Bonjour, j'ai acheté moutain Lion sur app store mais au téléchargement, il est dit qu'il n'est pas disponible sur l'app store Français, comment puis-je faire ?

Sometimes what the App Store is showing just isn't that accurate - sometimes it is and, as OGELTHORPE says, it may be that your Internet connection is just slow...

Suite à un changement de dique dur sur imac mi-2010, la maintenance m' a reinstallé snow leopard.
A fin de restaurer ma sauvegarde time machine, je dois repartir sur mountain lion.
or, la procédure est impossible car j'ai l' impossibilité de télécharger mountain lion sur Mac app store. Message : produit non disponible sur store france.
Pour info, je suis bien sur compte Apple puisque je peux accéder à mes achats.
Pouvez vous m'indiquer la demarche à suivre.
car la maintenance "apple" de mon secteur n'a pas réussi à me donner une réponse.

Open the Mac App Store on the other Mac and in the Quick Links sign into your account. See if the Mountain Lion purchase is among hidden apps in the iCloud area of your account info.

Need to know about charges if reinstalling Mountain Lion.

Hi! I bought a secondhand Macbook and it has mountain lion installed, I erased the hard drive and reinstalled ML twice. Will I be charged even if I already have a mountain lion installed on an iMac? I'm just worried that my credit card will be charged.

If you purchased ML from the App Store, you are allowed to install ML on any computer you own or control without paying anything extra.

After installing Mountain Lion the battery indicator shows only 99% charge though charging for the whole night.

I have been using MacBook Pro mid 2010 and recently I upgraded my OS from Snow Leopard to Mountain Lion. Since then whenever I charge my computer it stops charging at 99% but when I was using Snow Leopard it use to fully charge to 100%. Does installing the new OS preventing it to charge to 100% or something is wrong with the hardware.

Thanks for the reference. Still one thing I am not able to understand is that in Snow Leopard after the full charge it use to show 100% so why not in Mountain Lion. Snow Leopard is also a advance OS and if that is the case then the feature of not charging to the full capacity should exist.

MacBook pro enters %E?+E? when charging into text boxes Why ? Mountain Lion.

When It is plugged in the computer will enter %E?+E? into all open text boxes and rename folders on the desktop to the same thing. Why is it doing this and why only when charging ? Its a MacBook Pro 7,1 running Mountain lion. Is this a pram related issue ? The battey holds charge just fine and charges up fine.

Try booting into the Safe Mode to see if it contiues to happen. Shut down the computer and then power it back up. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the shift key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. The boot up is significantly slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a directory check, and disables all startup and login items, among other things. If the system operates normally, there may be 3rd party applications which are causing a problem. Try deleting/disabling the third party applications after a restart by using the application unistaller. For each disable/delete, you will need to restart if you don't do them all at once.

This is because while you've re-installed the system, you've preserved the user account.You need to do a "clean" install meaning a reformat and install. If the Mac orginally shipped with Lion or ML you can redownload via Recovery Partition but if the Mac shipped with Leopard 10.5.x or Snow Leopard 10.6.x then you need the OEM discs that shipped with it. You can call Apple and they will send you the discs for a nominal charge.

A trick another user stumbled on this morning was to create another user account on the Mac, a standard user account, and from that account use the AppleID, and password to login to the Mac App Store and then download ML with the redemption code...after a frustrating several hours of trying unsuccessfully that little trick worked.

Mountain Lion taking longer to fully charge battery than Lion?

In Lion it took me an hour to fully charge the battery and I had roughly 4-8 hrs of battery. Now in Mountain Lion it takes me 4 hrs to fully charge the battery and it only lasts 4 hrs? Any fix for this? I already tried an SMC reset and it didn't work. Please help. Thanks.

Also, does formatting the ssd of the macbook air and performing a clean install of lion over mountain lion format boot camp partitions too or just the osx partition?

I bought OS X Mountain Lion a few days ago from the App Store but it will not download. In the purchased section of the App Store it says 'an error has occurred' in red letters next to the download button. I have been charged for it but not downloaded it?

If i click on the download button in the purhased section nothing happens. if i go into the App store and click download on Mountain Lion there it looks like it is starting to download and opens Lauchpad but it never moves off 'waiting'.
Any help would be great.
