Termination Report

Hi ,
Please let me know how to fetch termination employees in MSS reports.
We are using ECC5.0.
When we execute the report ,it is displaying all the active employees.
If i execute new hire employees I am getting same exmployee and if I execute termination employees I am getting same employees.
My requirement is if i execute new hire report it should give the employees who is reporting to that manager
If i execute termination report it should give the employees who are terminated under that manager
Can anyone help me how to solve this issue <removed by moderator>.

Hi,
I already maintained varient with employment status.
Report is not giving termed employees at all.
For hire and termed employee it is showing same 67 employees which is wrong.

I completely uninstalled everything associated with firefox in synaptic package manager, then reinstalled the latest version of firefox again.
Evidently one of the add-ons was preventing firefox from opening, not sure which one though. I hope this will help someone else. Firefox is working now.

Terminating report

Hi Friends,
I am trying to run a form from a report through a push button.
The form later runs another report.But unless the earlier report is closed the report background engine dosen't format the current report.
I don't want the user to close the earlier report but do it programatically.
I have tried raise srw.program_abort but it gives message and expects user interference.
Can any body tell me the solution.

This type of express document may cause due to over lap of number ranges and if the same transaction is run by diff users at same time...........................
In your case there is change in number range assignment in current number.....
Check the last consumed number in the system and assign the coming number range in current number...

I have an rare error when we try to update records trough F-02.
After we do a client copy from our productive to our QAS, We can't update records under the tr. F-02, this saids:

I think thats can be for a transport order that modify the records, but we do an homogeneous copy now and this problem is solved.
At the moment, We only have this error in DEV system.

The issue was due to the VAT accounting document number range got exhausted. We increased the upper limit of the number range and this resolved the issue

Express document "Update was terminated" on saving vendor payment F-48

TCODE F-48.
When we are going to pay full payment to party it works fine
Problem:
When we do partiall payment for example
100 kg material Price $100
first time: we purchase 50kg of $50 and create GRN
After this when we decide to pay the remaing payment of the material then system give the error .
Express document "Update was terminated" . This error appears when we select all the Taxes line simultaneously.
System not show this error when select one tax line and post the document but this is not acceptable because multiple invoice will create for lone documnet.

Hi,
While I am creating a Sale order & when I save it. I am getting a message Sale Order xxxxx is saved.
But I could not fine the sale order. I have found that Update terminations are happening with

Hi Vinod,
Any way standard progam/function modules are causing the update termination. So even you find some issue, bt we can't solve that one, we have to implement oss notes ( If issue is not in the user exit ).
I can see some oss notes available referring this issue. you can check those. even you can see SM13 , where you can get even more details for update termination.

Update termination in FB1S

Hi Experts,
In our SAP (EEC5.0) system, we are getting an update termination.
Details:
Transaction:FB1S
Report:   SAPMF05A

There are plenty of termination happening everyday.
Can anyone advice me about the root cause of the issue? How to take care of this?

Yes, sorry about that... accidentally hit Enter. I was going to suggest taking a look at [Note 1004363|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1004363]. The error message you mentioned (F1 801) is called from function module POST_DOCUMENT -> form beleg_schreiben -> form bsed_insert, when the INSERT BSED statement fails. That's what led me to Note 1004363. Maybe you could debug to find out what BSED values you are trying to insert when the dump occurs. That might give you an idea of why the insert is failing.

Db link problem in report

I am specifying a db link in program units of oracle reports.when i compile the report,it gets terminated (report builder closes) with out any error messages
please help to solve this issue.

Since in the FM the update is happening directly, Can you try locking and unlocking the table which needs to be updated and check if it gets updated properly?

In sales planning upload for infostructure, even if data is available in field, if we are uploading the data into infostructure table, the same would be reuploaded. Older data is updated with new data in fields.

Update Termination Error while creating Delivery

Hello Experts,
I am trying to create delivery with reference to Standard Order when I click on SAVE I am getting message that delivery is being created. But when I am trying to open the same delivery in change mode I am getting Update termination Error saying delivery not created.
So what I tried doing is while creating delivery I have given Picked quantity and done with PGI then i am able to save the Delivery successfully and table LIKP is also updated. But this is not always that I can do. In my production system, without doing PGI I should able to save Delivery.
Please could anybody help me on this ..is there any SAP notes?
PS: My system is upgraded from ECC 6.0 Ehp2 to ECC 6.0 Ehp7.
