Technical fault. Try later.

I've been having same problem for a long time.  I have an Unlimited Korea plan and an Unlimited US & CANADA.  While I'm on the phone to Korea, suddenly the phone mutes and can't hear each other.  And then the skype message says "Sorry, we have a technical fault currently.  Try later."  I wait 5-20 minutes and try to call back to Korea, it keeps saying "...the technical fault currently.  ... try later"  I tried to find a Skype phone number which can't find.  So I ended up chatting with skype.  They told me I should unstall my skype from my pc and reinstall with the newest version.  I did it.  But NO HELP!  I'm very fed up for a long time with the same problem.  Can somebody help me???

I got in touch with sky on sunday who where very helpful, they sent an engineer the next day who told me the dish was in the wrong place on the back of the house as we are surrounded by trees ( the original engineer told me it would be fine there then had to return to put it higher). So he said it should go on the front of the house like everyone else in my road so 1 engineer took the dish off the back and the other put a new one on the front, they where very quick and kept me informed with everything they did so fingers crossed no more technical faults and the visit was free of charge but i have said anymore problems and i will go to Virgin but i will see how it goes for now

    you will get this message if you use another Skype client to call and use your Skype To Go (STG) number
    STG it is designed to be called from a landline or mobile phone, not from Skype
    if you are hearing this message for some other/unknown reason you may wish to contact customer service

    Not a solution yet, but received the following from one of the tech people I've been e-mailing back & forth with.
    "I'm sorry that you have been unable to submit your podcast. The podcast submission form is currently offline. When trying to submit the podcast you will receive this message "We are Currently Experienced Technical Difficulties". Once the issue has been resolved, I would be glad to inform you.
    Apple is currently working toward a resolution for the issue you have reported. You will receive an email after the matter has been investigated and further information is available."
    Who knows, maybe the problem isn't with my feed after all.

    I am running Firefox instead of "I E" thinking it was less prone to freezing.
    I have "Bing" as my browser. I try to log into my outlook inbox as I normally do but I get a message on screen saying SOMETHING went wrong please try later, What & by whom?
    It was working earlier now after waiting then trying several times I still cant.
    When I have downloaded "Firefox" it also installs maintenance how do I do such a task when I can not find out where I should do so.

    I'm using encryption and signing.
    Now that I have the encryption/signing key loading, I get the following error:

    Is this a failure of the RMI server on my side or is it a failure to connect to the service? Is the destination service sending this to me or just the transmission code?
    It looks to me from the trace and the vagueness of the message that this is from the Oracle transmission code in the StreamingSender class, not a message received from the destination webservice. Would love some confirmation, though.

    This error generally means there is trouble in the host file, or there is trouble with anti-virus software. Check this section of the support document that you came here from.

    Error 1004, 1013, 1638, 3014, 3194: These errors may be the result of the connection to gs.apple.com being redirected or blocked. Follow these steps to resolve these errors: 
    Install the latest version of iTunes.
    Check security software. Ensure that communication to gs.apple.com is allowed. Follow this article for assistance with security software. iTunes for Windows: Troubleshooting security software issues.
    Check the hosts file. The restore will fail if there is an active entry to redirect gs.apple.com. Follow iTunes: Advanced iTunes Store troubleshooting to edit the hosts file or revert to a default hosts file. See section "Blocked by configuration: (Mac OS X/Windows) > Rebuild network information".
    Try to restore from another known-good computer and network.
    If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.

  • Recording Failed Technical Fault 10 (28)

    I've read similar posts but there doesnt seem to be a resolution. My 2TB is two months out of warranty, and now all of a sudden 8 out of 10 recordings are failing with Technical Fault 10(28). On demand works fine. I've upgraded the software and done a number of planner rebuilds. No change. I then removed all deleted items, updated software again and planner rebuild. No change. I tried to narrow down behaviour but its strange - i had something preset to record last night and it worked fine. While it was recording I went to a different channel and pressed the record button. Nothing happened (it didnt record). I then went into the the guide and selected the program I was watching and pressed record. The "R" came up against the program but if you went into the planner it was marked as "failed" already. I just called sky and they said a full reset "might" fix it and a few more planner rebuilds "might" also fix it. I'm reluctant to do a full reset given about 55% of my 2TB box is full of recordings - there has to be a better fix than that (and thats not even a guaranteed fix)! anybody any ideas / suggestions??

    TF10 is usually fixed with a Planner Rebuild, though clearly not in your case. As you've tried this and a software refresh, and in the absence of a signal issue, the only remaining option is a full system reset I'm afraid.
    EDIT: just a further thought. Try restarting your Sky box immediately before carrying out a Planner Rebuild: switch the box off at the plug and wait a full 5 minutes before switching back on and doing the Rebuild.

  • ITUNE Store  "unable to process purchase - please try later"

    This should be a simple one...
    I have an iTunes account with credit card info stored. I have historically been purchasing music, debited from my account. Today I thought I would buy another song. Attempted to purchase a track and I got the "unable to process purchase. Purchasing system is temporarily unavailable at this time, please try later". Odd. So I check my card details. For some reason it had changed to a Maestro card? I've never had one. The number is right (last 4 digits) but the card type wrong. This may be unrelated but I thought it was odd. Anyway, I have re-edited all of my info and still I am unable to purchase music. BT is my ISP (UK). Main player so should be no fault there. Any ideas anyone? Thanks Mocquery.

  • Icloud photo library won't work unless connected to wifi.  If I am trying to attach a pic to a message or email, I get the error "photo can't be downloaded from iphoto library, please try later." If I connect to wifi it works just fine.

If I connect to wifi it works just fine.  If it's truly "storing" a low res version on my phone it shouldn't have to download anything.  I can understand the uploading of pics to library only being done over wifi, but there are plenty of times I'm going to want to send a pic when I'm not going to be near a network.  It does work occasionally, but the norm is that I get the error.

    There is issue with Windows 7 when you send the email. It gives the message you specified.
    But you can always use Adobe Email client to send your images. In this workflow also you would get the error message but you can ignore it and continue to send the mail.

    After the update to Android 5.0.1 on my Galaxy Note 4, my Galaxy Gear S will not install apps, I get an error message that says "Installation Failed. Try Later. (WO:WO:-1002). I am glad it was a free app I was trying to install (I tried a couple of different ones to see if it was just a bad app and they all failed on the install. The Note 4 and the Gear S seem to be communicating okay via bluetooth (health stuff syncs, Gear S controls the music player on the note 4 Etc. )

    Everything that I had installed previously on the gear S still works.
    Everthing while in the gear manager seems to be working okay also. I can make changes in the Gear manager on the note 4 and they show up on the gear S. I have an app called watch styler , it let me create a new watch on the Note 4 and that showed up on the Gear S.
    The only thing that seems to be not working is installing new apps.
    When trying to get a new app it looks like it is working as normal , the dowload shows it is working but it errors out when it goes to install it.

    Thanks for the question. I understand you are receiving a "Not enough free space" alert when attempting to sync your new iPhone 4s. The following article may help to resolve your issue:

    Resolution
    Try disconnecting and reconnecting your device, then syncing again to solve this issue.
    Orphaned files may remain on your iOS device if it is physically disconnected while syncing music, podcasts, videos, or photos. This can prevent iTunes from syncing the iOS device on subsequent sync sessions. When this happens, the Capacity indicator in iTunes may report a large amount of "Other" disk usage for the iOS device. To resolve this issue:
    1. Turn off the music or photo sync option in iTunes for the device.
    2. Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
    3. Turn the music and photo sync options for the device on again.
    4. Click Apply again to try to sync the device to iTunes.
              - If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 5.
    5. Turn off the automatic syncing functions for the iOS device. To do this:
              - Select the iOS device from the iTunes window and click the Summary tab.
              - Deselect "Automatically sync when this device is connected" and select the "Sync only checked songs and videos" checkbox.
              - Click Apply to sync the changes to the device.
              - Reduce the amount of data that is being synced to the device and resync the device. For example, if syncing your Music library exceeds the memory capacity of the device, choose "Selected playlists" to transfer rather than "All songs and playlists" under the Music tab in iTunes.
    If the 'Not enough free space' alert appears, continue to step 6.
    6. Restore using iTunes.

    wait and try again
    reboot
    reload iTunes
    NB hp is a relatively new machine and has previously backed up quite happily.
    Can anyone assist?

    Try rebooting the iPad.  Hold down both the Home and Sleep buttons for several seconds until the Apple logo appears.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" arrow.  It takes a minute or two to restart.
    Also be sure your iPad battery is not completely discharged.
