Text checkbox obscuring view of text in PSE12

With PSE12 how do I stop the green "tick" / red "reject" checkbox from obscuring my view of the text as I'm trying to type? The problem is that the checkbox retains the same number of pixels on my screen - no matter what amount of zoom is applied to the image I'm editing. This did not happen with my previous version (PSE7) - and it's annoying me so much that I would find it very difficult to recommend the program to anyone else. I expect that there is an easy solution - but I have done a lot of searching and I can't find it. The solution will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you MichelBParis - I appreciate your suggestion and there's no doubt that it does work - but if Adobe's developers had done their job well, then all those steps would have been completely unnecessary. There is no good or useful reason for having the checkbox anchored close to the text box. With PSE7 the checkbox for the text was located on the right hand side of the task bar (which was above the edited image) - so it was impossible for the checkbox to get in the way of any part of the image. The designers of PSE12 should have applied a similar tactic by locating the text checkbox at the bottom, to the right of all the options for adjusting the text - OR they should make the existence of text checkbox optional. Thanks again for your help and advice.

Partly obscured viewing window in camera raw.

Hi I have been having a bunch of problems with my computer and it has just been returned from the shop . ( I posted these problems a few days ago on the Photoshop forum)
To see if things were working I opened a NEF image in camera raw. The image opened but the bottom left portion is obscured with a grey intrusion.
If I should then open the same image in photoshop it opens with no obstruction.
I am using PS CS3 and camera raw 4.6.0.30 . The images have been created with a Nikon D700. The resolution of the screen is set at 1680 X 1050 ( which it always has been.) Screen dump attached. All NEF images open in this screen with the obstruction
If I reduce the size of the image to 12% you can see the whole image in the middle of the screen but the grey rectangle is still in the bottom
Would appreciate any help to fix the problem

Can't remove "are you sure" question from mailbox. Hitting "delete" or "cancel" does nothing. It obscures view of addresses.

I wanted to delete untitled group in address book. Up popped a notice, "Are you sure you want to delete the group "untitled group"? There is a cancel button and a delete button. Upon clicking on neither one, nothing happens. The notice obscures the address book. How do I get it removed?

Want to Change the Column Indetn Color of Measure Label in a Pivot View

Hello,
I have used the measure labels in the "ROWS" of a pivot table and there is a column header or indent on the top these measure label which is BLUE by default .My requirement is to change that to a different color and if possible put some text there.
(to be simple i see a .PTindent cell ,on the top of measure label which i want to edit from dashboard or reporting end without making any changes to the CSS entry files,becuase this entry can cause effect to all the table already in the environment)

Let's try this step by step:
1) In your report add a Static Text view.
2) Add the formula I described:
<style>.PTIndentCell {background-color: #000000;}</style> 3) Check the "Contains HTML Markup" checkbox.
View the Compound Layout or in the Dashboard (viewing the Pivot Table will NOT show the change.)
If you can't see anything than the next thing to check is if you can view HTML. Go to a CHAR column and click on the Data Format tab. What choices do you see if you attempt to override the format? If you see HTML, then okay. If you don't, but only see "Plain Text," than HTML is not enabled. The default for OBIEE is to not allow HTML. You will need to change your instanceconfig.xml file and set the HardenXSS to false. See the link below:

Horizontal table with checkboxes

Hi,
I need to create a horizontal table. With this i mean the column aren't on top but on the left side and the data goed from top to bottom. You often see this construction to make it easy for user to compare values. I also need to display in the last row for every column a checkbox.....as to select that data column
Something like this:

I managed to create the table dynamically but i cant seem to find a way to a the checkboxes because the go by column and not by row. I tried adding them in a seperate container underneath but i can't seem to get hold of the column widths at runtime.
Another possibility which i thought maybe would work, is not to work with a table but to simulate this and just create it with a container with Gridlayout and filling it like a grid. Dont know if this woulr workd though...
Any thoughts or idea's?

Regarding the the data source in this case you can create a node i.e table Node with least an attribute of type String and another of type boolean.Create and add

View webpage without internet connection

Whenever I save a webpage (under Favorites) while I have internet connection. Eventhough it is saved, I am NOT able to view it once the internet connection is lost.
There is an specific checkbox to view webpages without internet connection under the favorites menu. But it is not working with me. When I try to view those pages a message appears saying I have no internet connection.

I can't see ANY toolbars...thus can't find "view" to select toolbars to show...dead end.

The only thing I see in terms of "toolbars" is a single strip with these options: "Most Visited," Getting Started," and "Latest Headlines." I normally know how to open toolbars that have been obscured: "view" to "toolbars" and then select. Except I don't have "view" to select...the toolbar that usually contains it is not there.

Firefox 3.6+ versions have a feature to allow the user to hide the Menu bar.
Hit the '''Alt''' key to temporarily show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark. <br />
The F10 can also be used on most PC's to temporarily reveal the Menu bar.

Display multiple records based on checkbox selection

Hi - I have a cfm page that displays all the employees in the
company (select * from employee). I have a checkbox next to each
one of the employee name. I want the users to be able to select the
checkbox and view phone number of selected employees (select
phone_number from employee where emp_id = 12, 15, 18, 20, 31) I
know I'll have to use some kind of loop to pick these employees and
display ... but I don't know how to write that loop ... can

Maybe sombebody could help me out with following problem: I' m creating a survey with Web Dynpro and have therefore to do some dynamic ui- & context creation.
My problem is the following: I' ve dynamically generated an context node & added some elements, which I now have to display as checkboxes.
How do I create the binding between the checkboxes & the context-structure? It seems easy with radiobuttons where there's one field receiving the selected value, but I could'nt use bindChecked()-method on one boolean-column of my 0:n-structure as there's an exception thrown saying "could'nt find child node ...".
Any help is more than appreciated!

I have to deal with surveys as well and had the same problem a couple of days ago. As a workaround I just created a new context attribute for each checkbox. For saving the results you can loop over every dynamically created attribute and therefore save the user input in an easy way.

Query from a NTB item to retreive data block

I have two NTB text items. first i have enter values in, then i would like to take these values to query my block (table view)
the context of my form is:
Office{ salesmen---->{Agencies---->{customers and so one.
in my form I would like to allow to the user to enter the office code (from listArea) and choose the salesman code(from a LOV). (this part i got it).
From both values office code and salesman code I want to retreive all agencies, customers products and display them on my block.
the second is:
If i can do that, i would like to put a checkbox(table view) in front each row, so when i'll check a row I could take some values and query another table to display a detail form on new canva for this row.
I know I ask a lot, but you know i'm new in the oracle world

For your first requirement: Use a Pre-Query trigger to test if your Non-Base Table (NBT) items have values. If yes - use the SET_BLOCK_PROPERTY() built-in to add the values of these items to the default where clause of the base table block. For example:

I could see from my our own reversal without WMS this setup is by delivery type DOG to pick the part wiht movement type:102 reference to WM.
However I still getting the error for WMS every time I try from MIGO with reference to Phurchase order, Indbound delivery, or material document.
Could anyone share me with some knowledge on that area.

Claus, again, no luck, sorry, you should always get informed about the functionalities of decentralized WM before implementing it, if you want to do a return to your vendor here's the process.
Decentralized isn't the same thing as standard WM, there are a LOT of limitations.
Here's the process by which you can achieve the required:
(return delivery to vendor)
*ERP* Set return delivery type => e.g. RL for doc.type/plant combination here:
IMG => MM => Purchasing => Purchase Order => Returns Order
*ERP* XK02 - In account control data, maintain customer in vendor master record for your vendor you are returning the goods to
*ERP* XK02 - check "Return Vendor" checkbox (purchase view - control data) field is: LFM1-KZRET
*ERP* Finally you can create the delivery using VL10B based on your PO number
*WMS* In decentralized WMS, you will get a replica of the OB delivery, process it as usual and you are done.

How do i assign a value to it now, since the node/attribute cannot be accessed via wdcontext?
On a side note, it seems really troublesome if i need to use a checkbox grp(s) dynamically. I actually need to dynamically create a seperate node + attribute for each checkbox grp i have. Is there any better way to do this?

Transferring itunes library to external hd when music library is two places

first off i have read

so no one needs to post that. ok heres my issue. i have a folder on my computer that has all my music. i added that onto itunes and now its all on itunes. someof my files were .wmv so itunes converted those and put them in the itunes music folder(this meens i now have to copies of that song. one .wmv in my desktop folder and the other in the itunes music folder). so once again my itunes folder only has the songs that were in .wmv and then made to itunes format. so my question is i want to transfer all my music to an external hard drive. i cant copy all my music to the itunes folder because i dont have that much space on my computer. is there a way to do this without loosing all my tags and rateings and such? i thought of perhaps switching the itunes folder to the external and then copying all the songs to the itunes folder. would that work? would it just copy them all to the external? please help. sorry if this is a bit confusing.

You can add more colums by ticking checkboxes in 'View options' (command-J) and sort on any column you like.
Or did you activate the Browser (toggle it with command-B)?
Can you upload a screenshot somewhere to take a look?

Transferring iTunes Library to External HD

Well, I got a new external hard drive for Christmas and decided it would be a good idea to transfer all of my iTunes stuff over there and use it as the default for purchased and imported music, videos, etc. I followed the instructions and everything did move to the HD; however, I was assuming that it would be displayed in the same format as it was when iTunes was on the internal hard drive. Unfortunately, it only displays the artist, album and title of song in a listing type of order (like when you click on a file in the applications folder). Did I do something wrong? Is there a way to get the same visual display on the HD that I got when iTunes was defaulting to my laptop?

Moving pictures in the picture well

I don't want to tag or catalog pictures. I just want to be able to drag and drop or right-click and move pictures (not by the date taken but by how I want them to be arranged before I burn them to a CD). Please tell me how to do this basic operation. Thank you. Angela

The pictures in the picture well can be arranged in pre-defined sets like Import Batch,Folder location, Date(Newest/Oldest). If you want to move and arrange photos for burning a CD you will have to create a collection. Here is a simple way to do it:
1. Go to Organize pane and create a collection eg "Burn"
2. Add the pictures which you want to want to burn, into this collection
3. Click on this Collection checkbox to view the pictures in this collection
4. The picutes can be moved in this collection and arranged in whichever way you want.
