Terms & Conditions problem in App Store

I want to install a free app on my Iphone. But every time that I try, app store show me a message of "Terms & Conditions have changed.." that I should agree. I have agreed around 15 times and I still can't download the app. Can anybody help me?

I'm using the Guatemala itunes store with a Guatemalan credit card, and i have downloaded about 40 aplications since april 09' and never with a problem, until this monday, that every time i try it shows me that "Terms & Conditions have change"
Yo estoy en las mismas, y es que ni en la compu me deja bajar ninguna sola aplicacion, ni menos en el iphone.
Lo raro es que probe bajar una aplicacion gratis en mi ipod touch y si me dejo, y otro cuate con otra cuenta probamos y en la cuenta de él si puede descargar todas las aplicaciones. hay me cuentan si saben algo...

    Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with accepting Terms & Conditions on your iPhone 5s.
    First, I recommend restarting your phone and then resetting if it's still not working:
    Restarting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red "slide to power off" slider appears, and then slide the slider.
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the Apple logo appears.
    Note: Reset your device only if you are unable to restart it.
    Resetting your device
    Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

       I have problems with Apps Store whenever I rotate the device it will just auto exit from the apps store and back to home screen.

    Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.

  • Weird problem on app store

    i have a weird problem on app store. when i open it the  bottom row first come featured then categories then update  then top 25 then search  '  the problem its wrong order ot should be 1- featured 2-  categories 3- top 25 4- search 5- update ! 

    Do other users in your country have this issue?  Are you using another country's App Store?
    If no...
    Try a Restore with your backup.
    If still a problem restore as new, i.e. without your backup.

    Every time I try to use the App Store for updates or to download new apps, it asks me to accept new terms and conditions. I "accept" and it tells me to re-attempt download. When I try to do so! It brings up the box saying I need to accept the new terms and conditions. This loop continues indefinitely on all my Apple products.

    The iTunes and Mac App Store / iCloud problem spontaneously resolved for me as of 21:54 Pacific Standard Time on 9/30/2012.
    Someone at Apple was aware of and fixed the problem. Finally.

  • Download problem from App Store.

    A local network problem interupted the download of Mountain Lion from App Store.
    The network is now fixed but I can not restart the download.
    When I try to buy again at tells me I already have purchased it and ask me to click OK to start down load.
    But then nothing happens.
    In the list of my Purchases it says "An error has occured" and on the Mountain Lion icon it says "Waiting".

    Make sure your Mac qualifies to run Mountain Lion >  Apple - Upgrade your Mac to OS X Mountain Lion.
    Keep in mind, for downloading Mountain Lion from the App Store, a high speed (broadband) internet connection is strongly recommended by Apple as noted here > iTUNES STORE - MAC APP STORE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    If you need to reinstall OS X or repair the the startup disk using Mountain Lion Recovery, that requires broadband access to the internet via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet connection. OS X is downloaded over the internet form Apple when OS X Recovery is used for reinstallation.
    It may be necessary to disable anti virus software before downloading apps from the App Store including Mountain LIon.
    How to re download apps from the Mac App Store:
    Open the App Store. From the menu bar click Store > Sign In
    Click Purchases from the top of the App Store window.
    Select which apps you want to re download. Then right or control click where you see Installed  then click Install.
    Make sure and use the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

  • Country Problem in App Store

    There is a problem that keeps happen to me from time to time. Suddenly, I get a messages on app store saying that I need to change they country in the settings from a country (UK and Italy for example) to Egypt, although when I try to view the apple ID settings of my account, I find it Egypt.
    Each time the problem clears when I again chose Egypt for the country (altough it is the chosed country).
    Any help?

    Also, I'm not 100% sure, but when you switch back to S.A., Apple MAY track your IP and still give you probs if they figure you're trying to get around this problem without moving out of America. But we won't know for 100% until we try it.
    If your store change is less than the price of a single song, then you can ask the iTS support to just cash-out that balance. They'll probably send you a response to reverify this first though.
