Terrible hd on demand...the last time
i just ordered hot tub time machine which was hilarious, unfortunately the hd sucked. there was at least ONE point every 5 minutes that there was some pixelation or skippage of some sort. i love the idea of watching hd movies on demand but this will be the last time. i'd rather give my money to more business savvy services like red box instead of being disappointed again by verizon. if it wasnt for the 25mb down and 15mb up there would be no reason to have the tv service. why don't i call and ask for a refund you ask...because its a waste of my time to try and figure out which 3rd tier automated service to select then maybe a person can actually help me then wait on hold and then finally figure out that i dont have verizon phone number....god help you if you dont!
i can't wait until all tv is internet based and tv service is a mere commodity and conduit for the entertainment that people can choose what they want.
also note that when i add message tags: on demand, hd poor quality, pixelation, on demand, skip ....it makes me remove it because its not permitted.

reset the router. use the on/off switch in the back. turn it off for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. wait for the internet light to come back, and then go to the on demand and try it again.

if it still pixelates, then hit the STB auto correct. you do that on the TV/Fios menu. so you hit menu / customer support / in home agent / stb auto correct (set top box)

if it still doesn't work properly, then you might have a cabling issue. if you're comfortable working with tv cables, then all you're doing is unhooking the router coax, and rehooking it back in nice and secure (do it at both the router and the wall/splitter) and doing the same thing at the STB that is having problems, unhook the coax from the back of the STB (cable box) and rehook it back and do the same at the wall/splitter for that box.
otherwise give a call to Verizon 800 - VERIZON or open a chat support. Tell them the steps you did

How to get the last time a record was modified or created ?
Is there a way (hidden system fields for example, system view, other ?) to get the last time a record of a table was modified or the date it was created.

Every time I sync my iPhone 4 with iTunes the number of my custom ring tones change. I have 7 custom ring tones listed. The first time it will load 1 of the ring tones and the next time it will load 3, The next time it will be back to 1. If I have assigned one of the custom ring tones and it does not get loaded it goes back to the ring tone that came with the phone. The last time itunes gave me 4 of the 7 so I have not tried to sync it again. I am using iTunes 10 (10.4.10), and windows 7.
Has anyone else had this problem??
Any ideas to what I need to do??Have you ever had all 7 of them synced before? Are these ringtones you made yourself? Is there a chance they could exceed 30 seconds in length? Is there a chance you have moved the original file location on the computer? May need the answers to a couple more questions to try and determine an answer.

To tell the truth I forgot to mention that I already did what you said, even more I tried all "reset" options including:
Reset all settings
Erase All content and settings
Reset Network settings
Etc
Even
Reset location and Privacy

I had Sprint unlock my phone for international use. I backed up my phone to Gail-PC on Itunes and then reset the iphone 4S. When i went to resync the phone after the reset my computer now says the last time it was backed up was March 2013. I backed it up prior to and had no computer error. Now it shows the divice Gail-PC no longer exists in Itunes and only Gail's Iphone shows up. I upgraded to IOS 7 recently, I don't know if this could be an issue. Help what do I do know? I have lost all my messages and data from the last year. This computer does not have a backup. I only have 5 Gb space on Icloud so the Imessages did not get saved there. Is there any help for me now?
Thanks for the reply! Yeah that's pretty much what I figured.... I just find it upsetting that it didn't tell me the reset had anything to do with backing up data and made it sound like it would save everything on my phone regardless. Thanks again for your response

My iphone is not backing up to icloud even though on itunes i have set it to back up to icloud. whenever i do a cable connection between my iphone and mac at the end of the exercise it indicates the last time the iphone was backed up i.e. "last back: 9.08a.m. but on the iphone itself it says it hasn't been backed up since March and on icloud there hasn't been any back up because the latest additions to the iphone are not there.
Periodically i get this message "This iphone has not been backed up ... weeks" I have followed through with all the steps and still no joy. I did however notice that my icloud email account on the iphone is different to the one i have on the computer. It would apear that I am using the two interchanagably but i have been trying to correct this so that i"ll use the same one right through.
Might this be the problem and how can i resolve it? Pls helpIf this is your first time backing up your phone then yeah it might take several hours. It's definitely something you want to do before you head to bed. So try that but also make sure that your contents that are to be backed up are less than 5GB since iCloud only has 5GB of space. Usually photos are what would take up the most space so check how many photos in terms of GB you have by going into settings->general->usage then look at photos and camera.

FaceTime is not working since the last time I've disconnected it...
Since the last time I've disconnected it, Facetime is not working. At first, I thought it was working with no problems. Then, I realize that I could not make or receive calls, and then I disconnected. Now, I can't connect it. There's a message saying to me try later, but this message has been appearing since last month. I'm sure that this problem is not with my internet conection, because I've tried another conections, and FaceTime still not working, and it is not with my ID Apple either because I could connect it normally in iPod' Facetime and I've tried other account in Mac' FaceTime. What should I do?

i have an old mac book os x version 10.4.11 and an old iphone 3g. i've never had a problem syncing and backing up before, but the last time i did, it deleted my contacts on my iphone and my phone/address book entries on my mac book. any suggestions on how i can re-create? and, why would it have "deleted" my info this time? thank you for your help!!
OK. I signed into my Icloud account on my computer and just the basics
were there. My contacts, calendar. find my phone. No picture Icon.
In reading I had to Photo stream from my camera roll. It sounds like I
should just backup everything to Itunes in the future which saves everything.
I have a new device and will try to restore.

I need to know if the new Fire Fox 8.0.1 will support the Norton tool bar? The last time I updated to Fire Fox 5, Norton would not work and I had to go back to 3.6. Some one said they were working on it but I sure would like to know before I switch. Norton handles all of my pass words. I sure do not want to loose that feature. Regards Ron

A lot of artists and albums missing since the last time I used iTunes.
The last time I used iTunes was a while ago, back then I was able to type out bands such as Leaves' Eyes, or Tyr's older album works etc. Now iTunes doesn't have them anymore. What happened? Why can I not find Leaves' Eyes or Three Days Grace: Life Starts Now? And no I did try different country, so don't even bother suggesting.
Now that my PC had to rip tunes from CDs onto iTunes from scratch due to reinstalling xp, it can't find albums for those respective bands.Now I'm clear on what you're asking.
Dave's right - artists or distributors sometimes pull their content from the iTunes store. Who knows exactly why?
A few years back, NBC pulled TV shows here in the USA, but then added them back later:

My advice is to contact those artists/labels and see if tey give you any answer why they pulled from Apple.
Also, see if another mp3 download store in Wales has them for sale. They might be on Amazon UK. There are some other music services not available to me in the USA - perhaps they have moved there for distribution. They also might be on emusic UK, although that is a subscription service and eMusic's downloader is clunky.
Most legit online mp3 stores have downloader programs that automatically add tracks to itunes. I really like the Amazon USA store, myself. -
I have been working on the same numbers file for the past few weeks. The last time I opened it was 1 week ago. Today when I tried to open it I am unable and getting a message that the file is invalid and the index.xml file is missing.

I upgraded to Maverick OS X 10.9.5, numbers spreadsheet is saved. Upon re-opening, it appears to be frozen, a warning "file is invalid as index.xml file is missing". I checked, and the file is not "locked". This appears to occur only with using the new numbers app. When I open previous spreadsheets from old iWorks, no such problem occurs.
How did you resolve your problem?
Would appreciate any help here.
