(TEM) Appraisal Form not showing in ESS portal

Hallo Experts,
In the ESS portal during appraisal of a certain BE, the Appraisal form does not appear. The Name of the Appraisal model appear on the portal but NOT the form itself where the user input data. (the criteria groups and criterions.)
The Appraisal form is incomplete.
The BET for the BE has correct event appraisal model as shown in its Relationship infotype.
Is this a problem with the SAP or the portal itself?
I'm not sure if the appraisal functionality uses batch job to copy data into the portal. Is there a way to tell? Or is there a SAP standard program used in batch jobs that transfers data from appraisal into the portal?

I am having an issue with the Benefit's Enrollment form not showing up in the ESS for the Adjustment reasons. We are currently not using the Standard Open Enrollment event, I have created a new Adjust reason 'OPN' for 'OPEN'. Shown below is my launchpad Configuration. This is because the query is excluding the current site you are trying to modify since it is actually in the report.
You can include in your query:
or site_id = :Pxx_SITE_ID
Where Pxx_SITE_ID is the item holding the site_id value and xx is your page number.

Generic Enrollment link not showing up on Portal

Hi,
Generic Enrollment link not showing up in portal. I have Adjustment reason record in 378 and openenrollment is open.
Both are open but I do not see General enrollment link in portal.
Even I took off proxy class entry from genral enrollment CL_BENEFITS_AREAPAGE for testing then only open enrollment link come up.
How can I show both generic enrollment and open enrollment together.
I appreciate immidiate help.

Hi Mark,
Please ensure that the user has read access to Infotype 171 (General Benefits Information) for Authorization Object P_PERNR.
You don't have to take the Proxy Class entry out. The proxy class is required as it determines which links are displayed based on the employee country code and benefits adj reasons.

Employee Statement of Earnings form not showing anything..eventhough the process was completed successfully. No data even if i access through assignment form..
What could be the problem?

1. What legislation?
2. Did you perform any patching prior to running the process?

UWL Task items&Notification not Showing in to portal,

Hi all,
We have eportal 7.0.1 installed with ECC 6.0 . We are implementing ESS / MSS(Leave Request) .
We have registered the backend system to the eportal for webflow connector and alert connector.
Workflow items are not visible on the portal ,and also notifications are not visible in the UWL list.
Also when i go to the universal worklist configuration , the universal worklist shows
an error sending message
"The specified root item cannot be retrieved from the configuration. Correct the entry before trying again".
What could be the reason?

Code of Conduct Service not showing in ESS

The Code of Conduct Service PDF is not showing up, it appears as if it's loading and eventually stop without showing, No error is given it just doesn't show up on the page. The Code of conduct form has been created in ERP using Adobe Form Designers and credential for Adobe Document Services have been installed as well.
The steps to reproduce is:
Logon to ESS
-> Corporate Information -> Code of Conduct Service

Why is the customer order form not showing up in my email box?

I am using Forms Central and the customer order request is not showing up in my email box. I understood this to be a function of the order form. Why is the information only showing up on the report, but, no emails being received?

I believe you are referring to the email notification that you receive via email once someone has filled out and submitted the form.

IView Appraisal Document not showing customer process step names.

the iView "Appraisal Document", after pressing the pushbutton to move to the next process step, shows the text
"status changed to 'In Review'" in the info area of the iView.
we have changed the names of the standard process steps using IMG "Define Tabs and Process Configuration for Template"
for instance we renamed "In Review" to "Progress Tracking".
the issue is the iView "Appraisal Document" still shows "status changed to 'In Review'" instead of showing "status changed to 'Progress Tacking'".
note: the names of the steps in the roadmap (on top of the iView) show correctly, it is just that the state transitions "Status changed to..." the names of steps show standard instead of customer steps.
any idea why?

Hi,
My first advice would be to talk to customer out of this.
As a client using SAP you're using standard software which has predefined 'names' for certain things. The names of appraisal - statuses is one of them.
(I've never seen a client wanting to adopt the names of menu texts in Microsoft Office and personally I don't seen the difference. Of course, it will take some time for the client to get used to the new names but in a year or two, everybody is used to those terms).
If you don't succeed, there's no need to change programs. You'll need to change the values of the standard SAP - domain mentioed before.

Business Event Does Not Appear in ESS Portal

I would like to ask for assistance on this problem:
A user created a business event in the SAP system. But she canu2019t make a booking in this course through the ESS portal because the course canu2019t be found upon searching it. She always got this error message: u201Crestrictions, or use a different search termu201D. We already provided her a number of workaround solutions like using different search terms, changing the field period to all, etc. but still she canu2019t see this course in the portal to make a booking.
Can you help me on this?

Set the property "Add to Favourites" to Yes
Portal Content -> Content provided by SAP -> End user Content -> Standard Portal User -> Default Framework page ---> Edit Object
Open the Page Title Bar -> Search for the property -> Show 'Add to Browser Favorites'
and set this property to Yes.
Now refresh the page. It will show this option.

(ORG_FREIGHT). For the Organization that I am in (#23) the table shows 108 records but the form only shows

Total compensation statement is not showingup in ESS portal for an employee

HI Experts,
One of my employee could nt able to view his total compensation statement through ESS portal.It is showing only blank.
I have checked the integration PCOMP SFTCS in T77S0 table and is with ZHR_CM_TCS.
What could be the reasons for showingup only the blank screen without values.
Please advice me to resolve the problem.

Adobe form not dispalying content in portal

Hi Experts,
We have one issue in Portal.
One user clicked on UWL item in portal its opening subscreen as like behaviour.
In subscreen adobe form its not displaying any content and its displaying only approve and reject buttons.
we checked user browser settings and adobe version settings and user authorisations .
All are Ok.
But adobe form not displaying content.

Audio wave form not showing up properly in Viewer (FCP 7 running Lion)

For some reason when I bring in my audio timeline into the Viewer to see the wave form it does not show up accurately. I used to be able to pull it up and fairly easily see each location we hit the clapper. Now the clapper spike does not show up until I zoom almost all the way in on the wave form. That's a TOTAL PAIN since you only see a few frames at a time. Not good when you've got a couple of hours of audio on that time line with 30 or 40 clapper locations to find. It's funny, it shows an actual flat spot until you ZOOM WAY IN on it, then you see the spike. This seemed to start happening shortly after installing Lion. I am not for sure that's what is happening, but has just never happened before.

Have you trashed your preferences?
If you use Preference Manager (free) from Digital Rebellion, you can save you current preferences before trashing so you can restore them if you wish.

Flash Form not Showing

Just upgraded from CF MX 6 to MX 7. Trying out flash forms,
but they are not working.
I tried out a simple First Name, Last name, Submit form
setting the form to flash. When viewing the page in Safari, Firefox
on a Mac and IE in Windows the page is blank. If I set take out the
flash tag and just leave it as a CFForm it shows perfectly in all
browsers. All browsers are able to view flash and shockwave files.
Not sure what is going on.

I am having the exact same issue. I have tried tutorial code
from several sites. I have added a name to my form. I checked to
make sure my CFIDE directory is mapped in my CFADMIN. I don't know
what else to try. Right now I have the exact same code for testing
as mishuno has. If i remove the type attribute I see a form. If I
add back in "format="flash"" I don;t see anything on the screen but
I do see flash code in the page source. HELP!!!!

I think I found the issue just now but I am not sure how to
change it. Although I have a CFIDE mapping ( /CFIDE set to:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CFIDE ) set up in my CFadmin, my application.log
is showing the following error:
