Techsoup Download Trouble

Our organization purchased license keys to Photoshop Elements/ Premiere Elements 11.0, but when I go to the "Welcome TechSoup Customer of TechSoup Global!" page, I see the the message stating "Important: If you do not see your licensed product in this list, please contact your sales manager."
Photoshop Elements 11 (English) is what I have a license key for, and it is not in the list. The German version is in the new releases list, and older English versions (10, etc.) are in the Release Archive.
Can someone at Adobe please point me in the direction of the correct download link to Photoshop Elements & Adobe Premiere Elements 11.0 Windows Universal English?

Try using a different browser. Some browsers don't play well with the
Adobe interfaces.

Download troubles after new subscription

Hi, am facing download troubles with InDesign. Have subscribed today for one year (InDesign only), and my subscription appears as active. I already had in my pc the files, since I had subscribed for the full CC in 2013. Have tried to cancel the old InDesign first,but it doesn't work

MAC OS X Lion downloading Trouble.

Im having trouble installing OS X Lion, my internet connection is working properly. Apple starts downloading the app, but it only gets to 10 MB/4GB, and stops and restarts download from 0. It repeats this process for 5 times. At last shows me and internet connection problem. But it works properly.

Itunes App Downloading toruble?, Itunes App Downloading trouble?

When i download an app onto my ipod touch, it downloads onto my moms iphone also, we have the same itunes account, but this never happened before (she had an iphone 3 and we still had the same account and nothing ike this ever happened) We also have seperate Iclud accounts, why is it doing this? and how can i fix it so that they download seperately? MacBook Pro downloading trouble

My MacBook Pro is having trouble downloading files. The download window opens but the file disappears and I have to go into my downloads folder in order to retrieve it. This happens if I'm downloading files from anywhere, not just the internet. Today, I couldn't find the files in the download folder at all.

Download Troubles

I am having trouble downloading adobe flash player onto window's 8 through internet explorer.

Internet Explorer 10 comes with Flash Player preinstalled; you don't need to (and cannot) install Flash Player manually on it.

ITunes 10.5.2(11) Podcast Download Trouble

I upgraded iTunes to 10.5.2(11) and I am having trouble downloading podcasts. The downloads all start but stall and never complete. I rarely get any errors from itunes, but, occasionally I will see one that indicates a firewall issue. To make sure, I disabled my firewall and the problem persisted. I have made no other changes to my Mac aside from the iTunes update. Has anyone else seen this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I successfully downloaded the latest edition by going to the Store area. It took around 10 minutes. iTunes behaved fine and indicated the progress of the download.
However when I try to download another lecture via the iTunes U option within iTunes, the software freezes.
There is no progress bar and I can't change focus within iTunes. The only option I have is to kill the process from the Task Manager.
The lockup occurs almost immediately after I click on the Get button.
In previous months the downloads worked fine.

Some info regarding itunes and the way I fixed my mothers download troubles

My mom hasn't been able to download any of her song purchases for ages. So I looked at it for her. The downloads weren't moving, and after a little, they would stop and give a 'time-out' error.
First thing I did was port forward iTunes. For anyone interested who knows how to do this, the ports are both 3689, protocol is TCP. If you don't know how to do this, don't worry, it didn't solve the problem.
I came to this thread after that and read about changing users from Administrator. So I tried this, but found I couldn't just switch users like you should be able to do, it was only giving me the option to log out. So I went into the user accounts page and clicked 'change the way users log on and off'. A message popped up saying "Client Services for NetWare has disabled the Welcome Screen and Fast User Switching...". So I went and searched what NetWare was. I didn't learn much about it, but learned enough to disable it. And immediately without even shutting down the computer, iTunes started working.
So, if you're having similar troubles try this as it's quick and easy (and it worked).
click the windows key and R to open 'Run'
type services.msc and then press OK
scroll down the list and see if their is process running called 'Client Services for NetWare'. If so, right click it and click stop. Then right click and click properties. In main tab, mid way down the page beside 'startup type' select 'disabled' from the drop down list.
Let me know if this works for you.

You might not like the way Chris answered your question but he did answer it. Without something in the album field, you're not going to see the songs where you want them to. Yes, it's different than it used to be but currently that's the way it is.
And no, there is no way to manually sync your calendar.

ITunes and App Store downloading trouble

I recently bought an iphone 5c and I'm having trouble with apps and music. Whenever I buy a song it asks me for my id and password and when it finally goes thru it begins to download then comes up with an error before it finished and continues to do so. Eventually, since it won't download, the song isn't in my downloads but when I'm in the store the song says it's purchased but I can't download. As far as apps go they just don't even show up

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Update download trouble: App Store says, in error, "-not enough free disk space"

I wonder if anyone can help me troubleshoot this... I am unable to download some updates as from the App Store, and instead get an error message that suggests I don't have enough free disk space despite there being over 100GB free.
More detail: after installing Mavericks successfully, I started updating a few applications. While downloading iMovie and iPhoto there was an error - can't recall what the pop-up said, but I think it was a fairly general kind of error message. When I then tried to download them again, the App Store gave me an error message about free disk space, so I deleted a bunch of files and tried again. Same result, same error message ("Your hard disk does not have enough free space"). I checked on free space, however, and at this point I had over 100GB of free space.
I tried deleting the com.apple.storeagent folder in my Library/Caches folder, then trying again. but it made no difference. I've restarted, repaired permissions, verified the disk, restarted again, and I'm still seeing the error.
One odd feature of this problem: in the App Store purchases tab (see screengrab below), the icons for both iMovie and iPhoto are missing/broken, which might just point the way to what is going wrong.
System details:

2.8GHz i7
12GB RAM
Running OS X 10.9

If the padlock icon is closed, click it to unlock the settings and authenticate. Turn Time Machine OFF, then turn it backON and close the preference pane. Wait a few minutes, then try the operation again.

HT3204 Downloading Trouble

After renting a movie on itunes a box popped up saying: There was a problem downloading "This Means War/McG". An unknown error occurred (-50). Please check that the connection to the netowrk is active and try again. My internet connection is fine and after restarting my computer, teh saem message has popped up and the movie does not even play. What should i do?

Feel free to experiment.This is just because of your browsers preferences and may be it is not defined in your browser how to open a text file(.txt extension) in firefox.
To do that > When you are prompted open with > just go to drop down and select other and select appropriate tool (example notepad)
So from now it should prompt you with open with notepad

HT201272 Download trouble

Hi - I have downloaded some albums, but all the songs stop i the middle - after 2-3 minutes run. I can´t see music in the purchased quick menu- newest Itunes version. I can´t re-download the songs-since Itunes kindly tells me, that I have downloaded the songs!.....Any help out there?? Thanks

Other people have been having similar problems with songs over a number of days.
Depending upon what country that you are in (music can't be re-downloaded in all countries) then you first need to delete the incomplete tracks from your iTunes library before you can try redownloading them via the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page on your computer's iTunes : re-downloading.
If you aren't in a country where you can re-download music or if they re-download in the same state then try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find those songs and use the 'Report a Problem' link.
