The 4G/iOS 6 does not have an Activation Lock. That started with iOS 7.
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

I think it's pretty basic.
If you are listening to music on your phone, it should automatically mute it when a call comes in. A basic press of the call answer / end button should then do just that.
Have a go! You could try experimenting with a quick double press, that may recall the last number you dialled, but otherwise that's probably it.

What country are you in ? You will only be able to use the US store if you are in the US with a valid US billing address on your iTunes account.

How do I open/view Signal Express Data .tdms files? (Absolutely Brand New User!)

I've inherited this data recording software from a previous engineer and tried it out for the first time the other week. Mind you I have no manuals or help really here, so bear with me that this is probably a very basic question.
I had a set-up using the Labview Signal Express ver.2.5 and NI-USB-6008 monitoring two voltages. I currently want to see the playback of the .tdms files which are located in my C:\Documents and Settings\TechSupport\My Documents\SignalExpress Data\08042009_015232_PM folder (3 files, voltage.tdms, voltage.tdms_index, and voltage_meta). I opened LabVIEW Signal Express and clicked "File", "Import", "Logged Signals From SignalExpress TDMS Files", and go to select the "voltage.tdms" file, but receive the error of "You cannot choose this folder name; a file of that name already exists".
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Sometimes, selecting current folder instead of open is a valid workaround.
Also, can you identify the program responsible for creating the log data? Are you able to view this data using another progarm like LabVIEW or DIAdem?

Reset the network settings in Settings/General/Reset and you'll be able again to put in your password.
Remember that this will reset the passwords for all networks you connected to up to this point.

Unless you know exactly what state it was in before, and by that I mean that you have a record of all installed files and their cryptographic hashes, there's no way to be sure. You won't find a file called something like "Keylogger.app." It will be well hidden and disguised. You also have to consider the possibility of a hardware keylogger, which isn't software at all.
If this is your Mac, and you have reason to suspect it's been tampered with, the only thing to do is erase the boot drive, reinstall the OS from known-good media, and then restore all your applications from known-good originals and your data from known-good backups.
If it's not your Mac, you should have no expectation of privacy while using it, whether it has a keylogger or not.
