If you look around the discussions, you will fine that you are not alone with Flash problems. I have been having trouble with mine ever since the new 10.5.7 update on Mac and the new Safari. I too have download the new Flash 10 and so on and so on and still cannot get outside sources (or Safari) to notice that I do indeed have Flash 10 loaded. I think it is a Mac and Safari problem and I suppose, just like many times in the past, we will have to wait for either Mac or Adobe to come up with a fix across the board. Some have the problem and some don't. It may have something to do with some of our other programs interfering as well, which would explain why some have the problem and some don't.

There are a number of threads about it - it looks like Apple recently updated their address validation. Some people have recorded success by :
ensuring that their iTunes account address is exactly the same as appears on their credit card bill
putting something in the second line of the address (including just copying the first line)
expanding abbreviations e.g. St to Street, Ave to Avenue etc (or conversely abbreviating)
putting apartment or suite number on the second address line -
I can't update my software because software update tells me I'm not connected to the internet... if that's true how am I able to ask this question?... Can anyone tell me what's going on and what I need to do to correct this?
If you have a slow connection speed, update will not download.

Yes, this is because Lion or ML which you are using have lousy networking.
The trick is simply reboot the TC..
Or on Lion use the 5.6 utility and disconnect all users.
For ML sorry.. Apple decided you don't need that function any more!!.

Do you mean it said to contact iTunes? If it says either one of those then you need to call apple support, and get them to look at your account.

Can somebody tell me what is going on with the last update of Mountain Lion 10.8.2?? Since then my computer is pretty much slower and blocken on Safari.
First of all, why did you say yes to Nero Back up before researching what it does with files already on the HDD? When I install Nero, the Back Up is the first thing I disable, it is a nagging pain, there are much better backup programs available. There are several file recovery programs out there to recover deleted files, that is, if that is what happened. Also, if you haven't overwritten the files, so you should be able to find them.

So what now? Will Apple ditch iWeb? They could at least tell us what's going to happen. After all I bought the Macs (2) for my wife so she could make her own websites. If they ditch the app I'll ditch Apple.

Did you check sound in system preferences,do they show hdmi.

Hello everyone, like most people on this site, I am having difficulties understanding and fixing my Macbook Pro. About a month ago my computer screen went black, the computer was unresponsive, and it started making a beeping noise. I restarted the computer, and it seemed to have fixed itself. 6 days ago, I put my laptop into it's case with some papers, went home (about 30 min. after putting laptop into case), and opened my bag. My computer's fans were on, the computer was really hot, and when I opened the computer, the screen was black and unresponsive. I turned it off, let it cool down, turned it back on, started to stream a video on Hulu, and about ten minutes after, the screen went black again and the computer was unresponsive. Now everytime I turn it on after about ten to fifteen minutes the screen will go black, the computer will become unresponsive, and I have to shut it off. The weird thing though is that everytime I restart my computer, when I reopen my account, my computer acts as if nothing has happened, and everything I had opened or unsaved is still there without autosave saving the documents.The screen also goes black and the computer becomes unresposive when I move the computer around. I get a lot of pop-up ads and other crap on my computer when I am on the internet. I don't know if one of those pop-up websites might have given me a virus or may be the cause of this problem. I don't now what is wrong with my computer or how to fix it, but if anyone has any advice, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT!!!!!!! Thank you very much!!!

The first step in addressing the black screen is an SMC reset.
Shut down the computer.
Plug in the MagSafe power adapter to a power source, connecting it to the Mac if its not already connected.
On the built-in keyboard, press the (left side) Shift-Control-Option keys and the power button at the same time.
Release all the keys and the power button at the same time.
Press the power button to turn on the computer.
Note: The LED on the MagSafe power adapter may change states or temporarily turn off when you reset the SMC.

That said, what "server" issue are you referring to? Maybe some of your peers can assist if we know what the issue is that you are reporting.

My iPod touch is being unresponsive. I accidentally dropped it screen down and now when I go to slide to unlock it, it won't work. I've tried numerous times at resetting it, holding the home and sleep/wake button until it resets, with no luck. The Wi-Fi isn't even connecting. And the notification pull down screen and the pull up screen isn't present either. Would really like to know what is wrong with it. Thanks.
Try the following but you likely have a hardware problem:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Did you get a particular error when you ran the stored procedure?
As an aside, I would generall do this in static SQL via something like

I want to get a new iPhone to replace this defective phone. I am gonna be crazzzzzzzyyyyyyyy with anger,!!!,!,,,! I takes2 hours to go to Regent street apple stores for three times!!!!!. It is a lot of transport fees !
PLz tell me why! How to deal with it !Unless it's confirmed officially that your phone is defective, then you can ask for a replacement. Or you have to live with you. However you can trade it for a new one if you don't care the price drop.

I'm obviously not using a .mac account, but it seems that even on fast connections it still loads up slow and choppy. Gray boxes appear behind everything (photos, text, etc.) and makes it look very unprofessional. I also noticed that my address isn't just www.brianpenn.com like it used to be with my old site. Now it has extra info slapped on the end. I had a friend help me before, but I want to try and do this on my own.
All suggestions are welcome.

I tried opening your site at work (on a PC running windows XP) and at home (on my Powerbook) and it definitely loaded more slowly at work - even though the internet connection there is considerably faster. I have noticed that my site (iWeb hosted on .Mac) is also slower loading on PCs, but not slow enough to be a real problem. Oh - I didn't see grey boxes behind the photos.
As for the domain name - as a poster up there said, it's due to domain name masking. Some domain hosts don't provide masking and some do - just get in touch with them and see what the deal is.
Also - loving the photos on your site, great work and awesome photos!
