une question sur un module compact daq 9205, je fais l'acquisition en tension d'un signal qui varie entre 0 et 50mV, la mesure se fait normalement avec un petit probleme.
la source de tension est stable ( par ex: 10mV) et lorsque je fais l'acquisition mon signal fluctue je dirai meme qu'elle est pertubée avec des pics de tension
est ce que mon module peut mesurer des tension aussi faible ? ou alors savez vous d'ou peut venir mon problème

je possede un compact daq avec un module 9205, je fais l'acquisition d'une tension de 10mV, le probleme que lorsque je fais l'acquisition de mon signal je me retrouve avec des pics de tension alors que ma tension d'entrée est propre
en gamme d'entrée j'ai mis +-200mV, j'aimerai savoir si vous avez deja rencontré ce problème ou si la carte ne me permet de mesure aussi faible

I'm not someone who posts new questions very often. I'm usually just replying to existing threads. And if I was starting a new thread, it is unlikely that I'd be going to one of those threads that seem to be missing from the drop down.
I agree the extra step of searching is kind of a nuisance. Though, I see the point of it by trying to force people to search for an answer before actually posting the question. Imagine how many more "how do I write my data to Excel" questions we'd be seeing then?
I agree the drop down needs to be fixed. I wonder how long it has been malfunctioning? It seems like it must have been a while. But I really suspect very few people actually use that dropdown, otherwise we probably would have heard of the issue before now and not with just the 2 or so recent threads that seem to mention it.
The broken dropdown/dialog box shouldn't be causing anybody to post in the wrong thread. Those threads that seem to be missing from the dropdown (an thus under the broken More? category) still have quite a few new threads being posted.

Mac Mini: Bluetooth Module (Creating a Buzz)

I have a high pitched buzzing sound coming from my Mac Mini's audio out right channel whenever the Bluetooth module is active. I have tried numerous recommendations and suggestions, but nothing seems to eliminate the buzz. Outside of disabling the Bluetooth or purchasing an USB audio interface. This situation is proving to be a disappointing one. Primarily because of the indented use for the Mini as a digital music and movie storage and playback unit, is being compromised by me having to hover over my computer instead of relaxing from the sofa without obtrusive wires being everywhere. Please... any help will be greatly appreciated.

Sean, you might try a ferrite ring which should be obtainable from Radio Shack. It'll be about an inch in diameter and you thread the speaker cable through it and wrap a few turns around it. This will act as an RF (Radio Frequency) choke, filtering out frequencies above the audio level (ie, the BT signal which is causing the interference).
Ferrite rings are typically used by radio hams to cut down signal breakthrough into audio or tv equipment. The size of the ring and the number of turns of the cable will determine how much filtering it applies.

If Firefox opens up fine with no problems, it's probably one of your extensions that's causing the issue. You can re-enable your add-ons one by one until you find the one that causes the issue upon being re-enabled.

Why is the AI pulsing on the USB 9205 module?

My LabVIEW application is a simple recieve voltage signal from a source and display it to the screen. I'm using the NI Module 9205 AI +/-10 V to do this, along with the cDAQ. However, when I supply the module with what I know is a constant supply voltage (checked with multimeter), LabVIEW displays a pulse to the screen. I think the image will show below. Has anyone ever had this happen? I think the module may be malfunctioning.

OK, if MAX shows the same thing, then it's not a software issue.
It's not clear whether you tried AnalogKid's suggestion - Measure the supply with a meter set to AC mode.
If you have an oscilloscope, that's even better.
Your data plot shows a 60Hz sine wave, clipped at 8 V. The clipping is not hard, as a few cycles show excursions above 8 V.
Take a 1.5 V DC battery and measure it.
Take a 9V DC battery and measure it.
Find out whether your signal is really what you think it's supposed to be.
Also, make sure your board is capable of measuring 8 V DC (maybe it has a 5-V range).
It's possible the supply in your module is bad, it's also possibly your signal source is bad.
Can't tell from here.

Déclencher l'enregistrement d'une caméra avec des modules CompactDAq et SignalExpress

Bonjour,
Alors j'aimerai effectuer le déclenchement de l'enregistrement d'une caméra haute vitesse à l'aide de Labview SignalExpress et de mes modules d'acquisition NI qui possèdent des sorties numériques, en l'occurrence les cartes NI9205, NI 9411 ou NI 6009.
Actuellement, je fais l'acquisition d'un certain nombre de paramètres physiques avec des enregistrements qui se déclenchent lorsqu'une mesure "témoin" dépasse un certain seuil.
J'aimerai maintenant que lorsque les enregistrements se déclenchent, un front numérique (de 3.3V ou 5V) soit envoyé à une caméra pour déclencher aussi l'enregistrement sur celle-ci.
Pour cela, je pensais utiliser les commandes:
- "Créer un signal Numérique"
- "NI -HSDIO generate", qui comporte un onglet trigger, mais je n'arrive pas à le configurer.
- Il y a aussi une commande "déclenchement" mais qui prend en signal d'entrée uniquement des analogiques...
Je précise que je suis totalement débutant dans tout ce qui touche à la synchronisation...

Si j'ai bien compris, la récupération des données suite à un dépassement de seuil fonctionne bien. Si dès que ce seuil est atteint, vous souhaitez aussi générer un signal numérique, cela ne se fera ni avec les fonctions HSDIO (qui est un driver propre à certaines de nos cartes, dans lesquelles les vôtres ne figurent pas), ni avec les modules 9205 et 9411 qui font respectivement de l'analogique et de l'entrée numérique. Impossible donc de parler de génération numérique.
Vous pouvez cependant utiliser la 6009 pour générer un niveau haut sur une ligne PFI (ne pas oublier de le remettre à l'état bas après). Cela relève simplement d'une étape de génération numérique DAQmx sur une ligne dans SignalExpress.

je dois enregistrer un signal analogique 0.5V à 4.5V. C'est un signal de type rampe. Mais je dois enregistrer une seule période donc je dois détecté la tension min afin de déclencher la mesure et la tension max afin de l'areter. De plus j'ai besion de l'information temps (dt) entre deux mesures de l'enregistrement du signal et le nombre de point de mesure de l'enregistrement.
Comment puis je faire?
J'ai en ma posséssion une carte d'acquition NI USB-6341 .

Afin de pouvoir déclencher et stopper ta mesure sur 2 seuils différents tu dois utiliser le noeud propriété suivant:
La fênetre de déclenchement prend comme paramètre le seuil haut et le seuil bas.

Connecter mac mini avec ecran 21:9

Est-ce que quelqu'un a essaye de connecter son Mac Mini sur un ecran au format 16:9 ( 2560x1080 ). A priori le format va etre uniquement du 16:9 avec 2 bandes noires laterales.

I don't know if this will help but Phillips make a 21:9 ratio display (aka. Cinemascope).

It supports other stuff like Picture-in-Picture and Picture-by-picture. The later might be a possible cause for unwanted black borders although I would tend to agree with Illaass that using the HDMI port is the most likely cause and should not be used with the Mac in this case.

Does the SGE2010 support 10gb Mini GBIC?

I have one 48 port SGE2010 and one 24 port SGE2000P at separate sites that are connected with single-mode fiber. I was wondering if the SGE's will support 10gb Mini GBIC transceivers or only 1gb Mini GBIC transceivers? I would like to connect the two switches at 10gb.

I have never actually seen a 2Gb connector, but even if you found one the SGE switches are only able to do 1Gb on it's ports. You may be able to configure a link aggregation between the two switches, but that really only gives you more bandwidth when there are lots of different hosts communicating over the link. I go over why this is in this post, starting with the second paragraph of my reply.
If you really would like a faster link the next step up is 10Gb. The SG500 switches can support a 5Gb link between them (although this still uses either the 10Gb stacking cable, or a 10Gb mini-GBIC), and the SG500X supports 10Gb fiber connections.
We also have recently come out with the SG500XG, which can do 10Gb on ethernet ports when you use Cat6A cable. I understand you may not be looking to upgrade just yet, so Link Aggregation is probably your best option with the switches you have now, but take a look at the post I linked first to see if it will really give you the improvement you are looking for.

Votre carte ne supporte pas le trigger analogique matériel. Vous pouvez en revanche vous inspirer de l'exemple "Cont Acq&Graph Voltage-Analog SW Trigger.vi" qui vous permet de faire un trigger analogique d'un point de vue logiciel.

Probleme video sur le ZEN

Jai voulu mettre une video d'environ min sur la carte SD, pour pouvoir la lire sur mon ZEN biensur, mais le gros probl me c qu'elle fait planter mon ZEN chaque fois apr s 2 - 3min de lecture, je suis oblig de faire un "reset". A not que la vid o a t converti avec le programme Creative.
