Template for United States Statistics

I would like to know if there is a template I can use as a starting point to show statistics across the country, using states of different colors? This is for a documentary film. I'd like to not start this from scratch because I know this is done on a routine basis. Any ideas how I can accomplish this. It doesn't have to be Flash, I just thought that was a possible starting place and it would be kind of great if it was somewhat animated.

I am a United States customer and I have my Apple TV in the US and it works fine along with the new update that I got last night.
It is connected via ethernet 100mbs lan and 'sees' my iTunes 7.6 on my computer (Windows XP) just fine.
Sync works... plays YouTube just fine... all is great EXCEPT!!!!
I cannot make ANY purchases from my Apple TV... is says something like:
"...only for United States customers"
and then it bombs out.

Yes, I have setup to default to the USA...
And I have also setup Apple TV to connect to the US Itunes store.
I have not changed anything, but it seemed to correct itself just a minute ago.
Weird.
I changed nothing, then it starting working by itself.

The iPhone is Activation Locked. Without the AppleID and password of the original owner the iPhone is useless. Ask for a refund.

Control file for United States Geometry

Has anyone built a control file to load all of the United States? I have tried dumping all of the STATES GEOM data out of the Demo, but to clean it up and use it in a control file to load it into a new table I need to dump it into Excel. Excel hits its limit on column numbers when trying to create the Row for Alaska.
does anyone have any other ideas on how I can do this.

Again dumping the GEOM data from STATES table in the demo
the output looks like this:

To format the data from the demo so I can create a bulk load control file, it needs to be in the form of:
BEGINDATA
2003|Arizona|AZ|-112.5396|37.000683|-112|37.000977|-111.41205|37.001514|-111.13302|/
etc.....
this is what I am trying to accomplish, and why I would need Excel, or another tool, to help with the correct formatting.
The reason for this is that the GEOM data needs to be loaded into a different table on a different server, I only have the demo running on my local machine. I need to create this control file so I can create my own table on the production server and develop from that version of the database.

Can I find a template for a personal financial statement?

Numbers provides several built-in templates:
You can see (and open) the templates by seelcting the menu item "File > New From Template Chooser…"

Template for Bank Statements

I have downloaded a year's bank statements and imported them into a single Numbers Table with
Transaction Date (Column A) and Transaction Description (Column C) in the example below.
I have then added extra columns to make a budget and see at a glance how much is spent on different Transaction Descriptions:
Question 1: Is there a way to quickly selection a Transaction Description and ( ie say 'Landline PHONE') and create a dedicated row for it? ( as opposed to manually making an extra column and typing in the heading)?
Question 2: How can I select all the 'Landline PHONE' amounts and transfer them from the global 'Debit Amount' (Column D) into their own dedicated column ( ie in this case Column F)?

Here is a possible solution:
The table on the left is title "Transactions" and the one on the right "Overview".
For the table "Transactions" set the first row to a header.
For the table "Overview":
A1=SUMIF(Transactions :: B, "="&A1,Transactions :: C)
select A1 and fill down as far as needed to include the different descriptions.
I think I would prefer that things be grouped together into categories... like:
Utilities is all transactions that are cell phone, Landline phone, water, electricity, natural gas, etc.
Transportation is car payments, gasoline, car maintanence, car insurance, inspections, etc
Food is grocery store purchases, lunch for work
Entertainment is eating out, movies, musicals, plays, concerts, etc
I showed using your decription but you could change the formula in the "Overview" table to use the Caegory column by using:
A1=SUMIF(Transactions :: F, "="&A1,Transactions :: C)

I am creating a vendor (trx XK01) based in the USA, and I am not sure which information should I populate in the IBAN information at vendor's bank account (USA bank account).
Could you please tell me which information should i populate in IBAN for USA vendor?
Does anybody knows what validation SAP makes when populating the IBAN code for a US banks account?

First things first - as pointed by others in this thread, US does not primarily rely or use the concept of IBAN. So, just putting a normal bank key and bank account no. should suffice for most operational requirements.
However, to answer your query, for IBAN SAP does validations similar to what it does for any other country. The validations are contained in the function module MAINTAIN_IBAN_FROM_DATA where system checks, among other things, for:
- check if IBAN corresponds to country code
Another FM that gets called from within the above-mentioned FM is CHECK_IBAN where the following checks are are included:
- check ISO code exists for country
- check IBAN length
- IBAN can contain just numbers and letters
But then, as I mentioned earlier, you perhaps might not need to go into all this as US does not bother with IBAN much.
Remember to assign points if found useful.

You need to be signed in order to reply to posts.
One reason why you may see the hierarchical type format for the keywords is that you have keyword 'California' duplicated in your keyword list.
Lightroom will display them with "< Parent-keywords" appended to the end.
ie California < State < Country and California < United States
If you re-keyword the photos so they only use one version and then delete the duplicate keyword from your keyword list then it will display just "California".

The officially unlocked GSM version will work just fine. However, that model is currently only available through Apple's online store, I don't believe stock has reached brick/mortar stores yet, you'll have to check.
Why do you want to purchase in the US? Your warranty & support will only be valid in the US, and you can purchase officially unlocked iPhones in France that have an EU wide warranty. Doesn't make any sense to me.

That's somewhat of a legal question which may not be able to be answered here by the uers/volunteers - I'd suggest you check with a local apple store.
In the US, you can purchase it at any authorized reseller as long as you register it with the serial number of the computer within the first 364 days of ownership, but I do not know if a US product will work with one from another country.

My apple tv will not authenticate my nba league pass login--I am in the United States and the same login/pw works for my iPad, but not for apple tv.
