Bonjour ,
Lorsque je télécharge des films directement sur mon iPad, il transfert sur mon Mac Mini mais je ne peux pas y visionner ?
C la même chose avec mon iPhone !
Je ne sais pas si ça vous problème de connectiques en sachant qu'il est connecté à une télé grâce à un câble HDMI

J'ai acheté donc ce week-end deux films: Dark Shadow et Twilight4, Je les ai achetés en doublon tous les deux pour essayer de visionner sur le Mac Vu que je vais aller acheter sur l'iPad!
Dark Shadow fonctionner mais pas Twailight4.
Je voudrais donc me faire rembourser un délai de Twilight est un des deux Dark Shadow en sachant que je vais acheter tous les 2fois !
Et voir avec vous pour régler ce soucis avec mon Macmini

Finalement, j'ai pu charger Lightroom 6, car ayant un logement en France où je passe un bout de l'année, j'ai pu ouvrir une nouvelle connexion Adobe avec mon adresse en France, mon adresse de facturation en France, et en cochant France comme zone, en bas de page dans le script d'inscription Adobe. J'ai payé 15.000 CFP environ pour la licence complète.
Sinon, j'ai appelé Compu system, magasin en haut du Faubourg Blanchot. Ils repéré"sentent Adobe, et pouvaient obtenir et me revendre le code d'activation de LR6, application que je n'avais plus qu'à télécharger. Aucun pb pour le faire, parfaitement réglo au plan juridique, mais coût multiplié par de 2 .... (29.400 CFP pour la clé de la licence complète). Pour l'upgrade, moitié moins cher ? En plus, ils sont très sympas ... J'aurais pris si je n'avais pas pu faire autrement ....

I recently switched from Mac to PC and my 2nd-Gen ipod shuffle won't charge on PC. The PC reads my shuffle and I'm able to transfer music from itunes, however the battery light indicator doesn't glow. In order to charge the battery, I have to plug my ipod back to my macbook which is inconvenient. Btw, I connect my ipod to the PC with USB 3.0 port..I have windows 7 if that's any help.. Suggestions anyone?

Also, take a look on iTunes if the battery icon is showing that the unit is in charge. Because if you're able to transfert music on it, there's no choice, there's must be electricity on it.

Sur mon tout nouveau smartphone Sony XPéria Z1 compact, sous android 4.3, lui aussi, il n'y a pas cette application. Ou peut-on la télécharger ?
Car j'ai installé le logiciel TwoNav avec plusieurs Giga de cartes au 1/2500. Je voudrais le transférer sur la carte SD (64Go).

Bonjour, j'avais installé la suite adobe CS5 et acrobat 9 pro sur mon ordinateur mac. J'ai acheté un nouvel ordinateur et j'ai donc voulu transférér les licences sur mon nouvel ordinateur. le transfert a bien fonctionné pour la CS5 design premium mais je ne parviens pas à trouver le lien pour télécharger acrobat 9 pro... il n'y a pas de lien pour les mac. il est question de télécharger une version de remplacement (version plus récente) or j'ai téléchargé acrobat X pro et ma licence ne pase pas avec cette version. Que dois-je faire?@

Transfert projets DE CS5 vers CS6

J'ai un projet en cours de 1h30 avec divers formats de fichiers et utilisation de séquences imbriquées en multi-camera.
Je souhaite continuer ce projet sous CS6, mais le transfert ne s'effectue pas correctement.
Une piste qui contient des fichiers .mxf, n'est pas correctepment chargée. Au lieu d'avoir des contenus différents sur les Mxf 1, 2 3 ..., j'ai toujours le contenu de Mxf 1. Si je tente de reimporter le bon fichier, il me donne toujours le contenu de mxf 1 !!
Bien entendu, sur un projet vierge CS6 ou une conformation en CS5 tout est OK.
Pouvez-vous me donner une exolication et une solution ?

My current project in on CS5. Its about 1 hour and a half long with several kinds of files. I use "multi-cams" and "inbricated sequences".
I want to continue my job in CS6, but the transfert is not correct.
One track which have .mxf files is not correctly converted. Instead of having different contents with the different files 1.MXF, 2.MXF, 3.MXF..., I got the same content 1.MXF for all the diffent MXF files files of the track. And if I try to load manualy the 2.MXF file by "import file" I get the 1.MXF content !!
Of course, files are correct on a new CS6 project.
May be you already encountered that issue. Anyway could you help ??

Comment charger du AVCHD sur final cut express

Je possède une camera Canon HF S21 qui film en AVCHD, ce format n'est pas accepté par Final Cut Express 4 sur mon MAC iMac 27". Je dois donc charger mes rushes sur iMovies, puis alors les transférer dans Final Cut, mais évidemment avec perte de qualité car passé par plusieurs codec! Existe t-il une solution sans devoir passer par Final Cut Pro ?

Problème de pochettes lors du transfert sur mon iphone

Depuis quelques temps, j'ai un problème lorsque je transfert des éléments (musique, série TV, films) sur mon iPhone. Alors que les pochetes sont bonnes sur mon Mac, je me retrouve avec une pochette différente (et aléatoire si je supprime et réinstalle l'élément) sur mon iPhone.
Quelqu'un rencontre t-il ce problème et si oui, as t-il la solution?

I would go to the AMD/ATI Web site, then plug in your Radeon card's model number (5670) and your OS version, then check whether there is a newer Catalyst driver available. If so, download and install that.
Then, check your system for the BadDrivers.TXT file, and Delete it. Depending on the Folder Options in your OS, you might need to Show Hidden and System Files, to find that BadDrivers.TXT file.

UGHHH again, 6th time Mac fails me ..... and best buy charges me so they can "inspect it".

well the previous times 4/6 were do to manufacturing defects, the last 2 were due to the screen messing up.
now after i had this for a month, the fan makes a noise like it hits something inside and the screen leaves a purple "stain" on the screen when watching movies and playing games, it goes away after it a few hours.
but really, i went there to get it repaired and the guy said he has to charge me 60$ to look at it, and then send it to apple.
im like really, a month or two old computer and it breaks down ? and I have to pay!!! .... so im going to go complain, im going to either get my computer fixed for free or i want to return my MAC for store credit so i can purchase another laptop.... like i had it up to here with there snotty people, there attitude towards me was NOT deserved. One worker told me " well if it works fine its not worth fixing" im like ???? " seriously, i paid good money for it and i dont want ink marks on my screen when it gets "warm" "

If it is undetermined to be a software or hardware issue then they are authorized to charge a diagnostic and then refund it after they verify the warranty covers it.
Similar to how car repairs work.
Beyond that I do not know the exact $60 is except for maybe sending it out to service, but if it is under a warranty normally there isn't a charge for that.
If it is after the 14 days it is unlikely that they will be willing to do a return outside of the 14 days since they will eat the cost of the laptop. And, based on industry average gross margins they would have to sell 10+ laptops to make up for that single one they ate...

HT204088 Why am I being charged for things that do not show up on my download histrory?

I have a charge each week on my bank account from ITunes of things that I am not purchasing. This week it is $1.29, and it does not show on my downloard history. What is up with this? And now I see where I hit the update button and all said FREE and now charged to update with one of my FREE apps.

You aren't charged to download app updates, though if you add or change the credit card details on your account then you might see a small temporary store holding charge, which should disappear within a few days.
Have you made any in-app purchases or have any auto-renewing subscriptions ? If you don't recognise the charges then you can try contacting iTunes support and see if they see what they are for : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

Issue with magsafe/charging (blinks green, amber, off)

Having a quirky issue with my mid-2009 Macbook Pro.
A month or so ago, I began having an issue with my macbook charging. When the computer is up and running and I plug in the magsafe it will say "Calculating..." and then say "Not Charging" and then switch to battery use. It constantly does this as long as the magsafe is connected. The lights on the magsafe will constantly cycle from green to amber to no light.
At first, it would do it a few times then it would start charging. Now it constantly does this without ever stopping. I was editing video the other day for a while and it never stopped the cycle.
Thinking it was the battery, I took it into the Apple Store last week and got a new battery because it had been saying "Service battery" for a while and the battery would only last about 20 minutes on a charge. So I just thought the battery finally refused to charge.
But the problem still exists.
The magsafe is new (only 3 months old) and here's the quirky thing: the computer will charge if it's asleep (lid closed) or shut down completely. No blinking lights at all. It will charge as long as it's asleep or shut down. So I don't think it's the charger. But as soon as you hit the power button to starting booting up, it will blink.
I have reset the SMC a couple times actually, but no change.
Is there something software/firmware related that I haven't tried? Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated before I take it back to the Apple Store (which is about an hour away).

First battery charge and current issues?

I just bought a new MacBook (2.0 GHz, 160 GB). I have two quick questions:
1. I plugged in my AC adapter, turned on the notebook for about 5 minutes to make sure it works fine, etc, then shut it down to let the battery charge. Would I have lost any battery capacity by not fully charging the battery first? And do I need to let the battery run through a full cycle when I first use the computer to ensure full capacity?
2. Are there any updates/best practices for the 2008 (December) MacBook batteries? I know there was an issue in 2007, but for the new line am I set to go? And is it still best practice to put shut the Mac down instead of putting it to sleep to save wear and tear on the hard-drive/battery?
sorry for all the questions: it has been 5 years since I bought my last notebook so I am a bit rusty/excited!

I have added a work colleague to my family's members on iCloud so we can share the calendar for work appointments. However whe heakes purchases on iTunes I now get charged. How can I stop this happening?

When you are the Family Sharing organizer, purchases are billed to your account unless the family member making purchases has an iTunes Gift Card or iTunes credit on their account. The attached article has more information on how this process works.

What I may suggest in your situation would be to discontinue the Family Sharing and use iCloud calendar sharing. Using this method keeps your accounts separate but allows you to still share your calendar.
