Apple will never release personal information about you or anyone else to any consumer. It is your responsibility to verify the device before purchasing it if you choose to go through a third party. Recommendation: Buy Apple products from an authorized reseller.
You are experiencing Activation Lock. If the previous owner will not remove the device from their account there is nothing you can do unless the place you purchased it from will give you a refund.

On a separate note what has happened to the quality of the Metalink forums. I thought they were supposed to be the best place for customers with fully paid up Oracle licenses to get information and advice about their products. We probably pay tens of thousands of pounds per year for a support contract yet struggle to get answers to Metalink forum questions. You can raise a TAR to get a better response time but shouldn't have to for simpler questions. The majority of posts on their are seemingly ignored and where there are responses they rarely come from Oracle employees (when they do appear its usually for the basic been answered before questions!). Anyone can create an account here at OTN and will receive a quick response from Frank and the rest of the team.

There appears to be some server side issues going on at this point in time as you are not the only one with the problem. I would suggest trying again in a few hours, or tomorrow, and see if they are resolved at that point.

Can someone please help me out on this. I created a email form and what I want to do is add a coupon after you submit your info.
What I'm thinking is people fill out the form they hit the submit button info gets sent and then a page opens up with the coupon to download.
What kind of code do i need to add.

Switching to html when you have your form in flash is wierd. I would simply use if statements.
I won't code it for you because it is so easy. Make an mc called coupon in your fla.
onSubmit
send info with send and load to server
on load
if a returned variable is true coupon form is visible
else coupon form is false
onSubmit coupon
send info with send and load to server
If you use a html popup your coupon may never get viewed.
Javascript may be off or popup blockers on.

Along with the advice you have been given before me, I also hope this is helpful and does not frustrate you.
I recieved my iPod Video for x-mas, and of course like any techie I needed to put everything to the test.
Like you I did not want to pay such an outrageous price just for AV cables, so I went to the nearest RadioShack store (not to much cheaper right?).
Well I got the nearest tv and with anticipation I plugged my (gold tip btw, only da best for my iPod! lol), AV cables out (from the headphone jack), into the Video port of my TV. Can I tell you how frustrated I became when all I got was a black window? Color me confused (sound so nerdy now...), but I was just about done trying.
Do you know what worked for me (and I am hoping it does for you too), I swapped the Yellow (Video Port), with the Red (Left Audio - or is it right, who cares by this point), and voila! It worked, I could now see the movies, videos, photos from my iPod Video on my TV (if you need also help w/the settings I can tell you what I have on mine).
