Test.fmx gives error: "FRM-93500"

Hello all,
i have problem with oracle forms 11g, when i try to run test.fmx; in IE8 it gives this error="FRM-93500", on the other hand in FF 3.6 want to some plug-in but it doesn't solve automaticlly.In forms 11g all cofiguration are default.

Is what shows up after I install something with Yaourt. The weird thing is it only shows packages I've recently installed (flashplugin from [testin], picasa from AUR and the fonts from AUR). Doesn't make sense because I don't think it upgraded pacman or anything when I upgraded to [testing]. BTW everything still installs fine, just that's pretty annoying still.
EDIT: IN attempt to reinstall yaourt, I get this, potentially a permissions problem?

I'll try root and see if it helps things out.
And no problems as root...why are the permissions defaulting to the wrong thing?
Also, every thing I try, pacman always sets the permissions wrong (tried as root, with youart, wihout it, with sudo, etc). I gotta run chmod -R 755 /usr/local/pacman/local every time to fix it, why isn't it setting it right by default?

Boot with the failsafe image, which should have all possible modules included. All that needs to be done during this process is to load the modules needed to initiate the hard disk controller and then read from the filesystem.
Unfortunately, that is not what you're facing. It looks to me like hardware incompatibility, possibly the cpufreq module. Paste your lspci, rc.conf and mkinitcpio.conf and hope for further assistance. It will also be good if you could include the output of mkinitcpio -p kernel26 and mkinitcpio -vp kernel26 (pastebin this one; it'll be very long).

My Powerbook boots up every few times and the hardware test still gives me -9972 error

i have since got a refurb MacBook (even older it turns out) with Tiger, but I miss my 15 incher Powerbook. (on very tight budget)
the battery got zapped by lightning last year and have struggled with it ever since. it won't fully recharge.
Right now have got it on the AC without the battery to try to charge the backup battery.
I have managed to restore it several times after crashing, inspite of my tech guy claiming otherwise. but have never really opened it up besides just looking at the memory slots. just one filled with 512 card.
so any advice, or suggestions.
I've been messing with my Power book for like 10 hours and finally finished replacing the hard drive. (just installing the software and all the updates took almost 2 hours by itself) Now it boots up every few times and the hardware test still gives me -9972 error.

My friend. Do not despair.
Firstly, you have a backup. Kudos.
Secondly, i suspect the hard drive in the machine is more than just a few years old. Hard drives die. I suspect the hard drive is the issue, not the cable.
Thirdly, it is worth changing the hard drive and take the ifixit advice. Simple to change. If it will be your first time changing the hard drive, just be organized and follow the steps carefully.
Now, before we decided it is the hard drive we need to confirm this.
I would check if SMART reports favorable conditions for the drive. Disk utility can tell you.
If good then I would zero out the drive. This allows the drive to excercise every sector and will build confidence of a well prepared drive going forward.
You can then restore from backup.
The other option is to replace the internal HD with a new one, perhaps with more storage.
As an FYI, I replaced the drive on my powerbook G3 and it's faster, quite , has more storage and gives me some peace of mind. Worth the money. The little guy runs beautifully.

Error FRM-92100 only on certain rows ..

Hi All,
I am deploying Forms 10g into Form Services iAS 10.1.2.0.2 on Linux RH AS 4. Clients are using WinXP SP1, IE 6.
On a Forms, when I try to access a certain rows, I get Error : FRM-92100. But when I Access other rows, no error.
Can any body give me clues, where to start to troubleshoot this kind of error ?

Ok- so what is specific about those rows - is it consistantly the same rows? If so, what if you create a simple test form and do the same action on those rows - and what do you mean by "access certain rows" - do you mean query?update?delete?

I am getting this error, when I access the forms from any client M/C
FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This couls happen due to invalid configuration.
Even I did: make -f ins_forms.mk install
I restarted all the services. I found Form server also runnig.

Unable to request test.fmx after installing Forms 10.1.2.0.2

I've just installed Developer Suite 10.1.2.0.2 on Windows platform, then I
1) started the OC4J instance
2) called the test.fmx
http://<localhost-IP>:8889/forms/frmservlet?form=test.fmx
Firefox browser gives me the following error message
"Error instantiating web-application"
No application named 'forms' found in the server.
Does anyone have any idea what's wrong?
My hunch is that not even the Forms servlet is starting up.

Anyone of you encounter below error when try to compile a form in Forms Builder?
FRM-93500: unexcepted error while attempting to create the runtime process.
Contact your system administrator.
Form can be compiled at the first time after Oracle_11g_Developers_v2 installation and configuration. However, after PC is restarted, and re-compile the form, above error will hit.

Try the following url. If the test form works correctly then the problem is likely in you form.

If the form displays properly, clicking on its OK button will cause it to exit.
I forgot to mention, it is important that the OS user who owns the installation must be the user that starts and stops it. In other words, if "oracle" performed the installation, then "Justine" should not be the one trying to start it. The instance must be started by "oracle".

Report server gives error

i have installed oracle 9i AS (EE)on NT,
Now i want to display reports in pdf/HTML on web broswer. For that i am trying to run report tester page given through broswer it is showing one page having Button(run report), when i click on that, it gives error unable to connected to database, and request rejected by report server. WHY ???
i want to display reports through JSP How it can be done? Does anybody knows it?

Select query gives error in Code inspector and extended program check

I have a query .
SELECT pernr
FROM pa9100
INTO TABLE t_nca_tab
WHERE endda EQ c_date AND
z_nca_required EQ c_yes.
This query gives me an error in Code inspector like :
Large table pa0001: No first field of table index in WHERE condition
I have one more query that gives error in extended program check
SELECT SINGLE stell ename
      INTO (g_stell, g_name)
      FROM pa0001
      WHERE pernr EQ wa_nca_tab-pernr AND
            endda EQ c_date.
The warning says:
*In "SELECT SINGLE ...", the WHERE condition for the key field "SEQNR" does not
test for equality. Therefore, the single record in question may not be unique.*
Its too urgent.

The first field is PERNR .. so if UR not giving pernr it will fetch
all the data from the said table and between the given dates ..
Check if this is your requirement ...
write the select as ...
where r_pernr is a range ...
SELECT pernr
FROM pa9100
INTO TABLE t_nca_tab
WHERE pernr in r_pernr <----
             endda EQ c_date AND
             z_nca_required EQ c_yes.
As UR using select single it's expecting to use all the key
fields in the where condition ...

XL Reporter gives Error after updating from PL 25 to SBO 2005 B PL 38

I have tested it in PL 38, its work fine but it has occoured one more problem i.e. XL Reporter is not working now.
However I have updated XL Reporter to PL30, but it gives error.
It has reamed used userdefined fields of the report. I have correct it too. But it gives error " Expansion has problem ".
Can any body has idea for running XL reporter successfully after updating patch level.
Can any one has faced this error or have solutions.
Pl. Help. so that i can updating it to Final Live Database.

But I have successfully installed the XL Reporter means upgraded.
Now, When I am running existing reports which are preapred in previous version, is not running. It gives error i.e. Expansion has problem.
B4 this error, it has shown me some other error for user defined field was not found, when i have checked, the upgradation of patch level has changed the name of UDFs.
I have modified the udf names in the report.
Can u identify wht is the problem exactly please..

OOTB workflow gives error when user rejects in the document in publishing a major version.

Hi All,
I am using OOTB workflow with little customization with following configuration
1. Allow content approval enabled
2. Configure a workflow with following general settings true
3. Start workflow on publish of Major version only is enabled
4. workflow has following configuration enabled.
Now, when user start publishing of major version and Starts the workflow. workflow starts without any problem.
But as and when the user rejects the document it is rejected with Reject status with "Approval Status" as well as workflow status which is expected.(This is correct )
But when i look at the workflow history i can see at last line there is an Error with
An error has occurred in In [Workflow Name].
Now when user check out and check in item again and try to publish with Major version again. it gives errors that the previous version is still running.
I have trace a lot and also test with original OOTB workflow itself. it is behaving the same.
As per my findings there is problem in "Completion condition of this task process" the end task process is not being executed correctly.
I tried to end the task process with End the task process action but it is still not working.
I need some help in this issue as users are facing problems in case of rejection. I hope some one has the solution for the same.
Two things i have noticed are
1. My MS office 2010 professional plus is expired as i was using trial version
2. I have made stop inheriting tasks permission and remove all default groups as i have settings in workflow "Only allow task reception and process owner to read and edit workflow task"
3. Earlier i had also installed "Sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates". i had also observed that (installing Sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates) before that if user has selected "Automatically rejects the document if any participant rejected". it ends
with "rejected" status. At present it remains in inprogress and not stops with rejected status.
Can any one give me a hint what should be the problem ? Is it a problem with latest Sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates ?

I have done following testing.
1. The server in which i have not installed sharepoint 2010 April 2012 updates the above scenario is working fine without any problem
2. I have also observed following logs of error in server where April 2012 updates is installed.

Test report download error

i created test report from solution manager, when i try to run macro "SAP_CREATE_TESTREPORT" it gives error:
"Unexpected value for encoding type: 50"
i am using MS Word 2010, Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1

Hi Hasan,
Try to In transaction SE38 run the report RSTWB_TESTREPORT_LOIO_CLEANUP once and afterwards try to create a new testreport.
this should solve this issue.
Also I'm not sure if this is the case but the 64bit version of office 2010 is not supported, so it may lead to problems in the future.

Error frm-40735 ora-01403

I read that this is a general purpose error for Forms, but I couldn't find an answer for my situation. I have a datablock based on a view, and a command button that has a trigger for selecting values into the block where one of the blocks fields matches those records. Here is the pl/sql code for the button's when-button-pressed trigger:
BEGIN
SELECT VIEW.ATTRIBUTE1, VIEW.ATTRIBUTE2
INTO :DATABLOCK.TEXTFIELD1, :DATABLOCK.TEXTFIELD2
FROM VIEW
WHERE :DATABLOCK.TEXTFIELD = VIEW.ATTRIBUTE3;
END;
When I try to run this in Forms, I get the Error frm-40735 ora-01403. I can run similar code from SQL Plus. I would really appreciate some help.

Let me give a better example: If I have two tables:
create table dept (

loc_name VARCHAR2(10),
dept_no NUMBER,
CONSTRAINT loc_pk PRIMARY KEY (loc_no),
CONSTRAINT loc_fk FOREIGN KEY (dept_no)
REFERENCES dept(dept_no)
and I create a master-detail form between the two. If I try to search by the loc_name, with the two tables joined by the master-detail, and have a trigger on a command button with the code:

INTO :DEPARTMENT.DEPT_NO, :DEPARTMENT.DEPT_NAME
FROM Location l, Dept d
WHERE :LOCATION.LOC_NAME = l.loc_name;

why do I encounter the error?

Test.fmx gives error: "FRM-93500"
