Just found an error in the tes-6.1 log
Internal Exception: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01502: index 'TES.SYS_C0028105' or partition of such index is in unusable state
Error Code: 1502
Now what? I just opened a ticket but in case somebody had this problem, please let me know because it might be a while before I hear from tech support.

Is i What is the diffrence between the monthly published bundles from the more frequent builds we sometimes get from support other that the number of fixes in them?

We have applied hotfix 421 before the holiday - that includes the Performance fix. Wonder if anyone else has and can share experience with it? For us, the expand, collapse, scroll on JAC and Job Definition paneldoes feel faster.
However, we have experienced twice already that one of our CMs will just stop working since applying this patch - and what I mean by not working is that you get the login prompt then the interface with everything else blank, as shown below:
Thats it, I wait 5 minutes in case it it just delayed but it stays blank like this. Anyone else experience this on hotfix 421 or above? I have had to bounce the CM on the affected server to get it workng again.
It is possible that it is specific to our site/configuration or fail on my end applying patch - my logging is very sparse so I cannot really see anything obvious from going over CM and plugin logs, as well as the logs from within the web interface. Its just strange that this only started happening to us after the new patch.
Will log a case with support.

Adapter Compatibility w/ MSSQL 2012 on TES 5.3.1

Hi There,
I was hoping if anyone has had success connecting their TES 5.3.1 master using the MSSql Adapter to MSSQL 2012. The DB Version must be specified when creating a new Connection Definition. Because this is required I receive the following error in the MSSqlService*.log file.
03/06 15:25:28:842[21:MD-12]: (mem=11367216/16711680) com.tidalsoft.service.logic.ServiceException: QA_SSSQL2_AGENT verifyVersion: version mismatch: connection version = SQL Server 2008, database version = 11
I am not surprised by this because I have specified 2008 when actually I am connecting to a 2012 instance.
Has anyone had success doing this? You help is greatly appreciated.

Cancel Pending - TES 6.1.0

Has anyone worked with trying to apply the status of Cancel Pending with TES 6.1.0?
We have a process that goes out to a third party API to check for for files.
The API will come back with -1 when no files are available.
We have a need that if file "a" is available it is to be processed first before file "b".
If file "a" is not available we can then go ahead and process file "b".
We created an event on the process that checks for files for file "a" accessing the api of our third party vendor to cancel
pending when it had a status of -1. Our thought process being that the job depending on file "a" would
then be released to run.
However, when we run this scenario - Tidal would change the status of the first job to cancel pending and then within a
split second change the status to completed abnormally. The successor job would not run as the previous
job has a status of completed abnormally.

This forum is designed for you to collaborate with other customers / end users of the product. It is monitored by TAC support from time to time but if you need support, a case should be submitted to the TAC for assitance.
Adapter logging is driven by the 'Host Environment Log' setting on the master connection (go to connections and edit the master connection). If you set this to 'High Debug', you will get high debug logging for the adapters under the ../master/services//log. For JDE, the GUID is {DDEB44A7-4377-41E9-AF20-BFA8177B1B9D}. Therfore the path for the JDE adapter logs can be found on the master server in the ../Master/services/{DDEB44A7-4377-41E9-AF20-BFA8177B1B9D} directory.

Tidal 6.2 : Release date?

I read that Tidal 6.2 should be released on March 2014 but it's the 26 of March and it isn't released yet..
Could you tell me when it will be released?

TES 6.1.x - Win jobs - no ellipsis option?

When I set up a new Win job on TES 6.1, I don't have the ellipsis option at Command to drill down to a folder and select what I need. Did anybody else run into this or this is just a problem with my setup?

Got an answer from Tech support:
The ellipses have been removed as we were only able to search the system the 5.3.1 Client was installed on, and this model no longer applies to the 6.1.x distributed architecture.
At this time, we do not support Firefox 20, only up to 16. We are currently working to support later versions of the product and any necessary patches will be released once that testing has been completed.

[MSI-GT70 2OD]Gtx 780m & Tes Online & fan problems

So here we go.
it's a week (since the early teso release) im stuck with this "HUGE" problem.
this is my configuration:
-i7 4700mq
-32gb ram
-gtx 780m
-triple ssd raid0
guess this should be enough to run everything at least with an average quality. but it doesnt.
everything but tes goes fine (even furmark) and the gpu barely runs over 60-65° degrees.
with tes is an entire different question, since even with low settings(or the suggested settings from nvidia geforce experience) i get a no-sense fan noise due to the overwork of my gpu.
the result is playing on an airstrip or not at all.
i've read some people got fps problems with the same gpu/pc, i think this is the same, just my gpu works more than intended to fix the issue.

I'm not entirely certain what the problem here is....you haven't really clearly defined what it is. no-sense fan noise? What?
Most likely there's a configuration error and that's the real problem. Or it could be a problem with The Elder Scrolls Online (I assume that's the game you're talking about).
But until it's clearly defined, we can't really do much to help you.

The next version of TES

We have installed the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler 6.1.0 version this year. When is the next major version of the TES base product going to be released? What features will the next version offer? Thanks!

Using SQVI to generate report of open and released delivery schedule lines

All,
I'm using SQVI to generate an excel spreadsheet for some buyers to show open released schedule lines because they are a 1 line item per scheduling agreement company.
I used the logical database MEPOLDB instead of a table joint and pulled fields from EKKO(vendor, SA #,&purchasing group), EKPO(Material Number), EKEH(schedule line type), and EKET(delivery date, scheduled qty,previous qty).
Does this sound like I'll get the results I want on paper as long as I use the right selection criteria, because the report I'm getting isn't quite what I expect? I am unable to identify which lines are authorized to ship vs. trade-off zone, planning, etc. in the report thus far.

I have faced same requirement. I am not sure about transporting to TST and PROD. I done by this way.
After generating SQVI program in DEV , I assigned that program to a transaction and tested in DEV. Later i have regenarated SQVI in Production. then I assigned the generated Program to same transaction in DEV. And transported the Tcode assignment of program to Production..
About authorization , if its not sensitive report, BASIS can restrict at transaction level.

Error while releasing a request.

Hi All,
I'm facing an error while releasing a request.
The request contains an ABAP programs along with two INCLUDDE programs as well as a TCode to run the same.
It is running successfully in dev. server. But, while releasing ths request it shows me the following error :
" Object REPT ZBAPI_SD_SERV_SALES_ORDER is inactive " ,
where ZBAPI_SD_SERV_SALES_ORDER is the program name. When I checked out in ABAP editor it shows the program active.
But, I'm unable to understand why its showing me an inactivation error.
Guys, help me out in this.

Check if the INCLUDE program are also ACTIVE. They must be in inactive state. Try activating them and release the request.
