Creative Cloud abonniert – funktioniert nicht. Noch immer im Testversion Modus

Hallo Zusammen.
Das ist wirklich tricky: Ich habe seit ein paar Tagen das CC-Neukunden-Abo Abonniert. Jetzt ist es aber so, dass mir die Creative Cloud weiterhin vermittelt, dass ich alle Programme in der Testversion habe (…noch 20 Tage). Wenn ich auf lizenzieren drücke, dann fragt er nach einer Serien Nummer. Acrobat Reader kriege ich schon gar nicht mehr gestartet.
Ich habe bereits beim Kundendienst angerufen, der Herr von Adobe hat mir eine Checkliste gesendet (Anmeldungs-, Aktivierungs- oder Verbindungsfehler | CC, CS6, CS5.5), Diese bin ich dann auch durch. Leider ohne Erfolg. Ich vermute, der Fehler liegt weiterhin darin, dass mein Computer nicht mit Adobe kommuniziert. In mir hegt der Verdacht, irgendwo ist eine Art Firewall (wie Little Snitch, habe ich aber nicht) oder eine Datei versteckt, die es verbietet mit Adobe zu kommunizieren.
Ich bin etwas ratlos, ich hoffe auf Eure Unterstützung,

ich habe mir vor kurzen versucht die Testversion von adobe acrobat 9.0 zu downloaden doch leider funktioniert es nicht habe schon java installiert aber wenn ich downloade dann sagt er sofort fehler und wenn ich neu anfage genau das gleiche ???????

Testversion abgelaufen

Guten Nachmittag, ich bin seit November 2013 Besitzer von PS CC und Lightroom CC. Gestern kam beim Starten von PS die Meldung, dass die Testversion abgelaufen ist. Habe bereits versucht die Software neu zu installieren, hilft nix, die Meldung bleibt bestehen. Auch ab- und wieder anmelden bei Adobe Creative Cloud hilft mir nicht weiter.
Vlt hatte jemand das gleiche Problem und kann mir weiterhelfen! Vielen Dank im Voraus. LG Roman

You are correct, the CC version is activated with your Adobe ID and password after you have signed up for the creative cloud plan. You can uninstall that CC version and install the standalone. It is the same program, and will open the same catalog. You don't need to back up anything. Just change over to the standalone program and start Lightroom. Everything will function just the same6.

Photoshop Elements 6 Testversion Problem

Gestern habe ich mit die Testversion von Photoshop Elements 6.0 von der Adobe Homepage heruntergeladen.
Möchte ich das Programm nun öffnen, erscheint folgende Meldung: "Problem mit Testversion. Beim Laden des Testzeitraums für Adobe Photoshop Elements ist ein Fehler aufgetreten."
Die Installation erfolgte unter einem neu aufgespielten Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit.
Das Adobe Produkt wurde vorher noch nie von mir benutzt.
Weitere installierte Adobe Produkte sind der Flash Player, der Adobe Reader 8.1.1 und Lightrom 1.2 als registrierte Vollversion.
Während der Installation liefen keine weiteren Programme im Hintergrund. Auch das Installieren auf anderen Partitionen brachte keinen Erfolg.
Sobald ich Elements deinstalliere, wird auch der Flash Player mitdeinstalliert.
Ich habe versucht Adobe telefonisch zu kontaktieren, jedoch nach fast 45 Minuten Musik vom Band war ich bedient

Hab seit kurzem Windows Vista Home Basic (32-bit) und möchte Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 installieren. Die Installationsdatei von Photoshop startet nicht automatisch, nachdem ich die CD ins Laufwerk geschoben habe. Wenn ich die exe-Datei von Adobe so anklicke, dann beginnt zwar die Installation, aber am Ende kommt folgende Fehlermeldung:
An error occured during the installation of assembly component, dann folgt ein langer Zahlen-/Buchstaben-Code.
Habe in diversen Foren gehört, dass man evtl. vorhandene Antiviren-Software vorher beenden muß, um die Installation von Photoshop durchführen zu können. Nur leider kann ich über die Diensteverwaltung AntiVir PE Classic nicht einfach so beenden/starten wie andere Programme. Muß ich AntiVir vorher komplett deinstallieren, dann Photoshop installieren und dann schließlich wieder AntiVir aufspielen?
Das gleiche Problem hatte ich bei einer anderen Software, die ich unter Vista installieren musste. Habe mich auch vorher als Admin angemeldet. Auch die UAC habe ich vorher ausgeschaltet. Gott sei dank gab es dort eine vernünftige Hotline. Man sagte mir:
Probieren Sie eine Neu-Installation durch Start der SETUP.EXE aus dem
Verzeichnis TOOLS\OLDSETUP oder Steuerprogramm\TOOLS\OLDSETUP von
der Programm-CD.
Eine vergleichbare Datei konnte ich bei Photoshop nicht finden. Wer kann mir helfen?

In case that the receiver of my email above doesnt speak German I try to translate my email above. Since a short time I have Windows Vista Home basic 32-bit-Version. I try to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 6, but at the end of installation I receive the following error: An error occured during the installation of assembly component.
In addition to Vista I have AntiVir PE Classic (anti-spy-software ). I was told to shut down this software before installing Photoshop. Is that correct? Afterwards I should have to install AntiVir PE Classic again and Photoshop should work properly, hopefully. I also have shut down the UAC at Vista.
Do you have an idea how to solve my problem? In the past I had a similar problem with an other software in connection with Windows Vista. The hotline told me to start SETUP.EXE from a path called TOOLS\OLDSETUP or Steuerprogramm\TOOLS\OLDSETUP on the installation-disc, but I could not found a similar path at the Adobe-installation-disc.

Leider kann ich meine Filme aber nicht in den Editor laden, er erkennt mein format offenbar nicht.
Meine Filme sind MPEG2 bzw. M2TS.
Für welche formate wäre denn dieses Adobe Programm geeignet ???

Nach einem Zurücksetzen meines Computer, war meine Testversion von Photoshop weg. Ich wollte sie erneut runterladen, jedoch bekomme ich immer eine Fehlermeldung. Jetzt läuft meine Testversion und ich kann sie nicht nutzen. Was kann ich machen?

Ich benutze Photoshop CC. Die Fehlermeldung lautet: Fehler bei der Installation (U44MIP7).
Ich habe heute tagsüber mit einem Adobe Mitarbeiter gechattet (leider saß ich nicht an meinem Computer, so dass ich die Schritte nicht gleich testen konnte.)
Er sagte mir, dass ich Photoshop deinstallieren soll, falls es noch auf dem Computer zu finden ist. Ist es nicht, daher konnte ich das nicht machen. Habe die Cloud deinstalliert und dann einen Neustart gemacht.
Dann sagte er mir, dass ich folgendem Pfad folgen soll:
C:\Benutzer\[Benutzername]\AppData\Local\Adobe\ und den Ordner „OOBE“ löschen soll. Der Pfad ist nur bis zum Benutzername aufzufinden. Alle weiteren Schritte gibt es nicht und auch keinen „OOBE“ Ordner.
Eine Neuinstallation hat nicht geklappt. Ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung.
Wie komme ich an meine Testversion????

Gutscheincode Edge Animate CC nach abgelaufener Testversion und Kauf

Hi Leute,
ich hatte vor 2 Monaten die Edge Animate CC Testversion installiert und diese ist folglich nach 30 Tagen abgelaufen. Nun habe ich mich einen Monat später dazu entschieden mir das Produkt für einen Monat zu bestellen. Hat auch alles wunderbar funktioniert, Zahlung ist anscheinend eingegangen und die Bestätigunsmail auch.
Nur kann ich das Produkt nicht lizensieren weil immer die Fehlermeldung kommt, dass meine Testversion abgelaufen ist. Dann fordern sie mich auch meinen Gutscheincode einzugeben, jedoch habe ich keinen bekommen bzw. keine Ahnung wo ich den finden kann.
Laut Adobe ist das Produkt automatisch mit meiner Adobe ID verknüpft, doch wenn ich mich beim starten der Software anmelde kommt schon wieder das Fenster mit dem Gutscheincode.
Habt ihr eine Ahnung wie ich das Produkt nun letztendlich lizensiere?

Testversion Photoshop CC and Bridge

I have downloaded the testversion of Photoshop CC using Mac OS Maverick. Bridge seems to be installed in the program folder as well. But I cannot open Bridge. A message appears "Der Vorgang konnte nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen werden".
Does this happens because of the testversion?
Bevore buying the Abo of Photoshop CC, I want to be sure, that Bridge is running too.
