white paper, technical doc?

Hi all,
I've found a few info on how to configure the bandselect feature, I think I have an idea how it would work, but I was looking for some literature/documentation that would explain how does BandSelect work with some detail?
Can anybody point to some documentation? Config guides, etc, I've already brwsed through but they just say how to configure and what it achieves. It doesn't specify how does it get clients to be steered to the 5GHz band.

Hi, status code 17 is actually the reason (status code) an AP can give to reject an association request.
If you check table 7-23 on 802.11-2007 document
Association denied because AP is unable to handle additional associated STAs.
When a client tries to associate, the AP can refuse its association request (a few times), hoping that the client will choose another AP to associate to.
Usually they would do that after they have reached a capacity threshold that was admin configured. Obviously they will not not refuse EVERY association request (after the third one, they'll let the client in), or else they'd be denying service.

Download a trial for InDesign and export them to pdf.

Different types of Tech Docs??

I am in the process of creating some Technical Docs. I have been given "Report" Functional Docs off of which I am to create the TD's. There is a reason I am stressing on "Report" FD's. I found a Tech Doc on the shared drive and when I opened it, it has tabs with information like the Data Flow diagram, the Datasource fields, the DSO fields, the Cube (dimensions etc) and the Multiprovider. When I showed this TD to a friend (quite experienced in BI), he said that the TD was not for a report. He said that a TD for a "report" should contain info like Chars and KF's (rows and columns), Free Chars, Selection criteria, the layout, whether Results rows will be suppressed, etc, etc. I think that makes sense but I would like to get more info from some of the experienced members here. My dilemma is, what do I do with the FD that has been presented to me. It contains the description of the report as to what its purpose is. It also contains the fields and other info that the business would like to see. What should be my approach? What questions can I prepare for the BU leads. Do I need "strong" functional knowledge in the area that the report is based on (say for eg. FI-AR)? I am new to this and a step-by-step approach/answer will be much appreciated.

The functional document of your report describes the specification about the functional requirement report in business sense what needs to be achieved. so Functional Specs are requirements of the business user which needs to be mapped to technical document/specifications, i.e technical requirement is how going to achieve . It contains all details about technical things. Technical Specs translate these requirements in a techincal fashion.

Typos in Oracle Spatial Best Practices doc by Dan Geringer

Hi there,
I was looking through Dan Geringer's notes setting up SDO_JOIN to run in parallel here:

Anyhow, noticed few boo-boos all having to do with table aliases in the examples. They are not too hard to catch but still might trip up folks.
On page 37, the example is missing a table alias of "a". E.g. it should say
CREATE TABLE result1 NOLOGGING PARALLEL 4 AS
SELECT a.rowid1 AS risk_zones_rowid,
a.rowid2 AS parcels_rowid
FROM TABLE (SDO_JOIN ('RISK_ZONES', 'GEOM',
' PARCELS', 'GEOM')) a;but its missing that final "a".
On page 38, the table aliases are incorrect in the relate statement. E.g. it should be

Guys, I am completely new toHyperion. We are trying to replace an existing HYperion system atthe client side and was trying to understand the system. Can someone help me out with some technical docs that can give me anoverview of Hyperion. Secondly, I was goingthrough some docs and my understanding is that Hyperion persists toData base. You will need to identify which Hyperion product you are working on. Hyperion is a company, like Microsoft, they offer a number of different products. How to learn JMF / JavaSound? sun docs no good

made you look... okay so maybe certain TECHNICAL docs at sun are updated, but many of the tutorials are not compatible, for a newbie, such as me, that does not help
if you're a programmer, reading the docs can help... but not newbs

CRM ISA R/3 Edition on AP 7.0 Pricing Routine Number range error

Hi Experts,
For our R/3 ISA Secenerio I have developed a Pricing Prepare Routine (PRP). I have uploaded this routine into AP 7.0 ( which runs my IPC 5.0). Now when I try to register my PRP routine I'm not able to do so because of Number range not defined for Application V Scenerio A and Routine Type PRP.
My question are:
1) For a PRP type Routine( Multiple Implementation) is it important to assign a
routine number? ***( according to pricinguserexit manual dummy routine no
has to be assigned)******
2) If yes then how can i assign Number range for this combination.
NOTE: AP 7.0 has SP 7 ( So it fullfills requirment for Special scenerio)

Extracting sales order from R/3 to BW

hi frends,
it is very urgent where i have to extract the data from r/3 to bw and create a report. my tl has give a doc which is not of technical bw doc but it is some functional doc where sd already created a report on that. i want to do the same report in bw.
how to start with from r/3? whether already setup tables r filled for this sales order datasource i need to do it?
or else i should ask some body to fill that?
how to start with out any bw technical doc like which r the datasources i have to use and regarding business content what r the things i have to activate.
pls help me how to approach. and what r the prerequisites i have to ask them?

Support for rfc1514 on Solaris 9

All,
Does anyone have experience configuring the snmp management agent on a Solaris 9 system?
I need to use the rfc1514 standard (host-resource mib) to support a large server environment for monitoring a variety of health stats that we are currently unable to capture, and I have not had a great deal of success finding the technical docs that outlines and addresses the procedures on how to do this.
If anyone has done this for a Solaris 9 build I would appreciate your assistance.

CS3 crashes when opening or placing a file with Mac Leopard

I recently installed CS3 Design Premium to my iMac (OS = Leopard). I did the updates as well after installation.
I can start up Photoshop (Extended), and open up files from Bridge application but not from Photoshop itself. When I try to open a file, it crashes. I checked the forum, and find out one more instance like this (it was due to incomplete Version Cue installation). However, I followed up the technical doc but it still happens the same. I actually disabled Version Cue at the preferences but still no luck.
Any help, suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

I've not seen Word crash when selecting a smart folder - but it doesn't 'see' what's inside either. In other words when I select a smart folder in the file selector it appears to be an empty folder. And this isn't just a Word thing - lots of programs behave this way.
I use smart folders from the desktop. I have a folder in my Dock which contains all my smart folders. I open a smart folder from there and then double-click the document I want to open. It is a work around obviously but it works

64-bit Spell checker in OPPM v9-Sp1 works, but need Custom Dictionary

My client adopted Oracle Primavera Portfolio Management (formerly ProSight) -- which is NOT P6, a couple of years ago. It entered production with v.8.0 which had a spell-checker included but which does not work with the approved 64-bit O/S (ie: Windows Server 64-bit). After being disappointed with the v.9.0 release also not supporting 64-bit O/S, the recently released v.9.0-Sp1 finally does. Good news!
I have the instructions (“Primavera Portfolio Management 8.0 Customizing the Spelling Checker.pdf”) for adding a custom dictionary to the system, but cannot find any information on doing this for OPPM v.9.0-Sp1.
Does anyone know if the same instructions still work, or where I can get new instructions for adding a custom dictionary (to avoid having the users need to add many new terms, including their own misspelled ones)?

Actually, after my message yesterday, I managed to find the document, buried in with the OPPM technical docs. Looks identical to the OPPM v.8 version. Thanx for your help.
Now that I have poked around a little more, I realized that I haven't seen anything about how to EDIT the dictionary files once created. How does one clean them up of accidentally (or unintentionally) added mis-spelled words? Every other application I've ever used with a spell checker has that function somewhere, but I can't see it in OPPM.
Any info on this issue? Thanx in advance.

How to change a single page orientation in pages

I would like to know if anybody knows how to change a single page orientation in Pages.

Of course it unrotates the text if I'm editing the text box, but not when I'm resizing or changing font properties. And when editng the text and there is an image beside it, the image obscures the text which makes editing exasperating. And since I got a table on landscape that exceeds 7.5" width, when trying to edit the last 2 columns,those become invisible on portrait, hence I'm unable to edit. And so has to set the doc to landscape, set to 0-deg, edit, set it again to portrait and 90-deg, and repeat if I happen to need to edit those invisible columns. Really a great and efficient way to write my technical doc! Which you would know IF YOU HAD TRIED IT -don't appreciate your sarcasm!
You can defend this blatant failure all you want but this kind of inadequancy continues because people don't speak up and demand this reasonable function and instead are satisfied with work-arounds that makes things hard for relatively easy task. I'm a systems and applications designer, this is the type of "missing feature" that would cause our app to be rejected by our clients. Surely you realized that because the users demanded, since 10.7, window resizing can be done from all corners instead of just right corners (or was it only bottom right)? I was shocked when I discovered this 2yrs ago when I switched to Mac and started using Snow Leopard. I'm grateful that I can now resize on 4's.
