Text fields are not displayed for custom infotypes in Adhoc query

We have developed a custom infotype , which we had incldued in the adhoc query. when we generate output , it is showng codes instead of text . In the output filed , it is hwoing only vaue and Vale and text is diabled.
please let me know , how to add text in the out filed filed

But in the out put filed , when i click on the output filed , i am get three drop downs , only text , only value and valu & text.
Only value is enabled and other two ate disabled.
How to enable the othet two , i.e text only and value & text

Hello Everybody,
All the fields from infotype 2001 and 2002 are not getting displayed in the screen control for these infotypes and
when I checked the screens for these infotypes, the mod. groups/functions has not been set for field 'Group3' for those
infotype fields.
Is there a way I could set this field ' Group3' for these infotype fields also ? Can it be done thru screen exit and if yes could
anyone tell me what's the screen exit for these infotypes ?

solved it myself.

New DSO data fields are not available for transformations in the upwardflow

Hello,
There are data flow from
many source DSOs -> Target DSO -> Final DSO.
Different transformations are defined and activated with DTPs. This works fine and provides the desired results.
now new fields are added to the target DSO, final DSO and one of the source DSO.
When I now try to edit the transformations, the new fields are not part of the sources at the different stage.
The fields are available in the Data Source created out of a DSO but not directly when using a DSO as a data source.
Have anyone faced such a problem?
any solutions to this?
- I cannot delete all the other transformations as this is too much work to do and there is no time for it.

We created ZMD_BS_MAT_OVP_LAYOUT. But the situation has not changed - the fields are not available for edit.

Dear All,
I have created one Z-Table with 5 fields. For that Z-Table I have maintained table maintenance generator. Now in SM30 I am able to see only 3 fields, I have checked all the options but I am not able to find out what is the problem that 2 fields are not getting displayed.
Please tell me what might be the issue?

While generating the TM there is oneoption which can disable some fields in sm30.
I think they may be the reason in your case.

Text captions are not displayed as per timeline settings after publishing.

I am using Adobe Captivate 4. I have provided different start times in timeline settings for 4 text captions. When i preview my slide, it displays well. But when i publish it and try to view it, it is only dsiplaying the first text caption and the other text captions are not at all displayed.

Yeah..you are correct...I do have buttons in my slide.
When i adjusted the start time for my buttons after my text captions....it perfectly works fine...

Text Field is not displaying in MIRO , Screen Variant SHD0

All Experts.
In my client TEXT field is not there in MIRO T.code. I heard Screen Variant can be a good option for adding field in MIRO.
Or is there any work around to bring TEXT ( SGTXT ) field in MIRO ?
I gone through the already posted threads regarding this, unfortunately no any perfect solution found.
Experts help will be great on this.

Hi,
Go to SHD0 and enter transaction code as MIRO
Then in first tab "Standard variant", sub tab "Standard Variants", do F4 on the field "Name"
You will get the list of the standard Variants for MIRO.
Then select one of them and press enter. It the "Activate Match Stick" is enables, that means that standard variant is not activated yet. Similarily check for other standard variants of MIRO.
If all the standard variant have "Activate Match Stick" enabled, then SAP MIRO should be showing SGTXT as a part of standard SAP.

Fixed values of dynamic attributes are not displayed for bid response

I have created a bid with dynamic attributes and have weighted the options with fixed values. I publish the Rfx (bid) and all is ok. The problem is that the fixed values are not displaying when doing a bid response.

No. Not yet. I think it is a bug. You should create an OSS message to SAP and ask them to pay special attention to the following code block:
Class: /SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_DYNATTR
Method: /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH
At the end of the method, look for code context:
IF lv_object_type = c_qte.
*Set the Fixed Values Table to Invisible
lv_visible = abap_false.

Buttons are not displayed for the first time when drawImage method is used

In my swing window 2 buttons are there and when clicking these buttons, it should display an image . The two buttons are displayed at the first time and I can click on it . While clicking a button , the corresponding image is also got displayed. [ I am using drawImage() function for it] But what the problem is, then the two buttons are not displayed and it will be displayed again when the mouse moves along the position of these two buttons. And this problem occurs only at the first time..When they are on the window on a second time, they won't vanish when the image is displayed when clicking it. Is this the problem with paint() method?. I am using start() method also.

This is not my exact program, that has a large no: of code. So I am putting here a sample one. One thing I would like to point out is that , I can see the buttons at the time of loading the applet and suddenly it vanishes and the image is drawn. Then if I move the mouse along the position of these buttons , they got displayed.

Adobe Livecycle Designer 7.0 - Text fields are not returning data on email submission-Help?

Hello - I am using Livecycle Designer 7.0 and have created a form with different fields to be filled out and submitted via email back to me using the standard submit by email button.
However, when the form is filled out and returned all the control field choices from both the checkboxes and the radio buttons are there - but nothing from the textbox fields is returned in the email submission. Those fields are not being returned.
also - once they are returned how do I ensure they will repopulate via the import data into the form functionality?

Values for htmldb_item.text field do not display in CSV output

HTML DB experts,
I have a report query with the following 2 items in the SELECT statement:
wwv_flow_item.display_and_save(2, DOC_CD, 10) DOC_CD,
htmldb_item.text(3, DOC_DESC, 50, 255) DOC_DESC
I have enabled the CSV output for this report. The problem is, when I generate a csv file, only the DOC_CD (wwv_flow_item.display_and_save) displays. The values for the DOC_DESC (htmldb_item.text) do not display. What do I need to do to get the DOC_DESC to display?

Items rendered using htmldb_item generate HTML tags on the form, not plain text. You are right, the CSV export excludes them.
Your best best is to create another report region on some other page with the same query except replace all the htmldb_item() calls with regular columns i.e. make it a read-only report and use the "export: CSV" template and put up a link to this page at the bottom of your editable report (instead of the builtin CSV link). This way when you click on this link, it will generate your report and immediately offer to export it to CSV

Dynamic Text Field is not displaying foreign characters... HELP!

I have a dynamic text field that is not displaying foreign characters properly. They appear as boxes.
Here's what I've tried.
Under properties for the text field, I clicked on the embed characters button. In there, I pasted all the special characters I would need and clicked okay. Shouldn't this be enough for the text to display properly? What am I missing? Please help...

More info: I'm noticing that in the actual dynamic text field in my .FLA file, if I type a foreign character like é, it pops up as a block. My family font is set to New Caledonia... is it possible that New Caledonia doesn't have those particular glyphs? The thing that doesn't make sense to me though is, last year when I made this card, it worked fine with New Caledonia... Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Header Fields are not displayed when there is no data in the report

I am having this strange situation in my webi report.
When I refresh my report and when there is no data, column names are not being displayed in my report. All it is showing is two empty rows. When I have data, then report is displaying data along with column headings.
Please suggest me where I am going wrong.

Thanks for the update.
Can you try this.
Run the report first time for some data.
When the report is rendered select the table that is displayed.
On the left pane side properties tab.
Expand display and check all the options
Show rows with empty measures
show rows with empty dimensions
Show when empty

aah i think the problem is at the uwl xml config file, which controls which iview is opening for a specific task id.
please enable the support info, at this u can see which xml file is used and you can change the directory/iview which is called by opneing the "leave approval":
1. Log on to the portal
2. Navigate to the following path: system administration > system
configuration
3. In detailed navigation click on the UWL & Workflow folder
to expand out
4. Then click on the Universal Worklist Administration link
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page:
Optional Universal Worklist Service Configuration
Open the Tray for the Optional UWL Service Configuration
Click on the button to open the tray for the optional UWL service
configuration
6. Scroll down again
7. Go into edit mode
8. Display Support Information: Set the parameter to true
9. Save
