Template works on other pages except the blog posts

Hello,
I have several templates that I use with my BC site. But when it comes to the blog post itself, the template does not go into effect and this appears:
"Some files on the server may be missing or incorrect. Clear browser cache and try again. If the problem persists please contact website author."
Sample blog post is Amazing Space X and Elon Musk.
Any information would be highly appreciated.

The page isn't able to locate the CSS / Java files to display your page properly. Check the file path:
For example you have:
http://www.bigdipperworx.com/news/css/site_global.css
When I'm sure you want:
http://www.bigdipperworx.com/css/site_global.css
Check your template and or content holders (wherever you have the paths located).

Load add-on.
If you are on any tab other than the awesome screen.. it works and goes to full screen (although there are minor issues with container layout)
if you start the browser with no tabs selected.. i.e it falls back to start screen (awesome screen), then it does go to fullscren.. but leaves an ugly grayy bar on top where the awesome bar used to be..
Looks like the awesome screen is using a different container layout and has 2 different containers
Any ideas..
Basically I just need the browser to go to full screen without the gray bar showing up

Thanks allen222! I've been banging my head against this issue as well - glad to hear it's fixed in Mavericks - was planning to upgrade shortly.

I have an index page that does not correctly load css, but css works on all other pages in the site.

http://www.boulderridgecondos.com/ does not load the css correctly, but ALL other pages in the site do load the css correctly. There is nothing different (that I can identify) between the pages.

I am guessing that there is something wrong in the css, I inherited this site and have gone over the css but can't find a issue that would cause this to occur.
Any help or suggestions to research something would be appreciated.

That page is saved as UTF-16 (Content-Type: text/html (BOM UTF-16, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is send as ISO-8859-1. Firefox likes to see all files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and thus use that CSS file. You will have to re-save that page as ISO-8859-1 and upload that corrected version.

SEARCH operation is a no-op on all pages except the first for no reason

I have tried everything. I have an application made of up of several read-only reports, one per page. Each page has a report region of type SQL Query (PL/SQL Function Body Returning SQL Query). The first page I did works beautifully. I have a Search item P1_REPORT_SEARCH that is incorporated in the Region Source:

When a search value is entered, it returns the correct result set. All of the other pages are identical to this one in EVERY RESPECT except for differing underlying tables. But no matter what I've tried, I cannot get the SEARCH to return a result set on any of the pages except the first. It doesn't appear to do anything. I'm at my wit's end and totally disgusted. I have spent HOURS and HOURS on this. SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A CLUE!!!!!

Page 1 and 2 look okay, page 3 has a clear cache process that runs when the page is submitted so that will clear the search item. Page 4 looks like it should work. Page 5 has an unconditional clear cache process, etc.
You probably don't want to clear the cache unless a reset button is used. The sequence of operations is: Report is shown on page. You enter a search value and press Enter or the Go button. The page is submitted. The page items are cleared by the clear cache process. The page branches back to itself only to show the results of the same query using a null search value. This could go on all day.

Make sure there's nothing blocking a contact in the charging port of the phone.

Are the other iPods models, same version as yours. The 2 New FM Tx may need a new iPod software, which you can update via iTunes.

The icons of the blog posts that I visit do not change to show my visit. eg. I used to be able to see the orange blogger symbol when I visited that blog post.

I subscribe to blogs via RSS (whatever that means) and new blog posts show up in my bookmark menu ....... they show up with a grey unassuming icon at the beginning of the blog post bookmark.
Months ago the appearance of the bookmarks would "change" when I visited the post ..... eg. for blogger posts the icon would turn into the traditional orange blogger symbol.
But for many many months now the icons don't change with the visit and it's getting difficult to remember if I've visited that blog post or not by looking at the bookmark itself.
How can I get the bookmark to update/refresh when I visit a blog post?

I see a faded RSS feed icon for live bookmark items that turn into the website's favicon after having visited the link.
There may be a problem with the favicons if you get the generic default icon instead of the website's favicon.
You can try to repair the places database with this extension:

You can to remove all stored data from that domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry (Show All History or History sidebar) to see if that will reset the favicon if the above posted steps didn't help.
Using "Forget About This Site" will remove everything from that domain like bookmarks, cookies, passwords, cache, history, and exceptions, so be cautious if you need to keep passwords or other data from that site.<br />
You can't recover from that "forget" unless you have a backup of the affected files.<br />

It doesn't have any lasting effect, so if you revisit such a 'forgotten' website then data from that website will be saved once again.

You can use something like this in the post or post list: {tag_blogpostday}, {tag_blogpostmonth}, {tag_blogpostyear}

How do I get headers to reproduce on other pages in the document?

I've spent about 30 minutes on this problem and I'm running out of time. I opened my newsletter project in new Pages and things are not as they should be in the template. I'll leave the griping to other people. They're doing a great job expressing my frustration. I just want to know how to fix this simple problem:
The header info on Page 1 is no longer showing up on Page 2. There is Lorem Ipsum style text there now. And the date is wrong. Same issue with the footers. The hole point of having headers and footers for me is to edit copy in one place that propogates through the entire document. I suspect the new ability to spawn new headers & footers per page is the culprit. A drop down on the Page 1 header reads "Editing header for pages 1-2", but this isn't so. Page 2 clearly has a separate header. No changes to Page 1 are reflected in Page 2. I'm stumped. Anybody know how to tell Pages to fix this? I've even tried deleting the Page 2 header, but still can't find a way to get the Page 1 header to reproduce there.

I've got a similar problem but somewhat backwards to yours.
I have a new MacBook Pro 15 Retina, running Yosemite. I am using Pages to rewrite my resume from scratch, based on past versions and notes.
I worked two hours on the page header for page one. When I started working on the page one header there were three pages in the document, each put there because I inserted a page break. I also made sure that the document inspector had Hide First Page and Match Previous Section were NOT selected.
Much to my surprise when I finished working on the header on page one, the same header was on page two. I started to change the header on page two, but found it was changing the first page header.
Going back and forth for a couple of hours I now have the page one header ok by itself. Except . . . when I clicked in the page one header a pop up bubble appeared with the message: "Editing header for pages 1 - 2."
The only thing I can think of is that the header I composed is fairly complex. It has a mixture of fonts, sizes, and colors. Outside of the header box I made a horizontal line, 1 pt. in size, with a grey color. I moved the line into the area with the header box and the result is great. Except that is not the header I want for page two.
I would sincerely appreciate any suggestions based upon practical experience that has worked. Please, you are kind, but no guesses.

I get EXACTALY what "SantosHaHa" posted above. (Ffox 20 Win 7 64).
Zoom doesn't help. Make things bigger or smaller, BUT THE PAGE WIDTH IS STILL CROPED!
Have had this problem for 2 years and several versions.
NOTHING seems to work.
I wander why Ffox keeps changing versions so often, with so many new problems apearing, if Netscape worked fine 15 years ago!!!!

Page totals not printing on any pages except the last

How do you get page totals to display one each page and "float" with the output? I created a summary object for the column with reset at page and put it in a frame that is displayed on all pages. There is, of course, a repeating group above it. But the repeating group clobbers the page totals on all except the last page. Shouldn't there be an implicit anchor that prevents this? that's what the Oracle documentation says anyway. This is probably real simple, but I find nothing in any documentation, white papers, or anything.

Step 1: Select the parent frame of the summary column.
Step 2: Open properties of that frame
Step 3: Set the property "Print Object On" to "All Pages" value.
(Default value for this property is "Last Page"

CSS not applying to a page if navigated to from one other page in the site

Quite new to dreamweaver. Built a site a few months ago and when updating the content I decided to update the style as well using the CSS sheet.
Strange problem occurring....
When you navigate to the Contact Us page directly via URL or any but one page in the site, the SCC applies and webpage displays well.
However, if you navigate to the Contact Us page form the About Us page then all styling is lost.
Below is my NavBar coding. I have compared it on all pages and it's the same. Can't work out why CSS not applying in this one specific instance.

How many style sheets do you have for your entire site?
You should have boilerplate.css, your fluidGridLayout.css (whatever you named it) and one other custom css file for your content styles. All 3 style sheets should appear on every page. For site management reasons, I usually put my CSS files into a styles folder.
Sitename (C:\sitename)
index.html
about.html
contact.html
etc...
     -styles
          boilerplate.css
          layout.css
          custom.css
With that structure above, your links to external style sheets should look something like this on every page.

Help! My main content has moved outside of my page and ruined every other page in the site....

I am new at using dw and building sites and now I came accross a problem that I can't figure out. I was going to add new content to one of my pages in my site and this happened above. I quickly exited before saving and when I reopened the file it remained in the same place. Now along with this page being like this, the rest of my site was affected in the same manner. If anyone has any solutions to this problem or reasons for this to happen please let me know asap. Thank you.

Custom template works only on page 1

I created a whole new template from a template already on Pages. Looks fine, but when I jump to a second page by hitting the Enter key, it displays the original design and not my new design. How Can I apply the new to design to everypage

Reusing Sections
You can make a section in a document reusable by adding it to the pop-up menu that appears when you click Pages in the toolbar.
To reuse some or all of the pages in a section:
Select the section in the thumbnail view. Choose Format > Advanced > Capture Pages.
In the dialog that appears, type a name for the page or pages, use the Include pop-up menu to indicate which pages you want to reuse, and then click OK.
The page or pages are available in the pop-up menu that appears when you click the Pages button in the toolbar.
This can be read in the Pages User Guide, downloadable fro your Pages Help menu.
