Ok guys, I'm new to the board, but not new to anything else. I have, although, rejected the mp3 player fad for a long time. But I'm moving and need a player to deal with metro transportation.
After spending a lot of time hoarding information on every player out ther, I come to the conclusion that every player has its problems. I don't want an I-Pod. IRi'ver's are too expensi've for my taste and I have read about a lot of hard dri've failures on Rio's.
But even without all those points, I really do like the Creative Zen Micro. It seems perfect for what I want (5-6gb), perfect size, good features and not too rough on the wallet.
But it also seems to have the most issues. So from the community, I would like to know, is it smart to get one? I've had O.K. luck in the past when it comes to electronics. And although the Micro seems good, these problems really make me worry. If not for these I would have my micro weeks ago, but I keep going back and forth on what do, as I cant stand to waste money (nor can I being a graduate student). So in all honesty, what should I do? Get a micro or are other players actually not bad? I want to hear it from the people who have been through 3 or 4 players, or have a problem week after owning their micro. I check many pages back and could not find this direct question. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

There's more to it than that.
Folders in Aperture do not hold Images. They hold Projects and Albums. You cannot put an Image in a Folder without putting it in a Project or an Album inside that Folder.
The relationship between Projects and Images is special: every Image must in a Project, and can be in only one Project.
Images can be in as many Albums you want. Putting an Image in an Album does not move it from the Project that holds it.
You can make as many Versions from a Master as you want.
What you want to do may appear simple to you, but it still much adhere to how Aperture works. I still can't tell exactly what you are trying to do (specifically: Images don't live in Folders; moving an Image from a Folder is non-sensical).
It can be very confusing (and frustrating) to get going with Aperture -- but it does work, and can be enormously helpful. If you haven't, take a look at the video tutorials on Apple's Aperture support site.
I feel as though I haven't helped you much -- but we need to be using the same names for interface items in order to get anything done -- and my sense is that you still haven't learned the names of the parts.

Do you possibly mean the contacts have been merged?
If so, where are each of you syncing contacts? A supported application on the computer? iCloud or another cloud service? An Exchange server?
WIthout details, it's difficult to offer specific resolutions.

You need at least Acrobat 9 to be eligible for upgrades, so it's a moot point. Simply buy a new license of a current version.

The other way to do this is to choose About this Mac under the Apple menu. When the window appears, click on More Info, and then choose Storage from the selection of tabs at the top.

I assume you're talking about Security Update 2012-004 for Snow Leopard? Have you by any changed moved your Mail application out of the Applications folder? This will cause updates to fail to work - Apple's included applications should always be left where Apple installed them.
If this is the case, move it back, then downlad the update from Security Update 2012-004 (Snow Leopard) and run it again.

For gmail there are no settings to change, you can access gmail from any browser just by going to the gmail site and logging in.

For that Nikon model you need ACR 8.3 that means CS6 or CC. Or you can download the DNG converter convert your Nikon RAW files to Adobe RAW files. And then process the Adobe RAW files with CS5 ACR version 6.7
