this appears to be a problem with creating new posts from this webpage, from the playbook.
this is only happening on NEW POSTS, TYPED ON THE PLAYBOOK. i am fully updated to 1526.

Works on mobile site but that is not a suitable workaround for a tablet device. Mobile site is very sparse. Not a fun experience, a bit economy-brand.

I have had very much trouble adding music to my wife's iPod. Every time I connect to iTunes, I get an error message that reads ...The iPod "Linda's iPod" cannot be synced. An unknown error occured (13019)...I have tried diagnostics, help and what ever iTunes has to offer and cannot fix the issue. I want to add a new playlist with new music. When I connect her iPod, the playlist shows up on her device. When I disconnect, I can not find it in order to play it. Help me.

Some other posts seem to indicate that the cause is related to voice memos. You may want to try the remedy described in this document

Error message trying to reproduce the demo songs on the pack. A message appears: The disk is too slow o there is an overloaded. My system is in Spanish so maybe the message is not exactly like this in English but I am sure you will get the idea. Thanks!

While using Firefox when I click the mouse or when typing like this I get the Mac spinning color wheel and any action is delayed about 10 seconds.

I'm on an iMac, 10.4, Firefox 3.6.20 and the problem is occurring with greater frequency. When I installed 3.6.20, it ran perfectly for a short time, but now the spinning color wheel happens on almost every mouse click and it makes using Firefox an impossibility. I tried the Apple installed Safari and had no difficulties. It does not occur when I use Thunderbird 2.0.0.17 either. I will appreciate any help because I rely on Firefox. Thanks.

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js [2] file and possible sessionstore-##.js [3] files with a number and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).

My trash is empty and I re booted etc...

Back up all data. Rebuild the mailbox. Try again to delete the message.

Why is this the only place I can post a question?

Really my question is about color space. How can you tell what color space an image is in (ie Adobe RGB or sRGB etc.)? I would like to at least see a description somewhere. I found and activated the metadata tabs for color space and color model, but the information that shows up makes no sense to me. For example an image that I believe to be sRGB show up only as:
Color Space: 1
Color Model: RGB
What does color space 1 mean?
Another example is an image that I believe to be Adobe RGB displaying only as Color Space: 65535
Color Model: RGB
I can find no clarity in any documentation.
Anybody know how to find the color space info in Aperture?

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the color space in Aperture as with other 'capture'/RAW workflow software. This is a handy feature if you forget to set it to the color space you want on the camera pre-shoot and I would have expected this to be handled by Aperture too.

I have this same problem and it occurs with other websites (like ESPN.com) too. Only I don't get the option of disabling automatic page updates on other websites. I disabled and reinstalled Mozilla and it went away for a short while. About two weeks later the same problem popped back up.

How to replace a string with asterisks? This is related to my previous post

I guess I now need to replace the middle segment of what is retrieved with asterisks.
So, the string in the middle '99999988' should be replaced with '********'. I am basically trying to mask the middle sement string. The length of the original string is not known but the first segment is 6 characters and 3 segment is 4 characters. The middle sement can be anywhere between 5 to 10 characters. In the example below, its 8 characters.
Can I use REPLACE or TRANSALE functions in here ?

if the middle section is entirely numbers then translate(<middle_section>, '1234567890', '**********')
otherwise rpad('*', length(col)-10, '*')
eg:

Scrolling through message thread while typing new message....

Prior to iOS7 when I typed a long text I could press edit while typing to scroll up to see the previous message. Now once I've filled the screen I can't find anyway to go back and look at the previous message until I've pressed send... I type a lot of long messages and it's annoying to not be able to see what I'm replying too..... Anyone know how to do this ? Thanks....

I thought so too but apparently you can read them. You just swipe the tiny bar above the message you're typing down (underneath the name of the person you're texting with) and you can re-read your messages
