i badly need help. actually my company sponsered me for the certification during teched-06.
i cleared my exam and company got the certificate also. but now my company is not ready to give me the certificate b'se they think that the moment i will get it i will leave the company.
so plzzzz tell me is there any other way to get atleast my certification id or a duplicate certificate from sap.i have everything including the badge i got for the teched, identity card of company with photo and other id proofs also like passport, driving license etc.

You can contact SAP and tell them that you cleared your exam and give them the details.. Like your Name, Date of Certification Exam, Location and Company Sponsering you. And give them the address for delivery of new certificate.
You can also contact Mr. M V Ramakrishnan from SAP. He can guide you and help you in much better way. His email ID is <b>[email protected]</b> ..Just discuss it with him. He will let you know the right person to contact and you can get your certificate at your home address.

FrankWe've been using BAPI_DOCUMENT_CHECKOUT2, but there seems to be a limitation. From what I've found on Google, you must enable the use of the SAPGUI through the flag UseSAPGUI when connecting to SAP. It works, but my issue is that when I use it on a web server, I end up with some error when trying to start the GUI. There is very little recent information for this out there right now.

Thank you!That's not a problem. With a new device, you could connect to iTunes, set it up and restore from the backup of the old device (either including, or not, the contacts). Then, with the same iCloud account setup on it, you could enable contact syncing and go from there. In the iCloud settings on the iPhone, you can selective enable/disable the things you want to use iCloud for. Contact sync via iCloud is a separate on/off setting, so you can use iCloud just for email and contacts, and nothing else if you wished. Then use iTunes sync for everything else.
Personally, even if you use iCloud for all its possible features, I'd still suggest backing up in iTunes once in a while too - an iTunes backup is more complete than an iCloud backup. -

I have a very premitive type of question.
I have a big text file, say 30 MB, in a Unix directory (Solaris). I want to get the whole text of that file in a CLOB variable.
I saw the procedure dbms_lob.loadfromfile/loadclobfromfile. In both these cases, according to the documentation, the target where is collect the data will be a BLOB and not a CLOB. So, I have to convert that blob into a clob.
If I want to avoid all this conversion process, whats the best way to get a text from a file into a CLOB variable?
Please suggest.

What is the best way to get the notes content from iphone 4 to 4s without doing a restore? i want the new phone to be totally new but not sure how to get notes content across. If I do a restore as I have when previously from one iphone to another it has shown (in settings, usage) the cumulative usage from previous phones so all the hours of calls on all previous iphones will be displayed even though its brand new. Anyone know how I can get my notes (from standard iphone notes app) to my new iphone 4s without restoring from previous iphone 4. Thanks for any help offered.
First, if you haven't updated to iTunes 10.5, please update now as you will need it for the iPhone 4S and iOS 5.
Once you're done installing iTunes 10.5, open it. Connect your iPhone to iTunes using the USB cable. Once your iPhone pops up right click on it. For example: an iPhone will appear and it will say "Ryan's iPhone."
Right click on it and select "Backup" from the dropdown menu. It will start backing up. This should backup your notes.
Please tell me if you have any problems with backing up.
Once you backup and get your iPhone 4S, you must follow these steps. If you don't follow these steps, you will not be able to get your notes on your new iPhone 4S.
Open up iTunes again then right click on your device (iPhone 4S). Once you do you will see a dropdown menu. It will say "Restore from Backup..." Select this and it'll ask for a backup, select it from the dropdown menu. For example "Ryan's iPhone - October 12, 2011." Pick that and it will restore to your backup. Do this when you get your iPhone 4S so you will not lose anything. Even though you're restoring, you're getting back, since you're getting the previous settings, notes, contacts, mail and other settings from your old iPhone. You'll still have Siri though! So, restore when you first get it. Also frequently backup your device, as it will be worth it. You can restore from a backup if something goes wrong or save your data for a future update.
Once you do that, you should have your notes on your new iPhone 4S and iOS 5.

Please help me with the best way to get rid of the duplicates in the XML data. Will a transform with some stylesheet do the trick? I need to read on the stylesheet first, but please tell me if that is possible. I have to deal with XML data that has tons of duplicate data. Please see one section of an XML file. You can see that for each charge, the same defendant information (address, ID numbers, etc) is included. Having 10 charges is not uncommon, so I would have the same data repeated 10 times. I first thought that I would use some temp tables to do that, but I wonder if there were a better way. Thanks a lot. Please see the data below.

What's the correct way to get changes in my iTunes library to sync to my iPod
It's been a few years since I've used itunes, so please bear with me.
I'm trying to get my ipod setup but something seems weird. In the past, if I made changes to my itunes library, then plugged in my ipod, those changes would immediately sync. It's not doing that now. When I plug the ipod in, I click on the ipod symbol near the top-right to get to the connected ipod. If I click on "on this ipod" I can clearly see that the old files/metadata are still present. When I click the "sync" button down at the bottom (next to the storage bar) nothing happens. If I click on "Music" near the top (between Summary and Movies) there's a check-box next to "Sync Music" but when I click that it says "Are you sure you want to remove existing music, movies, and tv shows from this ipod and sync with this itunes library?". I don't want to have to wipe the thing clean and then re-write EVERYTHING again every time I want to make a change, that's crazy.
So what am I missing here? Is there some setting that would make it work the way it did in the past, automatically syncing changes as soon as I plug in the ipod? If not, what's the best way to get the changes to sync over without having to wipe the ipod clean every time? Does the "Sync Music" option I mentioned not actually remove everything, but just sync any changes that were made? That's the only thing I can come up with.Chris CA wrote:

Because you are not syncing your music (you have Sync music unchecked).

It shouldn't wipe everything but it will make the iPod match what you have selected in iTunes. So if it's on your iPod now and also in iTunes, it won't remove it then re-add it.
Is everything on your iPod actually in iTunes? If so, click away.
How do I get it to stay checked then? I've checked it and gone through the sync process, but every time I go back to that window, it's un-checked again, and I have to sync manually.
Ok, that's what I was hoping, it just syncs any changes. I've done it this way a couple times but couldn't tell for sure if it was just removing then re-adding evertying or if it was just syncing changes. -

Hello i recently transfered to a new mac and i have it perfectly figured out so first off dont use migration assestant if you don't want to get your old computer exactly on your new computer. In my opinion starting on a fresh computer is best, BUT you still want your files so i have a video you can watch if my instructions don't make sense.
1. Go to finder and find your music folder
2. click the folder labled itunes
3. click itunes music or find the folder with all the folders in it that have names of artist or albums
4. then select all those folders with the artis or album names with commant A this will select all those folders
5. then drag these to and external hard drive or connect to your old mac from your new mac wirelessly to find these folder
6. if you did wireless sharing option just drag all those folders to the itunes icon if you used an external harddrive find the folders on there and do the same.

Find My iPhone is good for misplaced iPhone but not good for thief and it was never meant to be.
You chance of getting it back is very small.
There are a few things you can try.
Try remote lock/wipe your iPhone through Find My iPhone.

What's the best way to get user testing of our app (we're based in the UK)
Hi all.
We've just developed our first app for Palm and would really like to get some feedback from Palm users (our app allows users to take photos and send them as real printed postcards. We'd be very happy to give users free postcards in exchange for feedback).
The problem we have is that Palm users are pretty sparse in the UK. We've found that user testing with non-Palm users becomes handset testing rather than app testing. We have to teach them how to use Palm ("Where's the back button?") and so the testing mainly focuses on the particularities of Palm rather than our app. Plus, we don't benefit from the user being able to compare to other Palm apps.
Any advice on the best way to get feedback from Palm users? Especially as they'll need to download the SDK and install our app using it in order to get it onto their phones.
If any of the users of this forum are interested in giving the app a go and sending us feedback, I'd love to send you the IPK and then chat. Just send me an email using [email protected]

When exporting QT from FCP, getting distorted frame size
