Test Console not working any more in 11.1.1.3

Hello,
Running OSB 11.1.1.3 on Linux I get this error for any Proxy Service/Business Service
in Test Console
Error Accessing Test Configuration
"Test Console" service is not running. Contact administrator to start this service.
It was working perfectly in any previous ALSB versions .. what could have
change ? I did a fresh install with Oracle DB, derby, rcu or no rcu .. no way ..

I'm using the single server topology which is supposed to be Admin and Managed server together, ideal for dev enviroments. So this solution is not suitable for me.
Under Windows the same config works fine.
I'll try to reinstall Weblogic and OSB, but I'm almost sure this is an issue with OS.

in my MBP yosemite ( Exchange mail ), I configured some rules. They used to work fine . But since this morning, I noticed that my rules are not working any more.
I checked on console log and noticed the Assertion Failure when applying manually the rules :

I don't know if its connected but I also just noticed a problem. In my case all the rules I had set have changed so that they apply after 7days (rather than the 30 days I had originally set). I can't get them to change back no matter how may times I try.

Try an SMC Reset. (System Management Controller)
Shutdown>unplug from power for ten minutes>press and hold in the power button for ten seconds>startup again.
Also try a PRAM Reset. (Parameter RAM)
Shutdown. At the bootup chime, hold down CMD-Option-P-R together, wait for two more chimes, total three, then let go of all keys to finish booting,
If this doesn't do it, run the Hardware Test in Extended

My Home Sharing does not work any more after latest iTunes update

After iTunes update to 11.1.3 my Home Sharing does not work any more!
It worked just fine for several years...
I tryed to do everything I could find on Apple support... NOTHING works.
Most of Apple so called updates turn out real crap...
I am wondering whats happening to Apple?...

Adobe Acrobat Pro Licence is not working any more

Hi, Adobe Acrobat Pro is not opening any more and giving the error "Licence is not working any more". I have a CS4 on Mac OS X 10.5.8. I tried all the suggestions in the Help Forum. What remains is to install CS4 again. Is there any risk doing that? Or is there any other option. Best, Felix

I kept forgetting and procrastinating about following your instructions, since I have internet access only for limited amounts of time and usually I am busy with important tasks when I am.
Out of the blue, the problem corrected itself (the Save As box started to open full screen, then shrunk down to a normal size and the edges can now be dragged to a custom size).
Even the copy and paste problem in the filenaming area seems to have been less troublesome lately even though there have been no updates to Firefox in a few weeks.
Even though I marked the solution as not helpful, the problem has in fact been resolved. I will save the solution instructions in case the issue returns.

DVD-Drive is not working any more

My DVD-Drive is not working any more. When I enter a CD/DVD it makes a strangs bruummm for 2 or 3 times ant then ejects the CD/DVD. What can I do. I think the Drive is broken.

Search in saved preview .pdf files not working any more

When I download a .pdf file from the internet and open it in preview, the search command works ok. When this same file is saved to disk and opened again, search is not working any more. Is this a bug, or my fault. Regards Rolf

A while back we have more than one browser running on our PC (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and we messed by how Acrobat views documents over the web.
I think that this has some relevance here, as around this time LC also started falling over previewing forms.
Now if we open LC and Acrobat is not running, the "Preview PDF" is not present or accessible. So now we fire up Acrobat before we open a form in LC Designer and the preview tab is there and functioning.
Not much of a workaround; but I am hoping that someone will have a better one!!!

W510 - nVidia 880M - GPU throttle not working any more

Hi everybody,
my W510 (2 month old) used to throttle down the GPU from maximum performance (550/790 MHz GPU and Memory) to lower values (135 Mhz or something) when the GPU was nearly in idle mode. I don't know when it sopped working, but today I realized the GPU staying in high performance mode all the time.
I tried the things below but none worked so far:
- changing through the different power schemes
- updating the video driver with Lenovo update tool
- installing the video driver from nVidia (using clear install option)
It has to be a software issue since I can manually change the clock using a tool called Powermizer Manager. But the "Auto" mode is not working any more. I watched the GPU clock with GPU-z.
Any ideas where I might have a look? I'm currently running the most recent Lenovo video driver.

My apologies for this issue. It's a bug we are aware of. It stems from an issue with OS X. Certain Macs that have a third party video driver installed will exhibit this issue. So, it's not just Air Display that causes this problem but other apps like Display Link, AirParrot, etc. will also have this issue. Apple has contacted us regarding the problem and they're looking into it. It's not actually something we or those other third party developers can fix. Apple has to address the issue with OS X. Hopefully they'll fix it soon.

Mine quits working every now and then.
Most of the time I can fix it by doing a power button, home button reset. When that doesn't work plugging it into my computer does.
What have you tried?
Also I believe it is a software problem not hardware. So I would suggest not replacing it until you can get your hands on the "iOS 5.1" update. That is what I am waiting on before I calling Apple and/or ATT and raising the roof with someone over this issue.
