Dear all,
plz give for the solution for following query:
We have one scenario:
We want send small piece of raw material for testing for third party and we will not get that back also.
I will explain in detail.
Raw material length: 1000 mm and with that we we will get 10 pc of Fert.(that means 100 mm of roh for each fert.
Some times I want to send 15 mm of piece third party for testing purpose.and they will test it and they will give report.but we will not get it back that piece.
Because of that 15 mm cutting we will get 9 pc of fert and along with that 85 cm of scrap also.
How to map this in SAP.how to send 15 mm outside.
How to track those 15 mm and 85 mm in the system.

do you have any production order to produce 10piece from 1?
Are you create any inspection lot during production or GR prod.
provide detail process>>>>
some times you are sending out means?

I downloaded jsf-1_2_02.zip just now.
I want to test sample apps in the archive. According to sample instructions, I shall install glassfish firstly.
But currently, I only have JBoss4.0.2. Can I run the samples in JBoss?
What I must do?
I droped a sample - jsf-cardemo.war into directory JBoss_Home/server/default/deploy, and startuped JBoss server.
Unfortunately, many exceptions thrown at the startuping time.
What's wrong with the matter?

[1]My JBoss donn't have directory "\jBoss\server\default\deploy\jbossweb-tomcat55.sar\jsf-libs".
[2]I have deleted directories[i] temp and work with your instructions.
[3]I have ready inserted jsf-api.jar and jsf-impl.jar into WEB-INF/lib directory of cardemo.war. The war is equal to jsf-cardemo.war in Sun's jsf samples directory.
[4]Executed run.bat, some secondes later, much errors thrown quickly. And the end of them is following:
--- MBEANS THAT ARE THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM ---
ObjectName: jboss.web.deployment:war=cardemo.war,id=-2114882701
State: FAILED
Reason: org.jboss.deployment.DeploymentException: URL file:JBoss_Home/server/default/deploy/cardemo.war/ deployment failed
But the JBoss started sucessfully.

Test sample for encrypted message?

Hi, there. I have created a client/server program with the sslscoket and sslserversocket, using the keystore and truststore and the self-signed certificate. Now I can send a message from the client and receive the message in the server side using the socket's outputstream and inputstream.
Now my question is if there is a way (or test program) that can tell the message is indeed encrypted in the client side and it is decrypted in the server side. Better to have some actual output from the test sample, rather than explaining the theory from the JSSE document.

Thanks so much. I can actually see it encrypted now.
But, i still have something not clear. I saw the program was using the cipher suite of "SSL_RSA_WITH_RC4_128_MD5", and it added 16 bytes at the end of my message and 5 bytes at the beginning of the message.
Do you know what the 16 bytes and 5 bytes stand for?

Can I submit a test sample?

Is it possible to submit a test sample book, before the project is finished, to see if everything (so far) works? Thanks

ERROR: CORBA Client Test Sample: import oracle.jbo.server.ApplicationModuleImpl;

Hi, guys,
I am deployed the CORBA in my system and it succeed. But when I created a new client to called my CORBA, and I used the code provided in the JDEV3.2 help: Topics: Testing a Business Components CORBA Server Object Deployed to Oracle8i with a Code Client
and it did not work for the deptVo.first(). Since it need the oracle.jbo.server.ApplicationModuleImpl; then I add the import:
import oracle.jbo.server.ApplicationModuleImpl;
When I compiled it, I got the error:
Error: (66) identifier oracle.jbo.server.ApplicationModuleImpl not found. Anybody please help for the import. The package is clearly there, Why NOT FOUND?

Test you app with application module pooling turned off to find out if this is a general problem with passivation of your application. You may need to overwrite the activation/passivation methods of your programmatic VOs.

MacBookPro 15" CPU whine: how to test, samples as .mp3

My W8614… MacBook Pro 15" still has the CPU whine, both with the power adapter plugged in (lower volume) and unplugged (higher volume). It emanates from both speakers even when the speakers are muted (volume zero).
My guess for the root cause is not separating analog and digital circuitry
properly.

But the mystery is that the main set of JDBC tests (outside of samples) in CTS1.4.1 are running fine.
One difference I notice is that the tests that are failing use "createManagedConnection".
The main configurations file "ts.jte" present under %TS_HOME%\bin has all the settings correct. Thats why the main JDBC tests go through fine.
I wonder where these failing tests pick up the bad "address" from.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Result recording & display of multiple tests/analysis of single sample

Hello Friends
Here is my scenario;
I receive 500 kgs of material in 5 bags. I want to draw sample of 1 kg from each bag. Thus I will be having 5 samples. I will perform the required tests on each sample. For testing I am consuming @250 gms of material. Out of 5 samples, I had to conduct the retest on 2 samples. I want to do the result recording of these tests/samples. In my understanding there will be 7 result recordings which will include 2 of Retest of 2 samples. I would like to display all the values recorded ( atleast for each samples ). Also, I would like to see the individual values and not the averaged out values the recordings.
How can I take care of constraints due to pooled sample i.e. it allows only the result recording of pooled sample and not the subsequent samples.
I would appreciate your detailed guidance on this issue.

Normally, we use Sampling procedure with Fixed Sample as Sampling Type withAttributive inspection non confirming units as valuation mode. Determination Rule as 10 ( Fixed Sample ). Sample drawing Procedure followed is "draw from all containers". Irrespective of our present settings, I would appreciate if you let me know the settings to be made in order to map given scenario.

How to test the sample adapter code on PI 7.1?

I would like to test the sample adapter on PI 7.1.
I followed these explanations:

but I still can't get things working.
The com.sap.aii.adapter.sample.ra.jar file I retrieved from the server doesn't contain any ra.xml file so I took the SampleRA.xml I found in the sample_ra.jar file fetched from a PI 7.0 server.
I used this XML file content to fill the adapter metadata in the integration repository.
The sample adapter is deployed and its JNDI name is
deployedAdapters/com.sap.aii.adapter.sample.ra/shareable/com.sap.aii.adapter.sample.ra
I don't know where to put this information in the metadata.
As a result my sender and receiver communication channels are said to be running in the runtime work bench but there is no message thrown when I put the expected file in the source directory.
The sender communication channel stays blind.
Could someone help me?

Samples testing

During recieving insp, we issue samples for mechanical testing and we use tensile machine to test amples. please advise how to capture the sample material cost as well as operator cost of the tensile machine.

sample material cost :
In receving Inspection during UD & stock posting put the mechanical testing and tensile testing sample in the field "sample"
In SPRO at plant level>QM>basic setting>Plant level settings-> maintain the cost center on which you want debit the cost.
So you can see the cost in T code KSBB.
This will give you material cost.
operator cost of the tensile machine
For this you have to either
1.Do manually agaist cost center through KB21n.This can be done once in a month for a machin or operator by using logic of mass upload.
2.You can maintain a task list .In task list maintain Work center.In work cemter maintain the Man & machin hrs.
when you are taking UD system will prompt you to enter the man & machin hrs.
Also maintain Cost Center in Costing view of the Work center.

How to account in system for internal testing(destructive testing) sample quantity and the sample which we are sending to RnD department and this should be easily identified from others samples?
Secondly can we restrict the the system to 3 shift confrmations daywise and also system should deliver warning if confirmation are less than 3 times in a day?

Please letus confirm some points, what type of cofirmation is u are doing , likw order based (c011n) or period based (MFBF).
Destructive means u wont get back to stock, i think u can consider this as SCRAP.
letme explain this point "should be easily identified from others samples" = whether it is a sample of same material Number in different shifts.

Help needed in creating O2A test order

Good wishes
1) As mentioned in help pdf(for o2A installation) - deployed cartridge/AIA emulators in development mode, com and som in same osm instance and osm and AIA in single server
2) I submitted 1 test order (with sample xml)- it got created, i see orchestration plan for that order - everything looks good
3) But when i go to taskweb client - i see it got struck in SyncCustomerSIT task and it is in accepted status.
4) I verified CreateCustomerQueue - it has 1 message
5) But i didn't see any message for createCustomerResponse queue.
Plz help and guide to release 1 test sample order succesfully. (in o2A cartridges).
If you provide xml name - i can use to see succesful completion of order - it'll be great...

It is moving further.
1 info - now it moves suspended status - 'WaitForProvisioningCompleted'.
I see status comes from automation task - 'ProvisionOrderSIResponseTask'. from Xquery Automator(internal) - InitiateWaitforProvisioningResponseBean
I understand reason for suspending this task is - "this order waiting for confirmation from provision system (External system)"
after getting response from external system - this external automator -"ProvisioningResponseBean" will change the status and order moves further.
Am i right?
1 more question.
Can i get sample xml for BroadbandPRovisioning / VOIP provisioning cartridges?

To paraphrase the Question asked in the post, If the CAN parameters for Baud rate, Tq, BRP ,Prop Seg 1, PRop Seg 2 are all programmed with proper Tq. How to test them ?
I have worked on CAN Stress Tool to test Sample point of a CAN Bit for a HS Node I achieved this by disturbing a Transmit message from the ECU at Tq level and confirm the sampling point by observing Stuff ERRORs ( for the HS node chosen, NBT - was 16 Tqs)
However, please share information in case any one had tested/ Validate SJW parameter for a CAN node.
Please also provide information on Bench setup/ Test Steps if any required.
