Telephone number in smartform address

I am using an address element text to show the address information, but i want to include the telephone number in the showed information, is there any posibility to indicate that i want to show ALL the information of the vendor?

Hi Rajesh .... in case customer require specific information, you can also try using sap queries (trust me it is not as difficult as it sounds but the results are just great ;-):
queries
Table SZA1_D0100 have the following fields
SMTP_ADDR (E-mail Address) ; TEL_NUMBER ; MOB_NUMBER ; FAX_NUMBER
For address check table ADDR1_DATA
Common join should be Vendor among these 2 tables

Telephone number in address

Hi all,
i am displaying the vendor address in PO form by passing the address number to the address node in smart form. My problem is communication details like Telephone number, Fax and email id is not printing in the output.
I want to print the communication details in address. Is there any settings to print the address including communication details.
Note: In Xk02 also communication details are not printing in print preview.

From the documentation of function module ADDRESS_INTO_PRINTFORM the following list of fields can be prioritised;
"A = Title
P = Mandatory empty line 1
F = Function of the contact person in the company
4 = Name 4
3 = Name 3
H = Different city
R = Region
T = District
L = Name of country
C = Postal code
T = District
7 = Street 3 (field STR_SUPPL2)
I = Street 5 (field LOCATION)
8 = Street 4 (field STR_SUPPL3)
6 = Street 2 (field STR_SUPPL1)
L = Country
C = Postal code
2 = Name 2
B = PO Box
S = Street or PO Box
5 = c/o name
N = Name (and title) of a person
D = Department
O = City"
These are the only fields that the address node can use, and does not include any phone or e-mail details.

Imessage does not combine the telephone number to one username in address book

Hi guys,
last week I received an Imessage from a unknown number, I replied "who are you?" and he replied "it's me.. name and surname". I have this person in my address book but I continue to receive imessages (with the tel number) and imessages cannot combine his tel number to his name, if we imessage using email address than I can see his name and surname.
If I send a message to him with this procedure: address book, open his contact, press the button send message, choose the tel number, press send, then I see in imessage message list that I have sent a message to his number, not to his name and surname.
I do not use the Apple Address Book but the google address book. Every other user is working fine. From Viber and whatsapp i can send messages to the same user without this problem.
I have also tried to delete and recreate his contact many times, both from gmal web page and from the Iphone itself but then Imessage is not able to "link" his tel number to his name and surname.
Imessage recognize his number as Imessage user so it send imessages and not sms, but in the imessage messages list I can only see his telephone number and not his name and surname.
I cannot find a solution, attached a picture taken from my phone, I choose "andrea ...surname" from the address book, sent the imessage, immediately IOS changed "andrea ..surname" to +393402433...

My iPhone contacts are only showing email address and not telephone number

I have an iPhone 4S running OS6. For some reason of late my contacts are only displaying the email address and not the telephone number.
I have repowered the phone a number of times but the issue still persists.
Can any one tell me how to fix this ???

Try the following:
1. Go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive
2. Check where the Start New Conversation From is set to. If it's not your number, select your number.
If the above doesn't work...
1. In Settings > Messages, tap on iMessage to turn it off.
2. Reboot phone and after the phone restarts turn iMessage back on.

How do I show more information for result set, I need company name, company address and company phone number to show. Now it is just company name and company address no telephone number, I need the number to show as well in the first result set

The result set I get for a search now only shows the company name and address, if I want the telephone number of the company in the result set, I have to click on the link to go the site information to get the number. I want the company name, address and phone number to show up in the result set without having to click on each hyperlink to get the telephone number...

ESS Address Service - Area Code in Telephone Number Defaults to 000

Hi Gurus -
Our business noticed that when creating a new address using the US ESS Address service, the area code defaults to 000 in the telephone number (field AREAC) if there is not a value already in that field. Has anyone else's business complained about this? Does anyone know how to get rid of that default?

Thank you for your response. We have not modified the address infotype in the backend R/3 system and do not want to modify it. Are you saying that a modification to the table 0006 would be needed and make it CHAR instead of NUM for AREAC?

Incoming Telephone number field in sales order

Dear All,
I'm replicating Interaction Center Sales orders to an external system through IDOCs. A customer may have more than one telephone number.
Is their a field in the sales order IDOC that contains the customer incoming call telephone number? It is a must for the external system to know this call number incase of further contact with the customer
I gota field in the partner information "Tel1" but it always get the default telephone of the customer not the telephone in the incoming call

Recently we've had quite similar requirement. I haven't got any standard solution for that.
But what we've done. We store this number in the partner's address in the document (I think, in the field you've mentioned). We access this number in the following way in some view controller (actually, in IR view):

Telephone number - Clickable request

Please forgive me if I have done this wrong - this is my first post
I have created a PDF, in Acrobat X on Win XP, that has 'cells' or fields that a manager as well as an engineer can fill in
What I am unable to do is make the telephone field - CLICKABLE
i.e. when the Eng opens the PDF on his/her iPhone, using Acrobat Reader, they can click on the telephone number to call the client
(Similarly, they could click on the address to open up a map? - Telephone link is the main question though)
Any ideas or help would be appreciated

Not possible, unless the calling is done from a web-site, in which case you
can launch that site.
Same goes for a map.

Telephone number suppliers/customers

Does anyone know the accurate field/table/view for the contact telephone number for your suppliers AND customers in EBS payabales/receiveables.
I ideally need a query to return
a) supplier name, ID, address fields, contact phone number
b) customer name, ID, address fields, contact phone number
If a could be limited down to only suppliers we have actually paid at some point - ignorning suppliers we have never paid
And similarly for b, limited down to customers who have paid us at some point - ignoring customers set up on the system who have never paid us

ESS .. Make Telephone number mandatory FPM applicaiton

Hi guys,
my requirement is to make the telephone number mandatory in the ESS applications. I want to perform this validation in the web dynpro code onsteaed of the back end ans this needs to be made mandatory just for emergency adress rather than the entire addresses.
Any thoughts how to do this.

Hi,
First create a Label instead of text view for the input field
of emergency telephone number.
For this label set the "label for" attribute to the id of the input field.
for the input field set the "state" attribute to 'required'.
This will give the visual effect of a mandatory field.
For Validation you can use the following:
String t = wdContext.currentTestElement().getTel();
if (t != null)
   //execute the model here
else
   wdComponentAPI.getMessageManager().reportWarning("Please enter Telephone Number");

KNA1-TELF1 is not same as XD03 telephone number

Hi All,
Customer has created from one SAP system to another SAP through IDOC (Message type : ADRMAS) . Customer telephone number KNA1-TELF1 is not updated same as in XD03 Adress tab - Communication -Telephone number . Telephone number is appearing correctly in ADR2 table but it's not appearing in KNA1 table .
Please reply me if any body knows the reason.

I can only guess that perhaps it needs to be updated using the customer IDoc (DEBMAS?). There was a related question just recently on SCN, it's really weird how some fields got split between the master data and address IDocs.
