1. Sincroniza tu iphone 4 para que se haga una copia de seguridad.
2. Conectas el iphone 5.
3. Cuando te diga que si quieres configurar con una copia de seguridad, le dices que sí y escoges la última que hayas hecho.

Que tal Eric, Mira despues de una ardua busqueda se cual es el problema, lamentablemente es la MainBoard (La tarjeta principal del iPhone) pero te cuento que aun asi logre restaurarlo, tuve que dejarlo casi una semana en DFU MODE (Pantalla Negra) y se descargo por completo luego baje un programa llamado "redsn*w" la ultima version y en la parte de Extas> Even More> Restore pude restaurarlo. Cabe mencionar que la alegria solo me duro unos cuantos dias, porq de alli se me volvio a apagar asi que el mismo procedimiento, estuve buscando una tarjeta madre en tiendas online, pero basicamente es como comprar otro iphone!, Espero que te sirva de algo a mi me funciono, pero como sabras, algunos les funciona algunas cosas y a otros no, espero que si te funcione! Compré hace poco el iphone 5 y estaba con tu mismo problema. Yo soy una obsesiva del orden y no soporto ver los artistas mal ordenados. En estos días me volví loca buscando, pero encontré la solución para que, al menos los artistas, aparezcan como uno quiere:
Abrí tu itunes > seleccioná tu dispositivo iphone > música
En esta instancia ves toda la música que tenés en tu dispositivo. Entonces:
Elegí una o las canciones que quieras editar > boton derecho > obtener información > anda a la pestaña que dice ordenación > y ahí editas los artistas !
Te adjunto una imagen para que lo veas. Espero que te sirva, a mi me solucionó el problema y ahora tengo mis artistas ordenados

Muchas graciasBueno, honestamente nunca había escuchado de un problema así pero te recomiendo que llames al número de AppleCare de tu país y veas si te pueden dar asistencia telefónica, normalmente así debería ser por tratarse de un equipo nuevo. Si con la ayuda que te den por ese medio no se corrige seguramente te dirán que lo lleves a un centro de servicio o con tu compañía telefónica.
Me extraña que te hayan dicho ellos que no podían hacer nada porque a mi en la mía cuando tuve un problema me cambiaron el teléfono (que estaba en garantía) pero algunas son menos 'amigables' con los usuarios. -

Pues a mi me pasa lo mismo pero con un iPhone 4 y con la música y lo más importante, las Notas de voz. Si le daoy a sincronizar me dice que me lo borra todo en el iPhone y a mi me da algo si me lo borra todo. Qué hacemos? About three days ago the ability to connect came and went and the connection never lasted more than 10-15 minutes; it has not been able to connect since last night. I do not think it's my wifi router as non-mac lap top has no issues. I have seem many similar questions posted.Reboot your router by removing all power from it for about 15 seconds. Also, if your router still has its default SSID (such as LINKSYS, DLINK, NETGEAR, etc) change the SSID to something unique. Note that all other devices on your network will have to be reconnected if you change the name, but if the name is still the default that is most likely your problem.
If the SSID is not the default then the reboot should fix it.
