Téléchargement impossible à partir d'ADOBE LWS

Bonjour,
Ayant reçu des mails m'informant de mises à jour, je me suis connecté à ADOBE LWS.
Je souhaite télécharger les produits dont j'ai les licences.
Ok pour Lightroom et pour CS6 Mac, j'ai pu télécharger.
Par contre, pour CS6 Win ou pour Première Element, cela m'est impossible : au lieu d'un téléchargement de fichier, c'est une fenêtre Texte qui s'ouvre avec des caractères incompréhensibles, comme si le binaire envoyé par le site était interprété comme un document par mon navigateur (IE11 sous W7 ).
Quelqu'un a-t-il une solution ?
PS : même pas la solution de faire "enregistrer sous", car il y a des étapes intermédiaires, de type acceptation des conditions, qui provoquent une navigation entre plusieurs fenêtres.

J'ai finalement réussi à télécharger.
Mais j'ai dû basculer le "mode de compatibilité" d'Internet Explorer (je suis en V11) et le mettre en mode "IE8" pour le site Adobe.com pour que ça marche.
Le problème est donc dû à une incompatibilité du site Adobe LWS avec IE11, et concerne le téléchargement de fichiers en .7z (en fait, les versions Windows des applis).
J'ai perdu qq heures en tentant vainement d'obtenir de l'aide de la part d'Adobe, que ce soit Téléphone (puisque rien n'est prévu dans les choix pour une défaillance du site, et que le routage final de l'automate d'accueil, c'est de virer le client !), via ce Forum (désespérément muet), ou le Chat (attente longue de ma part, courte de la part des contacts Adobe qui ferment bien vite les conversations).

Le Mac App Store ne mettra à jour les applications qui ont été achetés sur le Mac App Store (MAS). Certaines applications ont une fonction de mise à jour Vérifier dans le menu nom de l'application, VueScan n'est pas une de ces applications. Vous pouvez également obtenir une application 3ème partie qui va scanner votre Mac, créer une liste des applications installées et vous alerter quand une mise à jour est disponible pour une application.

Erreur N° 16822 lors du téléchargement de mise à jour Adobe Help

lorsque je sollicite le menu d'aide à partir de Adobe première Pro CS5 ou Photoshop CS5, le logiciel me propose de télécharger une mise à jour de Adobe Help, une fois lancé, le message "erreur n° 16822" apparait et le téléchargement échoue.
J'utilise un Mac Lion
Comment régler ce problème.

Do as it says: Put your downloaded 7z file and the *.exe in a proper folder, not just dump it onto your desktop or whatever.

There is only one file to download - which one depends on your system (32-bit or 64-bit).
These are the trial versions but will convert to the full version when you supply your serial number.

TDFields you will want to ensure the 7z and exe file are in the same folder/directory. You can find more details at Find a download link on Adobe.com.

Illustrator is not working as it should...
I want them to compare the original size and date of creation with what I have installed on my computer... I have installed several times with my original CD and I tried once downloading the files from the adobe site (using my own license). I suspect the files has been modified or renamed on my laptop by an external unauthorized user causing the malfunction of the application.
Customer services does not support CS3 anymore and the updates / patches in the adobe site does not solve the problem... They redirect me to the forums for support...
Presently, my problem is that after creating a swatch and drag it to the swatch panel, it does not fill as it should a new form... Now, after deactivating and activating my license the swatch seems to fill the new form but when the filter that the swatch has is persistence in the next filling object created even though a different color is being used as a fill (X)... Help in the creation of a swatch over the internet just complicate the issue.
That's why I would like to know whether updates on my product are being received or files are being replaced without my knowledge...

Here is where I am stuck.
Wrote this code in ONACTIONSEARCH.I am getting my entries in internal table ISFLIGHT.
but unable to bind it to adobe form and show in the form.
* SELECT statement
    clear isflight. refresh isflight.
    select * into corresponding fields of table isflight from sflight
    where carrid = ls_data_selections.
* navigate from <CONTEXT> to <ADOBE_DATA> via lead selection
lo_nd_adobe_data = wd_context->get_child_node( name = wd_this->wdctx_adobe_data ).
* navigate from <ADOBE_DATA> to <SFLIGHT> via lead selection

Error is Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible.
FYI.. I just dragged and dropped 2 elements from DATA to Adobe form.what are the other changes do i need to do in form gui elements so that it shows the internal table contents?

Try extracting all of the files from the zip file first. I received this same error when trying to run the exe from within the zip.

It seems that you have only downloaded .exe file. You need to download two file .exe and .7z and put it in a same folder and then try to run .exe
